Chapter 45 CH 45: I drugged You
"Freya! Get down!" Alaric pulled her arm down to squat next to the table beside him. She was shivering with fear looking around to see who caused the noise.
Her clinic is closed at this hour. The doors were locked. It seemed someone broke in coming from the main door.
"What's going on? Should I go and check it? I can switch on the alarm" She said while trying to get up. But, Alaric pulled her back down to hide.
"Get down. Is there a back door from this clinic of yours?" Alaric asked while looking around for weapons. He picked up few sharp objects and kept some in his pants and held some on his hands.
"Alaric, talk to me. What the hell is going on? Should I call the cops?" Freya whispered and was looking for her handphone. She then cursed herself.
"My handphone is on the table in my room. I can try crawl to my room. It is just down at the corner" Freya whispered and pointed at the door out from the surgery room.
