Author’s Note Before Reading

This note is to let you know what to expect in this fanfiction.

It will be separated into multiple parts, namely about chapters, story, Pokemon, Mc, and romance.

About chapters:

-I am not a professional author, and English isn't my first language.

This means that there will always be mistakes in my work, however, I will always do my best to give you a chapter with the least amount of errors possible.

-Each chapter has at least 2k words.

I try to avoid writing notes in chapters and always write in the 'Creators' Thoughts' present at the end of each one of them (unless I am over the number of words allowed or I have to ask/say something important).

I have no schedule since, well, I have a life but expect at least one chapter per week unless I am too busy, and ONLY once my first fanfic is over.

-IF I have the courage, I will write a few R-18 chapters, which only contain lemon without any important information, so you can skip it if you don't want to read it (and I will always release a 'true' chapter at the same time so you have something to read) but that's far from being my focus in this story.

-I accept suggestions or ideas, but if you came here while simply complaining about everything while not being polite, just stop reading and annoying me.

I do take critics, but please have them constructive, also, don't hesitate to leave a review once you are up to date with the story to let me know what you think about it.

-Every review that only has spam, like 'exp' or 'good', or complains about something that is in the tags will be deleted, no matter the stars.

Your review should at least tell newcomers what you liked or disliked, in your language if you don't feel like writing in English, or just briefly if you don't want to write tons of paragraphs.

-I will always show you the image of the Pokemon I am talking about after the first paragraph where one appears by using '[ ]' unless I forget.

About the story:

IMPORTANT: Consider the story to take place in an alternate universe of Pokemon!

-The timeline and multiverse I will talk about and use will not be canon.

I will use both the games and the anime to build my world but the Pokemon world timeline is so f*cked up, I have to make one myself.

-To let you know a bit about the timeline, the Mc at 4 years old, when he wakes up, is 24 years before Ash's journey start, so he's 18 years older than Ash.

Do note as well that the time is passing differently, it's not Earth with 12 months equal to one year, it will be explained in a chapter later.

-Mc does not start at Kanto, I'm sick of this anyway, even if it makes it harder for me.

-Now, for the realism I want in the story, there are cases of people dying to Pokemon, the opposite as well, and humans here are not immortals, though they can withstand some attacks since they all have a tougher body.

Pokemon can die of old age as well, some people use them as slaves too... There will be some dark stuff since it's how humans work, no matter the world.

I know that the story premise sounded ominous, but honestly, I'm not sending my Mc in a Pokemon world where only the strong survive... It's more inclined towards adventure.

About Pokemon:

-I may change the type of certain existing Pokemon (changing or adding a type) or give them moves/abilities that they don't learn (I mean, Aerodactyl has the Rock Head ability that boosts recoil damage but doesn't have Head Smash as a move, a rock type recoil damage move).

I already prepared on my computer a lot of 'fake' things:

-I decided to give each legendary a new stronger form if they do not have one already, mythical Pokemon as well.

-Most legendaries or mythical Pokemon are unique, but since I'm building my story on a 'multiverse' kind of setting, they are not truly unique but exist only once per 'universe' with maybe some exceptions.

-One of the main points in my story will be mega evolutions, which means that there will be far more mega-evolutions for fully-evolved Pokemon that do not exist in the canon in my story, don't worry, I downloaded a fanart of each as long as they are decent.

-There are two exceptions for the last two paragraphs, first, I prepared an Eeveelution for each type and there is a single Eevee that can mega evolve and not his evolutions, second, I did not give a new form to the five 'regi' known (Regigigas is excluded) but instead will have a 'regi' for each type.

Note that I have a picture of each ready if they ever make an appearance.

-Lastly, I may use regional forms that come from fangames or fanart, and MAYBE even Fakemon and regions from them if I feel like it, we will see.

-I didn't intend to add any new types within the 18 current knowns, though there might be two or three 'temporary' types caused by someone or something that could appear in the story and maybe get preserved even after 'curing' them, but they are not part of the 18 knowns and may not even be in my story.

-One exception again, there WILL be a unique Pokemon that will have a new UNIQUE type, there won't be any other Pokemon with this type.

-I do not own any pictures at all, even if I used paint to modify some of them.

About Mc:

-At the start of the series the mc is 4 years old, he will act like a child but for reasons that will be said later, he can also be calm, composed, and smarter than normally possible(he's not a reincarnated/reborn person).

-Mc has a special power that comes from what you will learn in the prologue, since he isn't a reincarnated being, there is no system, though I could use the Pokedex as an alternative later.

-Mc's look as an adult is already decided, I will show a picture of him once he's old enough since I do not have any for his child self, it will be in an 'Mc Status' auxiliary later and maybe in the chapter that first describes him.

About romance:

-A harem is when someone, for example, an Mc, has three or more lovers, which won't be the case here.

This will be a 'love triangle' where Mc is in love with two women who also do not mind being involved together.

Their relationship is not based on sexual interaction but feelings, thus it is not a 'Ménage à Trois' where Mc has a wife and also a sexual partner.

Again, I'm not making an R18 story, but know that Mc will have two lovers, no more, no less.
