Chapter 12

- Akarui please tell me why the hell is Medusa doing on my neck and looking all innocent!? - I yelled in my head,

- Whao looks like someone could use a chill pill right now, but to answer your question why she's on your skin is, because she was and is indeed innocent, but she was transformed into being you know well,

but she was once a beautiful woman, she was transformed into this being when she was trying to seek help from a certain someone,

but instead she got curse by that someone she was innocent by all means but she was cursed to have snakes for hair and when someone looked at in the eyes they were turned to stone,

and she was indeed a innocent person, a woman who was trying to escape from being raped,

but she was unable to escape from the man and was raped right in front of the person who she was trying to seek help from, but instead of being helped by that someone.

That someone was disgusted by what was happening in front of her so she cursed Medusa,

after being cursed and turned into a monster she went into hiding without even knowing her curse was far from just

becoming a hideous creature having snakes for hair.

One day a young man stumbled upon her while hunting a young buck, she fell from a fruit tree while trying to get one of the fruits from it,

the young buck charge toward her thinking she was trying to attack him with his head lowered, but as soon as Medusa saw the charging buck it was already upon her

there eyes met only for a moment, Medusa indistinctly closed her eyes and wait for the impact of the charging buck to come,

but after waiting for few moments she opened one of her eyes to see where the buck went to,

but she was shocked to see a stone statue of a buck a few inches away from her,

curious where the young buck went. She started looking around for it,

at that moment the young man saw exactly what happened and ran away, before Medusa could noticed him and went to inform his king and his kingdom of what he had witnessed,

you may know the rest of the story from the legend that young man made of himself,

because it's his side of the story that you learned in school but you haven't heard Medusa's side of the story,

before her death I spoke with her and asked that when she died if she would like to have her powers used for the power of good or for the power of evil,

she answered that she wanted her powers to be used for good,

but I warned her that she was to not to harm the young man who was coming to kill her and to welcome her death with open arms

she did argued with me but when I told her that in her next life she would be able to find love

and that her curse would be washed away by my first Guardian who will have a tattoo like picture of her on her neck. - Akarui said,

- So you're saying that I will be the one to get rid of her curse, but how am I supposed to do that!? - I asked,

- Because Asha you are a direct descendant of the person who cursed Medusa in the first place, but hey no pressure 😅 . - Akarui said with a snigger

- WHAT!? Akarui if she finds out who I am, I might as well be making my own death sentence by going to her! - I screamed inside,

I was filled with fear of what would happen to me if Medusa found out who I was and I was pretty sure she wouldn't let me have a quick and simple death like turning me into a stone statue,

- Asha relaxes she already knows that you are a descendant of the person who cursed her so you don't have to worry, Medusa never held a grudge against you.

She turned your ancestor to stone the moment she was cursed by her by accident. - Akarui said,

- Are you 100% sure that she won't cause any harm to me? - I asked,

- Um... Let me check with her hold on for a moment. - Akarui answered, which wasn't very reassuring,

I waited for a response from Akarui,

" Asha? Hello anyone home? ASHA!!!!! " Randy screamed,

" Ahhhhhh!! Randy you scared the living hell out me please don't scream at me like that again I could have hurt you seriously I mean it. " I said,

" Well answer me next time and then I won't have to scream at you. " Randy said,

" I'm sorry I guess my hunger is making me get stuck inside my head without me realizing it. " I said,

" Asha when was the last time you ate? " Randy asked concerned,

" Before the wolf attack. Why? " I asked,

Randy looked shocked by my answer, " What's with that face? " I asked,

" You do realize that you haven't had anything to eat for four days right. " Randy said,

thinking he was joking I burst out laughing,

" Yeah right! " I said still laughing,

" Asha I'm not joking that attack happened four days ago and when you called us,

your Mother was already dead for more than 24 hours and the police confirmed it as well,

then you passed out right next to Gill for a complete two days and a half,

and then you and Gill have been together for the remainder of the day before you called me. " Randy said seriously,

