Wen Nannan's plan worked. After the chaos subsided, the crowd surrounding Lu Huai finally dispersed, and Wen Nannan managed to squeeze her way to his side.

"Brother Lu, you're quite charming!" Wen Nannan complimented, then asked, "Brother Lu, where have you been all these days? I've been looking for you everywhere."

Lu Huai glanced at the pile of roses in her arms, said nothing, and walked away with a cold expression, striding out.

Wen Nannan hurriedly followed suit. Sensing that Daddy Lu wasn't particularly pleased to see her, she silently trailed behind him, stealing several glances cautiously.

They walked, one in front of the other, maintaining a cautious distance. Upon exiting the square, Lu Huai looked at Wen Nannan, who appeared nervous, with a slightly furrowed brow and a cold tone, "Wen Nannan, do you find this game fun, enjoyable?"
