A Shy Couple?

Xiao Xi Xi was mumbling, but somehow Lu Yi Feng and Feng Xiao Qing were able to hear it pretty clearly. Lu Yi Feng felt uncomfortable because of what Xiao Xi Xi said, while Feng Xiao Qing's face was beet red. Somehow, they became a shy couple.

Feng Xiao Qing wanted to say to Xiao Xi Xi, 'Where is the part that saying Lu Yi Feng is shy ah~? He always emanates chilling aura!' But... her gut was very small in front of the boss, so she just obediently kept her silence.

Lu Yi Feng actually was a bit shy because of Xiao Xi Xi's words. If someone paid close attention to him, the tips of his ears were slightly red. But too bad that people were rarely brave enough to look at him closely, so no one notice. Lu Yi Feng tried to distract Xiao Xi Xi by asking, "Do you want to buy little bunny now?"

Xiao Xi Xi nodded excitedly, "Yes, Uncle!" Her eyes were twinkling with excitement and she slightly jumped up and down full of happiness. Having a daddy figure was certainly a different experience for the little girl.

Lu Yi Feng nodded back at her. When he saw Xiao Xi Xi's joyful face, his lips were slightly curling up --- her happiness seemed to be a bit contagious. Lu Yi Feng turned to Feng Xiao Qing and asked, "Are you coming with us?"

Feng Xiao Qing hesitantly answered, "I want to, but..." She wasn't sure if it was appropriate. Did the act start from today? She wanted to ask, but Xiao Xi Xi was right there.

Lu Yi Feng knew what was inside her mind. He was also a bit concerned with her reputation, so he came up with an idea, "You will go with Lin San to buy daily necessities or probably clothing for you and Xiao Xi Xi. I'm afraid that what we buy won't be suitable to your taste."

Lu Yi Feng gave her a way out which Feng Xiao Qing gratefully accepted. "Thank you," Feng Xiao Qing thanked him.

Lu Yi Feng gave her an order, "When you go shopping with Lin San, you should wear a mask so no one would recognize you. After all, everyone is already aware that he's my assistant."

Feng Xiao Qing almost forgot about that! Although she was a nobody, appearing with Lu Yi Feng's assistant bound to make her famous overnight. She knew as well that this wasn't the right moment. She pulled out a mask from her bag and quickly put it on.

Lu Yi Feng turned to Lin San and said, "Put all the tabs on my personal expenses."

Lin San: "Yes, Boss. Don't worry about it! I will take care of the lady boss!"

Lu Yi Feng glared at him, telling him not to go overboard and exaggerate everything. Lin San, who saw the chilling gaze, shuddered. He could only force a smile and blink innocently. "Then... I will go now, Boss."

Feng Xiao Qing didn't know whether she should say her piece of mind or not, after a little while, she bravely said, "Boss... er... Love... please take good care of Xi Xi!" Feng Xiao Qing almost called him boss again... when she saw his gaze, she remembered that she should call her Love and she quickly corrected the way she called him.

Xiao Xi Xi giggled softly. "Mommy... I never know that you are actually so romantic."

Feng Xiao Qing asked in confusion, "Romantic? How come?"

Xiao Xi Xi: "Mommy can softly call Uncle Yi Feng... Love! Isn't it romantic?"

Feng Xiao Qing couldn't help but blush in embarrassment. What was wrong with Xiao Xi Xi? She wasn't usually this talkative. She felt like facepalming herself!

Then, she saw Xiao Xi Xi whispered something to Lu Yi Feng but couldn't hear anything. It made her feel anxious.

Xiao Xi Xi whispered softly, "Uncle... Uncle... Mommy is usually very strict. I never know that she can be that gentle and adorable around you!"

Lu Yi Feng: "..."

'It was more like she was afraid of me... rather than being adorable,' Lu Yi Feng thought to himself. But he couldn't help but feel... This Xiao Xi Xi was the one who was really adorable.