I stared at him looking for any sign of him joking but I could see he was dead serious,

- Asha he is right, you have not eaten anything in the last four days and you are close to being in a coma,

so you should quickly eat some food now and before you say you don't have any food,

take a look in the zipper poket in the front of your camp bag I magicly teleported you four energy making and energy restoring sandwiches,

but only eat two and give the other two to Gill when he wakes up from his inner awakening because he will need them,

but I don't think he will like them because they have no meat and he can't add anything to them either. - Akarui said,

I started to unzip the zipper and then reached inside and pulled out two of four sandwiches that Akarui had put together they were inside ziplockbags,

I took one of the sandwiches out of the ziplock bag and I slowly started to notice just how hungry I was, I started to drool,

before Randy could noticed the sandwiche I started eating it so fast that, Akarui became a bit concerned,

that I might choke so she magicly transported me six protein shakes three for me and three for Gill.

and as I finished my second sandwiche and my third protein shake there was a roar coming from the forest,

but I didn't think that the roar was that of a small wild cat,

so what roared was most likely the roar of a big cat.

Before I could ask Randy the roar sounded again but a lot more close then the first one,

" That can't be anything good. " I mumbled,

" ASHA GET IN THE F**KING CAR WE NEED TO GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE BEFORE BIG PAMMY GETS HERE!!!!! " Randy yelled.

Without any hesitation I got in the front seat next to him. He was already driving before I could even get the cardoor closed.

" Whose Big Pammy? " I asked,

suddenly a giant black Puma jumped in front of the car and I got my answer, " That's Big Pammy. " Randy yelled, swirling the car's steering wheel to the side making us spin around doing a one-eighty,

" Mew Moew Mew Moa Moa Mew Mew! Moa Mew Mew Mao Mew! MOEW MEW MOA MOA MOEW MOA MEW MEEEEEEEEEEEW!

(IS THIS GUY TRYING TO KILL US! WHOA THAT'S A GIANT PUMA! GET US THE HELL OUT OF HERRRREEEEEEE!!!!!!) " Snowy screeched,

" SNOWY QUICKLY CHECK ON GILL AND MY PURSE AND MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE BUCKLED IN. " I screamed over her screeching,

" MOEW MEW MOA! (YOU DO IT!) " Snowy screeched back at me,

landing on Randy's head while he was driving like a mad man down the road,

" ASHA GET YOUR CAT BEFORE I THROW HER OUT OF THE CAR AT BIG PAMMY! " Randy yelled at me,

" YOU HEARD HIM SNOWY NOW GET IN THE BACK SEAT BEFORE HE THROWS YOU OUT AT THE PUMA THAT'S CHASING US! " I yelled at Snowy,

Snowy got the message and jumped off Randy's head and onto unconscious Gill's lap,

" HOW DO WE LOSE BIG PAMMY!? " I yelled,

" WE JUST HAVE TO OUTRUN HER UNTIL SHE GETS TIRED IT'S A GOOD THING I INSTALLED A ACCELERATING GAS PUMP IN MY BABY HERE,

BUT I CAN'T DO IT I NEED TO KEEP MY EYES ON THE ROAD, SO I NEED YOU TO OPEN THE DASHBOARD IN FRONT OF YOU AND HIT IN THE ACCELERATION CODE,

THE CODE IS THREE, SIX, FOUR, TWO, NINE, SEVEN, SIX, BUT DON'T HIT THE RED BUTTON UNTIL I SAY 'HIT IT' UNDERSTAND! " Randy yelled,

" YES I UNDERSTAND. " I yelled,

I opened up the dashboard and looked at the access buttons and quickly typed in the code. Three. Six. Four. Two. Nine. Seven. Six.

I then pressed enter and then I waited for Randy's signal.

After some time waiting for his signal he shouted " HIT IT!!!! " without any hesitation I hit the red button, and we accelerated leaving Big Pammy in the dust.
