That's What Friends Are For

"I-I-I'm so sorry Remy please forgive me" she said apologetically. " I-It's okay" I said while in the midst of crying. "A-Are you sure you're okay Remy" she said. " Y-Yeah I'll be fine I just can't let anyone see that I'm crying". We pull into the school parking lot with ten minutes left before school starts.

Remy stopped crying and got out of the car and went inside. I couldn't help but think why did I say that, why did I make her cry. What happened at our old school involving her was bad. Then I was dragged into it just because other students said I caused it to happen. But in reality she got so mad that it caused something to happen.

What happened seemed like something supernatural, something out of this world. She had this blue aura around her and you could hear something like an explosion. Then you could see smoke coming from the room where she was. I was so worried because she is my friend and I care about her. After the incident we were expelled from the school and had to find a different school.

Before I knew it I had one minute before class started so I ran inside. I made it to class on time just a few seconds before the bell rang. The rest of the school day was great but I wonder how it went for Remy. I hope it went okay and that nothing happened. Oh wait there she is I ran toward her "hey Remy how were your classes" I said. "They were okay" she said "it didn't happen this time". "That's good" I said, she spoke up and said "hey you know I haven't known what it was that caused what happened at our old school".

"I was thinking maybe this weekend we could go see my parents and talk with them about it". "Could you drive me there" I said and she said "yes because that's what friends are for am I right".
