[10] - Princess Xandra

Alice and Eula looked at each other wryly, they didn't want to explain but they quickly saw Xander's narrowing eyes.

This time they could feel that Xander was very serious this time, they again didn't notice that his eyes glowed green and he suddenly smirked.

Alice then sighed desperately.

"It all started when-" Alice sighed and continued explaining.

(Flashback)

Alice and Eula appeared in front of a massive castle in the middle of London City, they were both gasping for air as they desperately chased the 'Princess'.

"Ha-... Ha-... What the hell are you thinking, Eula?! Letting the Princess escape would be bad for me! I'm the personal bodyguard of the princess!" Alice bloodshutingly asked as she was very angered by Eula dragging her back here.

"Letting escape what?" An icy tone snapped the two, Alice and Eula then looked at the figure and showed a very familiar appearance, in fact, it was the female-version of the person the two were chasing earlier.

"P-Princess?" Alice was confused, wasn't the Princess running earlier, how did she able to instantly be here?

The Princess sighed looking at the confused face Alice was making, this was a reason why she didn't want her as a Bodyguard. Because she was a massive airhead.

"Alice... What you did just broke a very moral code of the Knights of Integrity. If Dame Eula over here didn't stop you, who knows what would've happen." The Princess said with a deep intelligent tone.

Alice looked ashamed, she was very confused about what the hell was happening. So she chased a person that was actually wasn't the Princess?

"Princess Xandra..." Eula bowed whilst gasping, Xandra let her be and looked at Alice sternly.

In the end, she simply sighed as she gave a small letter to Alice.

"I have asked an 'informant' of mine who this person you were chasing before. I found out that he's a 'Shadow', or easily explained as 'Someone Unknown'. No records of anything besides you meeting him there, CCTVs found out that he lived nearby ****."

Alice and Eula looked at each other confusingly, Xandra again sighed as she explained.

"I have three assumptions on figuring out who this 'kid' with the same appearance as mine. First is being an intelligence agent from another country, but hugging almost the whole country's attention to him is simply idiotic.

"2nd Assumption is more simple, he's someone important like me. The Royal Family could easily hide my background and records in an instant. This is much more believable." Xandra paused for a few seconds which made Alice and Eula nervous.

"The 3rd is... He's a member of the Supernatural World."

""Supernatural World?"

It was a very simple explanation, the usage of mana are known by people in the High-Class, like politicians, nobles, royalties, families or organizations with deep history, or very rich businessman. Whilst usage of mana seems 'Supernatural'. There is a clear difference between a 'Supernatural Occurence' like usage of mana compared to the 'Supernatural World'.

'Supernatural Occurence' is something very random, like a lightning suddenly appearing without a storm or a Unicorn caught on cam. However, this mostly gets interpreted as 'Editted' when posted in Public.

'Supernatural World' on the other hand consists of Mythological and Religious things that were supposed to be something of a 'Fantasy'. Something like Gods, Goblins, Angels, and Devils. However since this was called something of a 'Supernatural World', they would also have their own world with rules itself.

"... So that's it, this 'kid' might be a member of the Supernatural World that suddenly came here on Earth. Maybe he recently came since there was no records about him from everything." Xandra then explained.

Alice and Eula nodded in deep admiration, they didn't think that something of fantasy actually exists, of course, they would be surprised since they were only lowly knights of a Royal Family.

However, Eula thought differently and asked.

"... Then why are you telling us this, Princess Xandra?"

Xandra sighed again whilst giving the two some documents about some files of 'Xander', on where he lived or something.

"... Well the two of you are hunted by the Royal Family."

""Huh??""

"You almost broke the reputation of the Order of Knights, which was formed by the Royal Family itself. Do you really think that you would get away without some repercussions?"

"B-But why? I mean wouldn't it be their loss?" Eula shakily explained as if her worldview just broke, Alice on the other hand was just deeply stunned.

"Do you really think that they would care about two measly knights compared to the deep history of the Royal Knights? You are simply pawns that are moving under the Royal Family's ambitions, it would be either you're useless enough to be disposed of, or useful enough to be used again."

Alice and Eula again looked at the documents that Xandra gave them.

"Those can be used to get recruited under that kid's protection, I would guess he would be someone strong enough to protect you since he easily outranked two commander-level knights." Xandra again explained.

However, a quick swish suddenly was produced until someone shouted.

"They're here!!"

"Quickly, escape!" Xandra shouted before entering a dark cloak of hers, suddenly she escaped everyone's vision. Alice and Eula realized that time was naught so they also quickly escaped/

"W-Where should we go?!" Alice shouted desperately as she was about to cry.

"Just follow the damn map!" Eula then said whilst jumping from branch to branch.
