Only Seth and the Ghoul lady remained inside the room—her eyes watched him quietly, seeming to analyse him each second.
'This woman feels strange. I don't know why, though.'
"Are you uncomfortable, Mr Darkwood?"
"Not really, but call me Seth. It's weird."
She seemed more relaxed now as the others were outside and looking around the mall, despite wanting to stay. Seth also thought it would be good to speak alone because neither were pure humans anymore.
"Very well...Seth." Her voice was soft and calm, not like he pictured a ghoul to sound. "I can see that you are curious about what I am..."
"Yeah...what exactly did they do to make you this way?"
It seemed she was expecting this question as she simply smiled with her lips closed and gently brushed one of her long black locks behind her ear. She fluttered her long eyelashes while focusing on Seth with her ruby orbs.
