Chapter Sixteen

We were both standing in front of the woman I soon found out was a council member she was looking at me when she saw the state of how I was, her head tilting before looking to Elizabeth who of course was showing off the overly huge beach ball sized belly she was sprouting and once again to everyone's surprise was wearing very bright colors where to I was wearing black and gray. We stood in the middle of the packs burning pit area, the logs around the pit were formed as benches and had every wolf surrounding it waiting to hear the trail that was about to begin. I on the other hand wanted this over as quickly as possible because I wanted to bury my mom and I wanted to bury Beth with her as well, the fact that I hadn't already made me realize just how much self control I now had that I had destroyed half the room.
