Over the witch coven, the witches were all preparing for the sudden conclave. Madeleine was continuously getting frailer and weaker with every passing night, and before her magic completely vanished, she wanted to return it for another Supreme to catch. Even if she had been living for so many years as a witch, she didn't even think twice about the action.
After all, it was either her magic or her unborn twins. Madeleine was quick to make the choice.
She was only watching the decorations getting put up in their Magic Hall. She eyed the full moon almost climbing the sky as if this was the last time she would even see it as the Supreme—a witch. "…will I even miss the view? If Gilbert Gillard didn't make my days awful, there was this Nicholai Rudolf. Hmph, such stinky dogs took over most of my memories…"
