"I suppose you have a point," Nikolai admitted after a thought, sighing.
Yuri chuckled all of a sudden, putting his arm over his shoulder and pulling him man closer to him. "Guard me like you guard Caesar, and I'll be just fine unless you desire to see me killed by one of those stupid alphas. It's as if they want every beta in this pack gone."
"Idiots!"
"Yuri, are you drunk? How much did you drink before I came here?" Nikolai frowned.
Yuri had choked on his drink, and after some vigorous back-patting from him, he sputtered a response, "Just…a little."
"Yeah, of course." Nikolai stood up from the stool and grabbed hold of him, pulling him up. "Get up, let's leave." He put his arm over his shoulder and began to walk him out of the bar.
Yuri laughed along the way, giving middle fingers to every single standard alpha his gaze fell on, even those having an obscene session with their whiny omegas.
