After being dropped off, we stayed at the entrance of Sunhaven for 12 days. During those 12 days, I learned some magic spells from some books that were in the library and practiced some more sword techniques. One of those sword techniques was the Sword Path. It helps the user to see the path of a sword user and block their attacks. It was a grade A spell, and it took me 10 days to master it. I used it on a goblin that was holding a sword, and I was able to see how and when the sword was coming at me. Then, I made Thuz teach me how to use his sword skills. He taught me the skill Appraisal, which makes you see the characteristics of creatures and humans – their power level, the amount of mana and health of the creature or human. It's a very useful skill. I've got to give Thuz something the next time I see him. After packing up and leaving the entry point of Sunhaven, we headed out to the interior of the village in Sunhaven, where Miss Isadora went to talk to the adventure guild master about a new dungeon that was discovered in the Emberglade forest.

They discussed what they were going to do with it, and they decided to raid the dungeon in two days. So, we stayed in the city. After staying in an inn, I went out to gather information about spells and magic items. I saved up some money to buy a sword from doing jobs when I stopped in the cities I traveled to. I earned 100,000 silver crowns. I was going to save it up in case something were to happen, but I wanted a new sword that could amplify my magic. I found a store that was selling magic amplifiers, but I did not find any magic amplifying swords. After leaving the store, I went to another store in the back streets of the city where I passed a slave trading company and brothels. The lady in front tried to lure me inside, and I fell for her trap and went inside. I didn't get to do anything, but what I saw was every bit pleasing.
