1 Levi crimson

"Get lost trash!" To this day, those words still rang in his ears.

5 years ago, at the age of 7, Levi was kicked out of his clan and stripped of everything he had, even the azure family name.

Everyday he's bullied, beat up and sneered at.

Why, you might ask.

Because he is trash.

In the five years after being exiled from his clan, Levi struggled to survive.

Begging for food on the streets, eating from garbage, and this wasn't even the worst of it.

People would beat him up and bully him every day.

And every day, his heart would grow colder.

He swore to himself that if he became strong one day, even if he were to become a demon, he would live as he pleased.

Just as he was thinking that, a voice rang out.

"You should be sufficient. you are weak and alone. do you seek strength?" A person wearing a black robe, and a hood over their head walked up to him.

" Yes!" Without any hesitation, Levi replied.

" Even if you become a demon hated by all?" The mysterious person asked again.

" This...." Levi paused.

' A demon hated by all....Will i regret this?.....No...Even if i regret it, even if i am hated....Only strength matters in this world.' He thought, a resolute light shining in his eyes.

" Old man, aren't i already hated by all?" Levi looked up at the person.

The person was momentarily shocked and then started to laugh.

" Hahahah! Then drink! Drink this accursed blood of mine! Become strong enough to decide your own fate!"

The mysterious person lifted levi up and opened his mouth.

Blood started to pour from the person's hand, as it floated weirdly into Levi's mouth.

It didn't taste like blood, in fact it was sweet.

At first it was warm, but as time went by, the blood in his body became scorching hot.

" Aghhhh!" Levi groaned in pain.

' Am i going to die....I can't die....I have to become the strongest....' He thought, as he twisted and turned on the dirt road in pain.

It felt like he was being boiled from the inside. His bones felt like they were being broken and mended, over and over again.

It felt like his organs were being eaten by ants.

While he was rolling around, the impurities in his body were being pushed out.

After a few minutes of what felt like torture, he passed out.

Levi was left passed out on the ground, in a puddle of his own filth.

A few hours later.

Levi's eyelids twitched as he smelled something putrid.

He got up and found himself in a puddle of greenish black grime.

He felt the urge to puke, but held it down.

He couldn't afford to puke, who knew if he would get something to eat tomorrow.

It was night time, but a lone figure was stealing water from a well.

After pouring bucket after bucket on himself, to seemingly no avail, the figure jumped in.

Because the well was not deep, and there was only water up to his waist, when he got into the well, he rubbed his skin on the walls until the smell dissapeared, then proceeded to climb out.

The next day, a well would need to be sealed because of the awful smell.

The figure, as you might have already guessed, was levi.

He scurried off after polluting the well.

While running he fell. ' strange....When was i ever that fast?' Levi thought as he got up.

He felt a burning sensation and looked down at his hand.

There was a big cut, with blood flowing from it.

For some reason, Levi felt the urge to make the blood stop.

The second this thought passed through his head, the blood froze, as if receiving an order.

Levi was startled, he then thought of calling the blood back into his body.

As the blood seeped back into his hand, some dirt and stuff was left on the cut. It was like the dirt was filtered out.

Levi was bewildered by these things, then he remembered the mysterious person he met.

He thought that meeting that person was a dream, but how else would he able to do these things if not for that person?

' A demon hated by all...' He was still conflicted, but as he clenched his fist, he felt power from his muscles that he had never felt before, causing him to put that thought to the back of his mind.

At that moment, a voice appeared in his head.

" This skill is called 'blood evolution skill'. To become stronger, absorb the bloodlines and skills of humans and beast alike. The sole purpose of this skill is to become the strongest! To become stronger, you will have to put your life on the line! You already have the bloodline of the last blood lord inside you, use it as a stepping stone on your path to unrivaled power!"

The voice shook levi to his core, he was excited.

He finally found a bright path to strength, and he would plant his feet in that path with every step, to ensure that it never escaped his grasp.

Not because he wanted to get back into his clan, and, as far as he was concerned, he had no friends.

