A new path

"let the energy flow through you, temper your body, control it in every inch of your body...."

The Ancient One aka my Master was guiding me in my meditation exercise.

Six month have passed like nothing, the first thing the ancient one did was sealing my power by using a complex rune and removed it only aftet I was able to control the mystic energy.

The mystich energy is a type of energy coming from the different realities and dimensions, a sorcerer is able to manifest a spell using the energy coming from them.

To be able to do it one has to experience the same mental trip that Doctor Strage did in the film,only than the soul and mind are able to absorb that power, let me tell you that was beautiful, the immensity and complexity of the multiverse is something amazing even having a little glimpse like that can have serious repercussions on your mind.

Anyway, to be able to cast a spell one has to follow 3 major step:

1 Connect to the reality where the power from that spell came from

2 Let the energy flow through you

3 Manifest the spell using hand gesture and signature

Simple right? hell no! step 1 and 2 are tough enough, but step 3 is impossible for me.

In this process lies the problem of my constitution, I can't manifest the spell...[Extremis] has changed me and will be my primary power source from now on...I feel cheated, can I have a full refund? my inability to create portal is what really kicks me off, but I have no choise, this was after all something that was foretold by my Master...I can't become a sorcerer but that doesn't mean I can't use their teaching.

Using the mystich energy I am able to have full control on my power, it serve me as control system,I took inspiration from Jonathan Pangborn a paraplegic that used magic to move his body.

Thanks to that I can regulate the power output from [Extremis] and move it so that it doesn't harm me, I can use it freely now and control the flames to a degree I wouldn't have thought possible, I feel a lot like Natsu from Fairy Tail these days, but my resources doesn't end here.

My regeneration power is great, not at wolverine or Deadpool level, I am not immortal but let's say it is difficult to kill me, my physical capabilities are good,really good more so when coupled with my heat.

Before [Extremis] was powering everycell in my body without control, now I can focus that power in determinate spots giving me an edge in a lot of situations.

Mordo was helping me in the combat training, that guy is tough even with my powers he kicked my ass a lot, I think he likes it, but he congratulated me when I was finally able defeat him, he became a friend I hope to stop him going to the dark side before is too late.

Right now with the Ancient One help I am testing one of my theories, if I can use the mystic energy to temper my body I can let flow [Extremis] stronger and faster, something I stole from the cultivation novels I read in the past...even my Master found out that interesting, but is a delicate procedure and I need to be careful.

Even if I can't cast spells like the sorcerers i am able to use other form of magic, the Asgardian magic, in particular the rune system.

To use that, I have to write a rune or a set of runes that follow the law of this universe and powering it with magic or any kind of energy if you made the right adjustment...this was mind blowing... I remember my Master words...

"Arthur, rune magic is primarily used to enhance weapons and armor with certain laws, but can be used with an infinite number of combinations to produce the desired results...Odin the Asgardian God of Magic and War is the highest authority in this subject, I can teach you to some extent, but where you will go it will depend only on yourself.."

In future when I meet a certain God I will make sure to get a recommendation letter.

Time really fly when you are having fun, Kamar-Taj is not out of this world so, when the news of Tony Stark challenging the mandarin in an open confrontation was out, I knew that the time to act was ripe.

After ending today session I asked

"Master i ask permission for a temporary leave, there is something that I need to do in New York"

it is time to repay Aldrich for his kindness.

"There is no need to ask permission,you can come and go as you see fit, but before you go, Wong he has somenting to show you"

the Ancient One answered, unsurprised with my request, one of the things that I learned here is that is difficult to surprise her...I am a little annoyed by that.

Wong was waiting for me in the library, as soon as he saw me, he opened a portal to the Sanctum Sanctorum...I think he did that to annoy me.

"So Wong, why are we here?"

"The Ancient One said that it is time for you to have a mystic weapon, we store them here waiting for them to choose their master, they are dangerous but reliable so only a selected few comes here, you should be honoured."

"Trust me, I am"

Wong was looking with a rare smile on his lips.

"Now remember is the weapon that chooses the sorcerer not the other way around.."

"that sounds like Harry Potter..."

"Who is Harry Potter?"

"And you call your self a librarian?" I was sincerely sad for him.

"Anyway, focus, can you feel anything in here calling for you?"

"mmm...i feel something one strong and another one weak..."

"two? aren't you lucky...than after you" said Wong with a hand gesture.
