CHAPTER 3 - CONFUSION 2

It was a clamor in the night, a ringing of ears, and suddenly they were challenged by a hulking beast of anguish and embers. Two ghastly eyes are staring at them with an hungered frenzy, and another clamor rages from its shrunken mouth in an attempt to attack them. Dark tendrils adorned its blubbery head, which itself is covered in blisters and soils. A fowl breath escaped though the creature's tilted nostrils set within a sinewy nose. Its blubbery head sits atop a small, inflated body. Otherworldly armor covers every inch of it, perhaps part of whatever those creatures call culture. "What's this? Is it a GLISS-BLOGGOROTH?" The creature takes a step forward, its two legs effortlessly carrying its demonic body with harrowing energy. They can feel the creature's eyes staring them down. Joanne asked her mother, "What should we do now?" "Don't worry, I will protect you," and Joanne's mother, Isabelle, roared out a battle cry reciting a spell that resulted in a more enormous calamity that made the Heaven and land shook. Though the creature was finished with a final blow but a much worse scene was about to come. But she suddenly stopped as she saw a very unpleasant scene. HER MOTHER WAS SLOWLY VAPORIZING IN THIN AIR.

And a corridor appeared in its stead which tried to suck Joanne in. Since Joanne was already weak, she was powerless in front of the 'void corridor,' so it was successful in sucking her inside.
