When Jason closed the door with one last breath, knowing that a friendship of years had ended there when his nose twitched a little.

"Enjoyed the show? Huh, corpse?"

He scoffed, turning his head slowly in the direction in which the scent

"You shouldn't have gotten in my way, mutt"

Jason recognized the voice of hate and anger. with a wry smile, Jason just shrugged

"Roman! What are you doing around here? I'm sorry you saw this, but rest assured I will never see her again! Hope and all of her!"

Roman winced at the sound of Jason and bit his lip with a snarl.

"Calm down friend, the dog here is me"

Jason teased and clenched his fists surreptitiously and sawed his eyes.

"And I bite hard too"

Jason's yellow eyes focused on Roman making the boy shudder for a second and then he relaxed as he looked outside.

"During the day and two weeks to the full moon? Against a rookie vampire maybe..."

Jason this time shuddered to remember that he was talking to a vampire he suspected was much older than he thought he was and had evil plans

'Perhaps, I should try to put an end to this vampire before he harms Hope…. No, no, no. who the hell am I trying to fool, she despised me'

"You know what I'm out--"

Jason joked, raising his hand in surrender, but before he could do anything, he was thrown against the wall and before he could defend himself, he felt something piercing his chest.

"Damn you cowardly motherfucker"

Jason looked down at his chest and saw Roman's hand tucked into his chest.

"You shouldn't have interfered in my plans! You must"

Roman glared at Jason and pulled at the wolf's heart making him gasp, not before one last desperate moment Jason's eyes flash and his fangs showed.

He pulled Roman to the wall and bit his neck

"aaaahhhhhhh"

Roman screamed and before he could do anything he was thrown into the other wall almost right through it.

"Fuck you, you asshole!"

Jason's panting fell to the floor slipping and Roman did the same with a crying face, at the same moment Hope's door opened and she walked out of the room naked in shock.

"Roman!!!"

She ran to Roman already biting her wrist to help the boy with his blood, ignoring Jason. He who saw it all felt his heart that was on the ground drown even more and like a torch being put out, his feelings of Hope disappeared with his life.

"My god... Jason, Jason, Jason, what did you do you bitch?"

*Bang*

three voices screamed even with Jason no longer seeing or feeling anything, his chest with a huge hole heated up

When Jason's dead body dropped dead, the blood he received from Hope began to take effect and transform him, unbeknownst to him, something else began to form in his body, it was a kind of black aura.

Beside her, Lizzie and Josie, and Penelope roared in fury casting spells at Hope who defended herself in shock realizing finally that Jason had died.

"You killed my brother!!!"

She roared throwing a bunch of fire and wind spells at Hope, who was defending herself in desperation, unable to take her eyes off Jason's body.

Their relationship was simple, Penelope is from a powerful family of witches and so her family decided to find safety for her. Hiring a vampire was unreliable, a witch even worse

creating a human to turn him into a vampire was costly and having someone from human society living in a world of witches can generate envy in the human

so the best idea is to raise a wolf as her brother and security. Having lost her foster brother made her furious and she didn't even think that maybe Jason and Hope didn't use a condom and have Hope's blood in his system

"no, no...why did you do that?"

Hope didn't know what to do and could only defend herself. With tears in the eyes

"What's going on here!!!"

Caroline Forbes' voice made everyone gasp and Hope looked at her in desperation looking at Alaric Saltzman behind her in fear, she just knew the man would see her as her father
