4. Jet black Dragon

"I see that you're awake" Said the voice sounded in my head, I looked towards the woods seeing that nobody was there.

"Who are you, Are you the who saved me from that fall?" I asked at the voice not knowing which direction I need to face to be talking to the Voice.

"To answer your Question, yes it is me who saved you, Archon Leywins" I was startled at the voice cause it know my names.

"How, how about my brother is he okay?" I asked worried about arthur because if he is died and I survive alone, I can't imagine how my mother will be.

"Your brother is fine, Right about now he is walking towards the dwelling of my twin sister, she is kind girl so I'm sure he will be fine Archon Leywins" Said the voice answering my question.

"Thank you for saving me, Will you please tell me the direction to that dwelling that my brother going at?" I asked hoping to meet arthur thinking that jd we were together we can pass this hurdle easily.

"No can do, Archon my sister will be furious at me if I do that, she seems try to enjoy her time with him" The voice said to me with a hint of amusement in her voice.

I just chuckled at it and said "I assume you are the eldest of the two seeing how you seems to enjoys the thought of annoying her" I said to the Voice who I think is a woman going by her kind yet teasing voice.

"Haha you are smart, How about this you come to my cave and converse with me after that I will send you towards the way your brother going at" Said the voice understanding I don't know where to go.

"Okay, But can you please show me some direction" which the voice answer with her going through my mind and infusing some memories of the direction toward her cave.

I walked towards the direction showed by the memories imbedded at me by the voice and finding a lake that I wash my self in to clear of the filth that has been building up.

then I continue to walk forward to arrive as soon as possible before the sun come down, I was greeted by a cave with dark aura coming from it.

'Not all dark aura are evil, Not all dark aura are evil, Not all dark aura are Evil' I repeat those thought trying to convince my self that anything inside are not some evil beast.

After I enter I see some being cladded in black armor covering her full body while giving of dark aura to the surrounding that make the cave to feel like collapsing.

I just smile wryly and said "did I just got into a wolf den, No I think a wolf den is better, Did that voice lied to me damn" I said out loud readying my self to flee if possible.

But I was stopped by the voice when she said "Leaving already when you just come and even after I saved you? what a rude boy you are" said the man in clad with the previous voice that I heard.

"You, You are the voice that saved me?" I asked surprised at not expecting the voice to be this 'being' infront of me.

"Yes, why is there a problem with my appearance" Asked the voice "No the problem lies between my mind because I decide to look at someone by their look" I said in regret of showing that face full of fear and doubt.

"You are interesting like I thought, Btw your parents are alive and well, your brother arrived 2 hours ago at my sister dwellings and is seem that she is creating a Gate to send him away" Said the voice while smiling inside her armor.

even if it is covered I know by the way her aura changes following her emotions, I nodded and said thank you for saving me to the voice.

"So what can I do for repaying you of saving me?"I asked thinking there are no free meat in this world, well except the meat that I take from Art plate when we are having dinner I guess.

"hmm lets see, How about you will become my disciple for as long as My sister finish her Gate for arthur" The voice said with a promise that she wilm send me towards the gate the same time arthur are sent away.

"But will it not only be in my favors if that is what you want?" I asked worried that it will be a cheap price of my life if that is the only thing she wanted from me.

"Haha no it will not, Because after you learn, I want you to take care of my eggs, it is what I called precious thing and I want you to take care of it Like it is your own child" said the voice.

"Okay then I agree, But may I know your name, it is weird if I don't know my master name" I asked hoping to know her more.

"My name is Malinda and don't call me master, Call me grandma will you" Malinda said while winking at me.

I just shake at her behaviour and nod "Okay than grandma Malinda Your cute grandson is ready for your teaching" I said returning back her teasing which resulted at both of us laughing together.

Days past, it change into weeks then month, In the blink of eyes I got quite attached at Malinda just like how normal Grandson will be attached to their grandma or grandpa.

its been 4 month since I stuck here Grandma teaches me a lot of thing like mana rotation, utilizing shadow, She even tells me how to use shadow Element just like her.

But it seems I failed because she said It is not any known element and also not a deviant because it is Original magic of old utilizing darkness at its core.

she also teach me swordsmanship which I at first refuse thinking that what I learned is enough but surprised at how profound her swords art is.

'To think I the sword saint to be surprised at some sword art this world is sure interesting' I thought While thinking something is weird happening ti Malinda.

I see that she got a wound in her stomach who is suddenly got spurt up by an unknown reason, "What's wrong how do you get hurt, and also since when?" I asked her clearly worried at her health.

"Haha, are you worried about your grandma boy, this lady is touched" She said still with her usual teasing remarks.

"OF COURSE I AM, Those four month are not an illusion and me calling you grandma had come so far to the point I am thinking you are my real grandma" I said holding back my cries.

"Haha, its fine boy, don't be such a Grandma boy, I just exhaust my mana after helping sylvie making those gate it will get better with time" I was surprised at what she just said.

"no time for idle talk" She said when suddenly a darkness devour my surrounding including me and Malinda.

"Mine name is Malinda, the rules of darkness and Queen of death I shall name thou as mine successor to take the Name of this queen" Said Malinda in the darkness.

"thy shall agree to the above and also protect this egg of mine with thy life by thy promise and mine agreement the pact shallth be made" continue Malinda as the darkness started to get condensed towards me and an egg appeared in front of my eyes.

"Lastly live well my boy, protect the one you love and slay those who harm you, Bear this for a bit" Malinda the proceed to desolve her armor and I see majestic Black dragons appear.

"You, you're a dragon Grandma?" I asked surprised at her form "Yes I am it seems that guy also has come so this will be a goodbye" She bit both of my arms and after she let go I see two tattoos in my arms going towards my back if the neck.

I see the Tattoos are gett imbedded not because of ink but more like it become part of my skin like it is natural to be there, My hair who previously looked brownish change to become darker and look like a shadow.

My eyes also have a dark red split serpent like pupils in the middle of my brown eyes, After finishing it Malinda then gives me a back full of things which appeared before the shadow.

"Farewell my child, I hope you find a happy life and live well" Said Malinda before sending me out to god knows where.

I was sad at how me and Malinda part ways but still decide to fulfill the promise of living well and happily, I open the bag that Malinda gave me and see many thing inside.

a clothes, a sword and also Pair of gloves who felt like it made by part of Malinda feathers, I also the eggs it the backpack she gave me covered in black jet feathers, the eggs looks like an rainbow but with a main color of black and dark red.

I decide to wear the clothes that she gave me and take the sword in my hand because I am not tall enough to weild it, But something happen to the sword when I touched it.

I feel like the tattoo that I got before started condensing and make a marking in both of my hand, now it become a hand tattoo and not the full tattoo going to the back of my neck.

I wear the outfits that Malinda gave me and something similar also happen where the clothes just blend in and fit my sizes perfectly, now I have a sword which adult can say to be a short sword.

and also an outfits that fits me perfectly.
