Back then, I was merely imagining what it would be like to have Marcus Zephanie in the interrogation room and finally find answers to the questions that had been bugging me ever since I have found evidence of him leaving the premises of the Reynolds' who were both found dead in their home that very same day.
But, as it usually happens, when the time finally came, I was at a loss for how to begin or what to say.
Marcus Zephanie and I had been staring at each other for what felt like an eternity. His secretary, Mary Earle was left to wait outside of the interrogation room, leaving me and Marcus Zephanie sitting in silence, each seemingly waiting for the other to break the building awkward stillness hanging between us.
