Chapter 11.

Liam took a deep breath.

He was worried about my reaction.

"Spit it out, Liam."

"She threatened your family. Kehlani, she threatened them."

I scrunched my nose up in confusion "What?"

"She threatened to hurt James and Kayleigh."

"W-What? Wait, you knew about them? And you didn't tell me?" The volume of my voice rose.

"No no, I didn't baby. When she said that if I didn't do what she said she'd hurt them I listened to her because I didn't want innocent people getting hurt. I didn't believe what she said about you having another family out there but obviously, I didn't want her to hurt people because of me so I acted as if I had slept with her. I might have lost you but I saved 2 of your family members so to me that's a glorious thing." he said.

I couldn't stop what I did next.

I grabbed Liam's face and planted his lips on mine. I could tell he was shocked at first because he didn't kiss me back but a few moments later his lips started moving in sync with mine. The butterflies in my stomach made me smile which made me pull away from him. I patted his cheeks twice and closed my eyes intending to sleep. Unfortunately, Liam didn't let that happen.

He peppered my face with kisses.

"Stop kissing me right now Liam or else I'll hit your baby maker!" I grunted.

He instantly stopped and laid down on my pillow.

"Don't you want to get undressed?" I don't understand how people could stay in a suit and get into bed.

That shit is uncomfortable.

"You want to see me naked don't you? Baby, all you had to do was ask." He grinned mischievously.

He stripped his clothes off one by one and when it got to his boxers; he stared me into the eyes and hooked his thumbs in the waistband of his boxers.

"You realise that I will not tell you to stop right? I couldn't care less if you got naked or not, I've seen all of this before and I don't give a shit if you get undressed again." I smirked at him and he pulled his boxers off.

I've always enjoyed seeing Liam junior.

He was huge.

Liam stood there in all his naked glory expecting a reaction from me but unfortunately for him, I would not give one. Seeing people naked didn't bother me as much as it should've.

"Why don't you take a picture babe." He flexed his muscles and so I grabbed my phone and took a picture of him from the waist up and set it as my lock screen.

"Oh shit, I didn't think you would take it Kehlani" Liam grabbed his boxers from the floor and put them on. Then he slipped into bed next to me and wrapped his arms around my waist.

Liam and I stayed in bed for quite a long time but at 9 pm my dad was supposed to be coming home so at 8:30 Liam and I went downstairs and I escorted him out of the door.

Liam kissed my lips and ran a hand through my curls "I'll see you later okay baby?"

"Yeah. Bye Liam" I gave him a quick peck and closed the door once he got into his Rolls Royce.

I was bored, so I walked into the living room and watched Orange is the New Black.

Pornstache is a bit of a freak don't you think?

I watched about 3 episodes and I didn't realise I had fallen asleep until James started shaking me lightly.

"Go to sleep Kehlani, you have work tomorrow." he said.

I groggily walked up the stairs after giving him a nod and slipped into bed but because luck wasn't on my side once I had gotten into bed, I wasn't tired anymore so I turned my tv on and watched Scorpion.

I could never watch a tv series without swapping to something else, I always got bored really easily.

A few minutes later though I got interrupted because James walked into my room and by his expression I could tell he wasn't pleased.

"What's this Kehlani? And before you state the obvious, I mean why is that on there!" He held up my iPhone and I saw that my lock screen was showing.

Oh, poop.

"E-Erm." I stuttered.

"Why have you got this half-naked guy on your lock screen?"

"Why have you got my phone, James?" I retorted.

"Do you even know this guy? How long have you known this boy for Kehlani?" his voice was calm. I knew he was mad but how could his voice be so calm?

"Yes. I know this guy. Do you want to know something though dad? I've known that guy longer than you. He's been more of my family than you ever have. I don't even know you!" I yelled.
