While Everette was currently making his way to the cafeteria, Ada and the rest were initiating step one of Jack's plan. After Everette left, Jack strategised the best way to go about bringing Coll down rather than charging in.
The plan was to bring everyone from Trinity to their side and then go for Coll's party members. Earlier, he noticed how repulsed they were against Coll's lustful nature and believed that it would also be better to bring them onto their side.
They conversed with several people around the hall and concluded that it wasn't going to be very hard to convert everyone onto their side. It seems everyone has the same negative opinion towards Coll and his group.
He wondered why they thought so negatively about his party members and asked:
"Are his party members as bad as him?"
The reactions he got varied, but they were along the same lines: "Not really... But they treat us pretty badly, but not on the same level as him. Guess power does change people."
Jack scratched his ear and pondered about his next move. 'So maybe there is a chance to convert them?' His eyes then wandered towards the two girls. Amelia was having a bit of a hard time but still going strong, and Ada seemed like she had no issues conversing with people.
'She's quite charismatic, huh?' Since he met her, he couldn't help but feel drawn to her in some way. How she carried herself made him think she was quite a naturally born leader.
Ada has spoken to several people thus far and has made a conclusion herself:
'A lot of time has passed... Is Everette back yet?'
She seems to be allocating half of her focus to Everette's lack of presence around her.
Besides that, she also noticed that Coll is no stranger to murder. She tilted her side by side in a pondering manner. She heard that whenever a member of his party no longer shows any worth due to an injury, he eliminates them.
The reason? She doesn't know since no one really knows why he goes so far. These acts of his have increased the chances of fewer people revolting against him in fear, though, except for a couple of times she gathered from a lot of people.
She took a random glimpse back to find that Everette returned with an out-of-the-ordinary smile. "A-And then—"
The person she was talking with was then suddenly interrupted by her palm. "I'll get back to you on that. I got to go talk to someone."
She left the person standing there before making her way over to Everette. "So? Did you escort Patrick?" Everette nodded, the smirk still stretched across his face.
Ada couldn't help but tilt her head at this, "What's up with the smile?" He raised a brow before bringing his hand to his lips and making an O shape with them.
He shook his head, "It's nothing. I just heard something on my way down here."
"Is that so...? What was it?"
"Hm? I just happen to eavesdrop on Coll." A sharp glint passed through his eyes.
Ada widened her eyes before staring at him expectantly, "Well? What did he say?"
"That he was going to kill the guy in the chapel."
She drew a blank before coming to the realisation of who it was, "Ooh... That guy." Everette nodded before taking a seat on a chair.
"You guys made a plan while I was gone?" Ada gave a brief nod before explaining the plan to him. Everette tucked his finger under his chin and stared at the floor, "It might work..." He then turned to look up at her.
"You don't mind if I was excused from this plan?"
"H-Huh?" Ada wasn't expecting him to say that randomly. She was confused but wanted to hear out his reason why.
"How come? Don't you want to bring the guy down?"
He nodded with a determined look, "Of course. I just want to do my own things first before the climax happens." She tilted her head while simultaneously crossing her arms.
"You mind sharing your grand ideas?"
He shook his head, "Not right now. Maybe later." He slowly got up from the bench before walking over to Owen.
When they first saw him, he wore a black jacket over a white T-shirt, but now he was left sitting on a nearby bench with a red, swollen shoulder and Lilly sitting by his side.
The guy has been nursing his arm. Lilly sat beside him as well. Owen didn't bother to go to Alice since he knew that her ability only worked on open injuries/wounds.
In the corner of his eye, he noticed Everette approaching him with steady steps. He gave him a wave before scooching up a bit and patting the side beside him.
Everette nodded at the gesture and took his spot on the bench. He turned to look at Owen before shifting his eyes to his shoulder.
"How's the shoulder?"
"It'll get better after a night's rest, I think. Thanks for asking, though."
"No problem."
"So... What did you need?" Owen waited for a response. They only just met a while ago, so he doesn't expect them to be so "buddy-buddy" with each other already enough to sit down and chat randomly.
"Where can I find some food in this place?"
"Oh? Are you hungry? Well, if you just..." Owen began to tell Everette the instructions on where the food was stored. Everette nodded gratefully and thanked him before getting up.
And with that, A day has passed.

"Have you guys seen Everette?" Ada walked up to Jack and Amelia, who were conversing with each other about what sort of information they had gathered.
Amelia shook her head while Jack rubbed his earlobe in a pondering manner before finally remembering, "Oh! I remember him carrying around a large white sack."
"A... Sack?" Ada tilted her head. Jack nodded before continuing, "Yeah, I asked him about it, and he told me—"
("The sack? Oh! Don't worry about it! I'm just thinking of going out and "Reeling in" something big, if you get what I mean..." *Wink Wink*
Everette said while giving a couple of winks with a large gremlin-like grin.)
