The Bored Immortal Became a Teacher

1,000 Years Ago... The Earth was shaken and evolved into a much more dangerous Place. The Earth got larger by twice its size, but the Portals suddenly appeared in front of the Human Being that reduced their Population to 40% left, but hope was almost lost. They have been granted one more time to survive, a System was brought to everyone that they can use to evolve and get stronger. A Hero suddenly came upon them that slaughtered all of the Monsters that came out of the Portal. She was then given the title, "The Primordial Goddess of Death". She was given that title as no one knew her face or name, the only thing that they remember about her is her Dazzling Black hair that was dancing through the wind as she kills all the monsters, while her Scythe was dripping with Blood. 1,000 years have passed since, and new Heroes were born because of the Prestigious School that helps students to become Aspiring Hero just like "The Primordial Goddess of Death". "Ahhh... I'm bored as hell, should I go into one of my Academies and be a teacher?" A.N Sorry for the inconvenience, I might actually add Romance to the story, but that would probably in the middle part of the Story. When those words came out of Somi's hands, she was already half expecting it that's why she was not that surprised as she knew what kind of person her Master was, and that sentence was exactly what her Master would say. An arrogant, strong, and yet very wise person, that was probably the best explanation she could give.

"Well… I guess that is her if she didn't say those words, and it was something else maybe I would not believe that it came from her." Mio chuckled a little which also earned a chuckle from Somi since she was also thinking of the same thing, if she ever said something softly and not the kind of words that don't deliver arrogance and pride just like that, maybe she would also believe that she was dreaming. Her mother is one of a kind.

"That's basically it though, you understand it already so I assume that you can learn it rather quickly. Just promise me that you won't dare to try what my Mother did, because I have read a book that says that when someone tried to copy what she did and failed… they died. By just one single mistake." Somi said seriously and Mio even heard a hint of worry in it. She was touched by it that Somi had already seen her as someone important.

"Yes… don't worry, I will never dare to do it again, not until my Master teaches it to me though." Mio didn't fully promise that she would never try to attempt it, but she would attempt it but only with her Master's supervision, and when Somi heard it, she instantly got up and hugged Mio tightly.

"NO! I don't want you to! Even if my Mother is looking after you and teaching you, I don't want you to, I don't want to lose another person who is very precious to me!" Somi said as she buried her face in Mio's chest and began sobbing quietly even though she knew that it was a very selfish wish, she just wished that Mio would never attempt making a Thousand Layered Magic Circle.

Because even the creator, her Mother had said that it takes everything from a person just to create it, and if they ever fail even the slightest bit, it will take their life. This was even something that her Mother wouldn't teach the 12 Constellations because it was such a terrifying and dangerous Skill.

That is exactly why Somi doesn't ever want Mio to try to learn it because it is so dangerous and even though she has only been with Mio for like 3 days, she doesn't want to lose her because she is already that precious to her. She was the person who brought light into her life, she was even the only reason why she opened up to her family, and just the thought of losing her is like a nightmare for her.

"No… I'm sorry, you have your own life, I have my own. I can't control what you do, I'm sorry." After Somi said those words she finally let go of Mio with a teary-eyed before wiping her tears and sitting back at her chair.

When Mio saw that, she was a little heartbroken. She didn't expect that Somi would react like that when she said that she had already planned to learn how to do the Thousand Layered Magic Circle. Even though she was heartbroken, nothing would ever stop her from learning it, because she was feeling extremely bad for and guilty, she simply went behind her before lifting her up to place Somi in her lap before burying her little head in her chest.

"I'm sorry… but that isn't really something I can't promise you. But I will promise you this, I will always serve you for the rest of my life, and I will be there for you. If you need me, you can just call me, I will free up whatever I'm doing just for you." Mio promised as she gently calmed Somi down by running her hand in her hair.

But Somi didn't say anything, she just simply nodded her head, but Mio was able to tell that she was happy when she said those words. That was enough for her, seeing her calm and happy was a true gift to her, and that is why she promised such a thing, even though it seems that she just did it out of a whim. She was already planning such a thing from the very beginning because it was her way to return the favor from her Master.

"Okay… you can just sit in my lap while I teach. The students wouldn't really mind something like this. Plus it wouldn't change the way I teach." Mio said as she placed a hand on top of Somi's head with a smile.

"Alright, silent everyone! Close the doors now, those who are not inside will be marked as absent now." Even though Mio didn't yell, it was still heard by everyone and it was all because of the work of her Magic Circles.

"Be used to this kind of setup. If you think that I'm strict, well you are right. But I'm only strict with those students who deserve such treatment. 10 minutes have already passed since the call time of my class, you guys are even lucky that I didn't put a minus on you guys who are late." Mio said lightly before starting with her class.

She used her Magic to lift up the marker and began writing on the board.

"Now since this is basically our first class, I won't make all of you do anything, but we will start with our discussion. The first thing that I'm going to discuss is going to be the basics of creating a Magic Circle. First of all, there is the outer ring which holds the entire Circle together, it's basically your foundation. The second is going to be the main rune or what I call the concept of the Magic Circle. This is an example." Mio then showed them a Magic Circle and pointed at the outer and inner parts of the Circle.

Just as she was about to continue with her lesson, she saw one student raise her hand to ask something. So without thinking about it too much, she let her say what she wanted to ask.

"Teacher Mio, there is something I'm confused about this. You said that there are just two parts, but what we have learned is that there are actually three or four parts of a Magic Circle. Which one is really right though?" The male student asked timidly as he was a little afraid of asking such a question, but it was actually the question that was running through everyone's mind.

"Good question. Just like what you said, there are three or more, but more parts of the circle just means it is a more complex Magic Circle. But that is not entirely the truth, four is not the real limit. 10 is actually the limit. But you can make a Magic Circle with just the basics, which is 2. Of course, the more parts inside of it mean it is more complex and harder to make." Mio explained with a smile on her face as it was such a great question since this is actually the time where she can place the new information that she got very slowly.

"Though I can't show you guys a 10-layered Magic Circle because it will take so much time as it is very hard, you guys can look up on the internet for a video. Because I remember that there has been a record of someone managing to do it." Mio didn't give them a live example as she wouldn't be able to do something like that in such a short time.

"Now, time to go back to our lesson…"
