After the fight

The Apostles of Darkness disappeared after the fight with the Hundun.

The four guardians had been chasing after the Apostles of Darkness that we had faced together, but then all of a sudden…those Apostles of Darkness disappeared.

They didn't know how these Apostles of Darkness disappeared, but they suddenly disappeared from in front of them. 

"It was almost as if the ground swallowed them up."

That was the consensus that they came to.

Yan Ling and I naturally couldn't accept something like this, so we kept grilling them for more information.

According to the four of them, there were these circles of black energy that suddenly appeared under each of the Apostles of Darkness that they were chasing. This black energy suddenly came out of the ground and then covered the Apostles of Darkness.

They had tried attacking the dark energy that covered these Apostles of Darkness, but they weren't able to break through them at all.
