I stared wide eyed at the Royal physician, that means the person position in the vampire kingdom is very high for him to be able to ascertain this.

"Actually I think I know who might have done this"

"who do you have in mind"

I asked him, Alex just stared at him with an unfathomable gaze.

"For now, am not sure, I have to ascertain it and make sure my guess is correct lest I put someone in trouble"

"Just say it so that we can guard against him"

"As I said earlier, I can not make any pronunciation on this matter, high priestess please understand"

I was surprised by him, if he doesn't want to say it, why would he mention the matter in the first place, I was even more surprised by the fact that Alex just nodded,not even persisting or commanding the Royal physician to spill it, it was so unlike him.

"Alex...."

"What"

"....."

I was speechless by his behavior, or rather the tone he answered me with, what's wrong with him.

"Where is my sister"

His sudden question shocked me to the core, it was too unexpected, where did come from.

"Your majesty, her highness is very well, we have to leave  now, am worried about Mato's health, the eye of the earth is the vampire treasure and it is being heavily guarded in their treasury, it won't be easy to snatch it away from them"

I tried to cover up the panic in my voice and thankfully he didn't notice it.

"Alright, let's go, Mato is in a critical condition, we can't waste more Time"

Alex said.

"Your majesty, I need to tell you this, so you be be prepared, the people guarding the vampire's treasury is not your average guard, they are half vampires and they are stronger than the ones you fought with in the battle field"

I warned him seriously, but he didn't even take my words seriously.

"How did you know that I fought with a half vampire in the battlefield when you are in a far away witch kingdom"

"I have my ways of finding out"

My eye met his piercing gaze, a gaze that seems as if he is looking into my soul, but I stared back at him not backing down, the Royal physician again interrupted our silent quarrel.

"Your majesty, I have to take Mato with me to my house, he has to be carefully watched by me, in case something up"

"Alright, do that, take more guards with you and ensure his safety, I don't want this incident repeating itself again"

He spoke with a domineering voice and aura like a king he is.

"Yes your majesty"

The Royal physician said and bowed respectfully at him, he nodded at me and we headed outside, but he stopped before we got to the door, he slowly turned around, my mind was beating fast, what is he about to say, did he find something off with my behavior, did I give him a hint?.

"In case Mato Wake's up don't tell him his condition yet till we return and also don't tell him we went to the vampire kingdom, if he asks, just tell him you don't know anything, don't let him go outside alone without guards."

"Yes your majesty"

The Royal physician replied.

"If he refuses to comply, tie him up , it wouldn't be that hard since he is so weak now"

I laughed inwardly at his words, tie him up?, what rubbish, who dares tie him up, that next in command to the king, is he joking or what, no one who is insane will agree to tie him up except they are seeking death. I stared at him as he continued nagging the Royal physician who just stood there listening and nodding helplessly. I couldn't take it anymore and decided to butt in.

"Your majesty, please stop nagging, Mato is not a kid,he knows his condition, he will definitely listen to the royal physician, we don't have much time on our side."

He glared angrily at me and I glared back at him, not in the least affected by his intimidating gaze.

"Yes, yes your majesty, Beta Mato will definitely not cause trouble, please be rest assured"

The royal physician said anxiously. He stared at the Royal physician, then at me, I raised my eyebrows at him, what's with him, is he that unwilling to leave Mato or is there another reason that I don't know of. Alex walked out of the room and I followed suit, when we came outside, he asked immediately.

"Do you have any idea who the mole is"

"No I don't"

I answered flatly, he glared at me.

"How couldn't you know?"

"Why should I know"

"Because you are a priestess, you see visions, you should know"

I stared at him, disbelief and anger written over my face.

"I see visions right,not miles or betrayers"

I retorted.

"You should know, you should have seen it in your vision or make a divination about it."

I took a deep breath to calm myself down, I can't afford to get angry now, though am burning in anger inside.

"Are you blaming me for this?"

I asked him with a teared filled eyes that is threatening to drop any moment, he wanted to say something but gave up when he turned and saw the tears on my eyes.

"No, it's not"

I smiled at his words.

"We should better get going"

He said and I heaved a sigh of relief and patted my chest, thankfully this trick still works else who knows when he will stop his argument, nobody can win against him in argument, in fact he is the king of argument, he loves bickering like a child, no wonder he and Mato fight almost all the time they are together.

"How are you going to enter the vampire kingdom"

I asked to see him frown slightly, did something come up.
