Leus wasn't sure about how to move forward, so he asked Arno
"What do I do next? Master
Should I start learning Abstracts? Or do I learn Third Tier spells first?"
Arno pondered for a couple of seconds then said
"Start with spells, There's something I have in mind for Abstracts which will take a while"
"I see ... How many Abstracts am I supposed to unlock? I'll learn all the spells"
"Ideally, All that's possible."
"All?"
"Yes, That's why I said I have something in mind, For now, focus on the spells"
Leus thought about it for a couple of seconds but quickly pushed all the thoughts away
'Well, There's no need to think about it, That's what Arno is here for.'
'I'll let him take care of the troublesome parts.'
Leus replied
"Alright, I understand.
There's a book I want to read first, And after that, I'll begin learning third-tier spells"
Arno felt intrigued
'Since he came he ignored all the books and only focused on increasing his power, Which book caught his attention?'
So he asked
"Which book?"
Leus quickly replied
"The Archivist's Book, The Walking Calamities"
"Interesting choice ... Well then, Proceed.
As for your training, it's normal to face difficulties at this point, So you can come to me any time"
Leus nodded
"I understand, Thank you for everything, Master."
Leus turned around and walked toward his room
For a couple of seconds, Arno watched Leus' back and felt nostalgic
' ... The Walking Calamities huh, ...'
In the past, When Arno was young and he was training to become a Mage along with his friends, Ignatius and Sebastian, They stumbled upon that book
'We looked up for all the great Lords ...'
They dreamed of being recognized by the Archivist and getting mentioned in his book
Arno sighed
It was like he was seeing a young version of himself
'Except, Leus is more talented and has far more potential than we had'
Arno looked around him and smiled wryly
'And far more resources ....'
Deep inside him, Arno believes that if he had had access to such resources when he was young, he'd have evolved even further
'Oh well, No one gets everything'
Arno pushed away the memories and returned to the present, He had a lot on his mind
He looked at the southeast, in the direction of the Capital
'Everyone will pay ...'
But first
'I have to free myself ...'
He turned his head to look at Leus' room
'And Leus has become a crucial part of my grand plan'
'For now, I have to focus on getting the Mana Crystals ... That's gonna take months ....'
While Arno was thinking of these things outside, Leus went back to his training room and went to the bookshelf
Leus murmured to himself
"It's time to read you finally"
Then he picked up a book
The cover of the book was black, And on it, the words (The Archivist) were written in the top middle of it, Under it (The World's Walking Calamities) was written
Leus went to his desk and took a seat
'I hope something about Sal is written in this book'
He opened the book and began reading
(This is the last version of this book, if a new version is released, This book shall either update or eradicate itself.)
'Oh? Eradicate itself? okay'
Leus flipped the page
(Introduction:
Within the boundless expanse of this world, numerous powerful beings hold power. Yet, who, in truth, can claim the title of the most formidable?
- For the naivety of a village child, it may be the Village Chief who stands as an omnipotent figure, their influence reaching every corner of the small village.
- In the shadows of a city's Slums, a mythical ruler, whispered in legendary tales by wise grandparents, might be the epitome of power for a dreaming urchin.
- To the educated mind, the Kings of the lands may seem unparalleled in might.
But are these crowned figures the true arbiters of power?
The answer is No. for Kings, though strong and rare, exist within limits.
Do NOT be misled by the notion that the only sovereigns are those who rule kingdoms; throughout the world, countless figures bear the title of King.
- The terms chosen by humanity to denote the Realms/Levels of Power/Evolution in this Era appear suspiciously political, potentially confusing truth-seekers.
Could this naming pattern serve a more insidious purpose? Such considerations, however, are irrelevant.
Behold, the genuine Sovereigns of the World, existing in an entirely distinct Realm—the Lords.
- Let it be known that this compendium does NOT catalog all the Lords of the world but focuses exclusively on those who wield the most profound impact.
The rating is NOT based on raw power but, rather, on the extent to which these beings manipulate the very fabric of this Era.
To put it simply: The rating is based on how much effect they have on YOUR life.
- It is imperative to recognize that the current Era boasts a peculiar peace among Lords, where duels are scarce, rendering an accurate assessment of individual power elusive.
Nonetheless, estimations abound; however, the crux of this book transcends such trivialities.
This, dear reader, is a testament to the dominion of the Lords—the architects of fate.
— The Archivist.)
Leus was impressed
'The Archivist's books are so interesting'
'How long has he truly lived?'
'I wonder what's the real number of Kings and Lords in this world ...'

(Chapter 1: The Ageless Lords
- In the vast expanse of our world, the Lords reign with ageless might, their existence stretching across centuries, if not millennia.
Hovering on the brink of immortality, their power is a profound mystery.
- Regardless of their individual distinctions, no Lord possesses a guaranteed triumph over another.
The duels waged between these formidable beings can reshape entire continents, reducing them to desolation, and turning them into barren lands.
Fortunately, for those dwelling beneath their divine echelons, the present Era enjoys an unprecedented peace.
- However, information about the Lords remains elusive.
Details such as their specific locations, ages, names, and aspirations are akin to rare gems, accessible only to those fortunate enough to find a connection to these enigmatic figures.
This knowledge is not always public, but within these pages, I shall divulge what is known —be it public knowledge or the whispers of clandestine rumors— surrounding these mysterious beings.
- It is crucial to recognize that not all Lords are of human origin. The world harbors other sentient races, although, for those confined within the bounds of a kingdom, encounters with these mysterious creatures are but distant possibilities.
Now, let us embark on an exploration of each of these enigmatic entities.)
Leus' excitement increased even more
'Destroy entire continents? He isn't exaggerating right?'
Leus quickly flipped the page.