While the love of his parents was all but a distant memory to him.

He wanted to get strong enough to live liesurly, strong enough that betrayals would be pointless.

Strong enough that even the heavens would have to bow at his feet.

Levi laughed out crazily, then ran off.

He found a tree in the small city and went to sleep in it.

Morning.

Levi woke up to a bird pecking his face, and, forgetting that he was in a tree, tired to chase it away, causing him to fall.

" Aghh, fuck!" He looked up at the bird angrily.

The bird looked down at the fool who fell out of the tree, this human was snoring throughout the night and kept it's children up.

If it didn't get revenge, how could it call itself a bird?

Levi got up and dusted off himself.

Then he thought of something, didn't that voice say something about absorbing bloodlines of both humans and beast?

His lips curled up into a cold grin as he looked at the pesky bird.

But he was disappointed, because to absorb the birds bloodline, he would have to catch it first.

These particular birds were known for their speed, so he could only leave helplessly.

He then thought for a while before going out of the city.

He went into the forest that was just outside of the north city gate. That forest was filled with all kinds of animals.

As he was looking around, he heard a light rustling, and turning his head, his eyes landed on a wild boar.

He picked up a sharp rock and tip toed up behind the boar.

" Haa!" He stabbed down, but, the boar, who was startled, ran off even faster.

It seemed to remember something as it turned around and angrily charged at Levi.

Levi, who was just a weak, young boy, froze as cold sweat formed on his forehead, before jumping clumsily to the side.

The tusk left a light cut on his stomach.

Levi fell onto his backside as his hands trembled, the boar however, turned around to face him again.

Levi held up the sharp stone with trembling hands. The boar charged towards him again, Levi closed his eyes and stabbed forward with the rock.

puchi!

" aghhhh!" Levi released a scream of pain, tears flowing from his closed eyes.

The boar's tusk pierced his stomach, pulling and pushing while grunting as saliva dripped from it's mouth.

Levi opened his eyes, his sight blurry from the tears.

His vision cleared as he saw two watery brown eyes staring up at him.

He tried to stop his hands from trembling, as he stabbed out with the rock.

After stabbing out multiple times, he found that the boars hard head only had a few scrapes.

' I'm going to die...I'm going to die! I can't die yet! First i have to...become the strongest!' These thoughts ran through his head.

Since the rock could only cut it's head a little, Levi targated it's eyes.

Tump! Tump! puchi!

His shaking hands caused his accuracy to drop, before he finnaly stabbed it's eye. The boar squealed as it pulled the tusk from levi's stomach.

" Aggh! die! die!" Seeing this as a chance, Levi savagely stabbed the boar's eyes, over and over.

Levi watched as the boar fell to the ground and breathed it's last.

" ughhhh!" Looking at it's head, levi saw an eye socket that looked like minced meat.

As his survival instints took over, he tried to kill the boar with everything he had.

But after it was done, and he had calmed down slightly, as he had never seen such a gruesome scene, he reflexively vomited.

He struggled to walk towards the boar and sat down beside it, at an angle where he wouldn't see it's eyes.

He reached out and touched the boar, then suddenly, a warm feeling went through his right hand and into his body.

The boar got smaller, then his skin began to itch.

The hole in his stomach closed up, and it felt like his skin got tighter and tougher.

"....is this it's bloodline?" He mumbled.

He got up and left unsteadily, to find some dry wood.

When he got back, he rubbed some sticks together and lit a fire, then used the sharp rock from earlier to skin the boar.

He then roasted some of the meat, and ate it, while forcing himself not to vomit again.

After eating, he got up and went back to the city.

He was walking when he caught sight of two people, these people also noticed him.

" Oh if it isn't levi the outcast." The girl sneered.

" Don't you know? This guy, wait my apologies, this 'thing' has the blood of a cockroach, no matter how much you want it to die, it will just keep living!" The boy said.

Levi looked at the duo, his gaze becoming frosty.

These two were people from the azure clan.

