Chapter 39 Vent the Anger for You

Everyone was shocked with their mouths open!

Shelton snatched the receipt back and told the waiter, "Open another one."

"Yes, Mr. Reed."

The waiter respectfully opened the two bottles of wine and bowed before leaving.

Shelton poured two or two glasses of wine, handed one to the dumbfounded Vera, and smiled, "Honey, let's have a drink."

Vera came back to her senses, gave Shelton a meaningful look, and gladly took the glass.

Perhaps this is the money he made before he married me.

"Honey, drink however much you want. I'll gulp this one down." Shelton clinked glasses with her, tilted his head, and drank the whole thing.

This was the first time Shelton drank with her, and also the first time making her proud. Filled with joy, she also drank the whole glass of wine.

"What do you think, Vera? Is it good?" Rosy asked, eager to taste the luxurious wine.
