"So, girlie, what is your name? You acted rudely even the last time, so it is nothing new. You ran away with your butt buddies without giving me your names…" Kemono whined sweetly. "Do you know how much time I spend looking for your guys? It was so frustrating!! It would have been so much better if you guys have told me your names" Kemono added with a shrug, but once again she did not receive an answer.
Unfortunately, Sayo Hitsugi wasn't in any condition to speak… She was barely conscious and her jaw was also broken in several places, so there was no way that she would speak properly. She was also missing a lot of teeth and her face was bleeding, bruised, and swollen, so no matter how much she tried, she could not speak clearly. Kemono was extremely amused at Sayo's pathetic attempts to fight back.
Right now, Kemono was dragging Sayo toward the building where the white-haired girl had run off to. Kemono did not know if the girl was still inside the building or not, but Kemono decided to have a look before returning. "Bwahaha!! You just missed how awesome my son is… He just beat the two of your team members into the ground" Kemono mocked Sayo. The blue-haired woman didn't even have the energy to glare at Kemono…
Sayo didn't need to be a genius to know that they were defeated just like the last time, but this time, their defeat was much more brutal than the last time. At least they were able to retreat the last time they were defeated, but this time they weren't so lucky… It would need much more than a miracle for them to be able to escape their current predicament. If anyone else in Sayo's place then they would be hoping for a miraculous rescue, but Sayo already knew that something like that is not going to happen…
Kemono finally entered the three-story building. Kemono looked around and a predatory grin appeared on her face. The girl was planning to hunt her… She is the Uncrowned Undefeated Lioness and it would be rather pathetic of her if she allowed herself to be defeated by a brat… Kemono flung the broken body of Sayo Hitsugi at the nearby wall, the body crashed against the wall like a sack of potatoes.
Sayo groaned, most of the bones in her body were broken, some bones were already jutting out of her body, and some of her organs were in bad shape too. She was also bleeding internally. If any normal human was in her place then they would have died long ago… Sayo was only alive because of her superhuman body constitution… She was healing, but it was extremely slow and it was going to take her days to completely mend her whole body.
"So, are planning to play tag with me? That is quite nice of you…" Kemono said with a mocking grin on her face as she stepped forward, but she didn't receive any answer. Not that she was expecting to… The building was completely dark, and it would have been impossible to see anything on the inside if not for the moonlight seeping inside the room. While Kemono seemed to be ignoring Sayo, she decided to keep an eye on her for the time being. It would do her any good if the white-haired girl decided to run away with the body of the blue-haired woman.
"Hello!!" Kemono called out in a mocking tone and only moments later, a claw passed by her head. If Kemono hadn't dodged the attack, the claw would have easily gouged out her eye. Kemono grinned in excitement… Fighting on the turf of the unknown always came with its own risks and dangers and what's life without some risks and dangers??
Well, back at the topic at hand, whatever passed by her head, did not belong to a human. Kemono could feel that she was being watched, but no matter how much she tried, she could not locate the origin of the gaze. Kemono rolled to her side to dodge another claw attack and this time she did get to see what type of claw it was. The claw looked kind of feline… Kemono simply raised her brows, this was going to be way more fun than she anticipated…
"So, kitty, are you going to purr when I start petting you?" Kemono asked in an amused tone as she revealed her large canines. Kemono heard a loud hiss from her right side, but Kemono didn't take the bait… She simply decided to wait. Time was on her side, and the girl was trying to hunt her, there was no way that Kemono was going to make it easy for the girl. Moments later, a hiss was heard from above her, a smile tugged on Kemono's lips as she slowly looked up.
She found herself staring into a pair of slitted hazel eyes… The figure dropped down at her and Kemono easily threw off the girl toward one of the windows. Kemono wanted to have a good look at the figure… The figure nimbly landed on the floor using all four of her limbs. A large furry tail swishing behind the figure's back. The figure was obviously feminine and the figure was wearing the same clothes the silver-haired woman was wearing and the whole figure was covered with silver fur…
"You are quite a big kitty, aren't you?" Kemono asked with a grin on her face and the furry girl growled at Kemono as she slowly stood up from the floor.
The girl hissed at her for the second time and lunged at Kemono. Kemono simply sidestepped to dodge the attack and after that, Kemono swung her foot at the girl, but the furry girl was able to easily dodge the kick by twisting her body. Kemono raised her brows at the sight, the girl seemed to be unnaturally flexible, but Kemono concluded that it might be related to the girl's transformation. The girl twisted her body in mid-air and clawed at Kemono's face.
This time, Kemono wasn't able to dodge the attack and four cut marks appeared on her cheek. Kemono growled at the cat girl and threw a punch, but once again the furry figure easily dodged the blow…
"Meow!" The furry figure landed on her feet and licked her paw. "Nothing snarky to say?" The cat girl asked in a mocking tone and Kemono bared her canines with a snarl on her face…