During these five years, it was one of their favorite pastimes to beat him until he couldn't move. The two of them were twins, blond hair, black eyes, pink lips and pointed noses.

They looked exactly the same, except one was male while the other was female.

Levi looked at them, his reddish black hair blowing in the wind.

The twins walked up to levi, and stood right in front of him.

Without a word, levi punched out at the boys face.

" humph! you think your little strength can-" The boy was sent flying a few meters away from Levi.

Before the girl could recover from the shock, he kicked her stomach and sent her rolling on the ground.

Although he didn't know any martial arts skills, after killing the boar and absorbing it's bloodline, he could at least hit hard.

Levi walked up to the boy, and looked down at him coldly.

" Wa-wait! Forgive me! I know that i was wrong! We can start over!" The boy said, as he held his bleeding nose.

" humph." Levi snorted coldly, as he turned to walk away.

" You fucking weakling dare to hit me?! If i don't kill you, my surname is not azure!" The boy said after getting up from the ground, charging at Levi from behind.

"..." Levi dodged to the side, almost hit by a fist coated with qi.

puft!

He punched out, his fist hitting the boy at the side of his face, causing him to spit out 2-3 teeth.

Although this boy could use qi, his use of it was mediocre, and Levi took advantage of that.

Levi used this chance to kick him down, before stomping towards the boy's stomach, breaking his dantian.

He then proceeded to take his clothes, and slung them over his shoulder.

He walked up to the trembling girl, she looked up to him with reluctance and anger in her eyes. He kicked her in the face, knocking out some of her teeth, then proceeded to stomp on her stomach multiple times, breaking her dantian.

He wasn't comfortable with the idea of killing people yet, but as With the boar, if his survival depended on it, he would do it without hesitation.

After doing the deed, he walked off.

When the onlookers saw this happen, they looked on in shock.

They were shocked because someone actually dared to beat the azure clans children to such an extent.

But they were even more shocked because of the one who did it. It was the trash that the azure clan had discarded, Levi azure!

After leaving the crime scene, in a narrow alley, levi changed out of his rags and put on the clothes he stole from boy, they fit perfectly.

He dusted off the few dirt marks and footprints, then decided to go back into the forest, because he knew the azure clan's people would come looking for him.

When he got into the forest, it was already approaching night time.

He looked for a suitable tree to sleep in. When he was about to close his eyes, he heard steps and voices.

He opened his eyes and silently looked for the source of the sounds.

Looking around, he saw a boy and a girl, they looked about 16 or 17, wearing black robes.

They were arguing about being lost and whose fault it was.

" I can't believe we're lost! This is all your fault! How can it be that you can't even find a mere star city?!" The girl spat.

The boy wore a helpless expression. " Isn't it because you used the map to light a fire?" He asked.

" Ohhh? so it's my fault then?!" The girl shouted.

" Sighhh, it's not your fault. So instead of arguing, why not ask the person up in the tree?" The boy looked up to where levi was.

Levi was startled as beads of sweat formed on his forehead.

He looked at the people warily, before moving from behind the large branch.

When she saw levi, the girls eyes sparkled. " Little brother! Can you tell big sister where i can find star city?"

' This kid is so cute!' She thought. Her fellow disciple could only helplessly facepalm.

' Dammit, i forgot this girl flips out whenever she see's children! She always talks about her cute little sister!' He thought.

Levi still looked at the pair of clowns warily, as he pointed to a certain direction " Go that way and you should find star city." He said coldly.

But the female disciple just found him even cuter because of it. She looked at levi, her eyes glowing. " Little brother, do you want to come with us?" She asked excitedly, she looked at levi in anticipation.

" No." Levi's cold, yet childish voice rang out again.

" Awww, thats too bad. If we pass back here and find you, i will bring you back to the sect no matter what!" She mumbled.

The male disciple heard what she said and thought ' Hey, hey, hey, that's kidnapping! kid run! This crazy girl has her sights on you!' As he followed behind her.
