The Alpha’s Unwanted Bride
Jasmine is the first daughter of the great Alpha Bale. Because of her status as a bastard child, she lives a life maltreated scrubbing floors and attending to the needs of her father, step mother, step siblings and the entire pack. But her life makes a drastic turn when she is switched in place for her father’s legitimate daughter to be married off to the Handsome and Cold hearted Alpha Xaden. Xaden is determined to punish Jasmine for the sins of her father who had massacred his entire family, even though she is nothing like her father. THE APPREHENSION
"Would you imagine the insult?!" Alpha Brain demanded to the other Alphas once Erik had left the room. "An underdog referring to us like we are his mates."
"He is an Alpha." Alpha Cullen admitted. "If you think of it in a way, he is our mates."
"Bah! Don't come here with all that your silly talk of justice. He is an underdog! A sef and whether or not he is an Alpha who cares? So long as he is a sef he can never be seen as an equal." Alpha Brian argued.
"Xaden is keeping up waiting." Alpha Lockwood said. "I wonder what is going on."
"Xaden is a barbarian. I tell you! He must have run back to the wild where he truly belongs and now he has left us here." Alpha James spat.
"Xaden has left us to to suffer for our deed for not stopping Bale's attack on his family." An old Alpha called Williams said. "He knows that without the completion of the final ritual all wolves would be turned to mere humans and we will suffer until the next halo festival."
