Chapter Nineteen

“Ok. We are on our way. Thanks, Luna, see you soon.” Kal ends his phone call with aunt Luna before signaling Hanna to go ahead. She nods and lets her purple magic flow out of her hands and seep along the floor towards the air vents that lead out of the gym. It takes a second, but she nods her head.

“All done. The teachers are taken care of. They think that we are on an impromptu school trip.” She says with a devious smirk playing on her lips. "But I do think that we should avoid the hallways because there are too many students." Kal nods and points to the back doors at the back of the gym.

“Girl you are scary sometimes.” Natsuko says while offering Hanna a high five. “But if you ever try to use your persuasion magic on me I will not hesitate to burn you.” Hanna bursts out laughing and answers Natsuko’s high five.

“Deal.” She says. I smirk and shake my head, only to wince at the motion.
