Hiding Potential

In a blink of an eye, 5 months have passed, it is already the first of the month and it is also the day before the 5th year Ceremony. Sirius knew that he can't reveal to the other's his talent on all elements, he knew that his talent will attract jealousy of the others and they might try something bad for him.

Sirius decided to put a limiter on himself, by doing this it will prevent whatever device trying to detect his full potential. He was now in the move to install this program to his body.

Sirius tried to hide all his elements except for wind and water. He decided to show his wind and water element because it is his parent's element, but he decided to hide his fire because it stands too much if he has 3 elements at the same time. Having able to use 2 elements is rarer but the people who can use 2 elements can't be counted by two hands, not like someone who can 3 elements which can be counted by two hands.

A day passed by, it is the day of 5th-year Ceremony.

Outside the church a lot of horses and carriages are line up neatly, it is also filled with people. Anyone can be distinguished which area the nobles are waiting and where are the commoners. In this world, status is important to any person because if one person has a high status then they can stand straight and do anything he wants.

Suddenly a loud neigh-ing sound sounded in front of the church, this is the arrival of the Dukes. Dukes are respected by the lower rank nobles, they need to show respect to the higher rankings in hoping that they can latch on them and raise for higher ranks. Normal occurrence in any place, they need to please someone with high status to get what they want.

There's a notification from the watcher of the church which dukes arrived first.

" Servap's House has arrived!"

" Lyserus's House has arrived!"

"WindeForg's House has arrived!"

"Roker's House has arrived!"

The dukes arrived one after another, the people around were gathering to have a look at the mighty dukes. Each duke has different characteristics, not all of them are magicians. Some of them are knights who excel at swords, some of them are the lords of different resources.

This duke has different characteristics and because of that some of them are fighting for the rivalry. Rival is such a marvelous thing in this world because if one has rival they will do anything they can do surpass their rival.

WinderForg House: Excel in swordsmanship, there is no one in the kingdom who can beat WinderForg family in terms of swords.

Roker House: One of the Duke family who excels swordsmanship, but they can't be compared to the WinderForg house, that is why Roker house decided to have WinderForg as their goal and rival.

Servap House: The only house that owned different resources for the kingdom.

Lyserus House: One of the Duke family who excels in magic aside from Sheperd House. But they are short in term of powers to beat Sheperd's House. Lyserus House mostly excels at support magic instead of battle cast magic.

Sheperd House: The family who are known to be the most proficient in magic. Each member of this house can either use 1 or 2 elements, and they can use it well for combat use.

"Sheperd's House has arrived!"

This announcement incites an excitement to all the people below. Anyone in there knew that Sheperd's House is the best duke family who excels in magic. Each of their descendants is proficient in using magic, and if they are lucky they will have an offspring who can use 2 elements at the same time.

The dukes just nod their head to each, they didn't start talking to each because they are showing their utmost respect for the church. They waited quietly in front of the church.

Until the church's door opened, all of the people eyes focus on the door. And they saw a person walking out of the door, they show their utmost respect for this person. Because of this person a priest, a person who can use holy magic.

"Good day to everyone! I welcome you inside the church to witness the 5th-year Ceremony!" The priest said.

The people who will attend the 5th-year ceremony are now going inside the church one after another.

Inside of the church, they saw a grand scenery in front of them. There was a high ceiling and have a chandelier and in front of them, there is a statue of the Goddess Rughs. The statue looks beautiful even though it is not alive and has a noble aura within.

It is as if the stone statue is blessed by the Goddess of Magic herself. The children who will attend the ceremony are dazed by it, but for Sirius, it is not of that much shock. Because he knows God exists, just by the fact that he was reincarnated by a God.

"Okay, let's start the ceremony." The priest said to them. "Form a line now, I don't care if you are noble or commoner just line up. All of you are equal in my eyes." The priest added with a smile on his face.

One by one every commoners knew their elements, some of them have talent in magic but some of them not. Especially one commoner whose name was Angelica, she has a rare talent that can use 2 elements, this elements are wind and lightning. Her talents shocked some of the nobles who can only use some magic.

The other duke young masters and young miss has descent talent. Evangeline the young miss of the Lyserus magic also have dual elemet talent which is earth and fire. The Servap family young master has earth element, the Roker and WinderForg young masters has the same element which is the wind.

When it is Sirius turn the magic ball that can detect which element there talent has no reaction, they thought it malfunction or Sirius don't have a talent in magic. But the latter was ignored, because SIrius is a young master of Sheperd's house the best magician family in the kingdom.

Suddenly the magic ball start Shining, unlike others the brightness this time can be compared to a candle and sun. The other young master and young miss and the commoners that Sirius have 3 or more talent, But out of their exectation the only element show up is.
