The floating city was magnificent. Jacob stood on the deck opposite the floating city with the rest of the crowd. He was awed by the outcome of the project. From beneath his hat, he stared at Judah, standing by Jameson's right hand. That should have been him on that stage presenting the floating city. But since he couldn't be there, Jacob took solace in the events that were about to go down.
Everywhere buzzed with activities as guests moved around. Jacob blended with the crowd, trying to remain anonymous. He was disguised in baggy jeans, a hoodie, and a baseball hat. He looked nothing like himself. He was present to the beginning of the end for the Mackays, orchestrated by him.
