Since Farious is at the last stage of Body Tempering Realm, he now needs to break his cultivation barrier to attain Half-Step Flesh And Qi Unification Realm.
Farious decides to use the normal way of breaking the cultivation barrier which is to fulfill the requirement for breaking through the cultivation barrier.
Farious channels his spiritual qi through his meridians before releasing it through his flesh.
The spiritual qi that flowed through Farious' flesh starts to seep inside Farious' fleshy body. His flesh that was being nourished by his spiritual qi became much more durable and stronger than before but it was only temporary.
