Renovating the House

I went out of the house and a lot of delivery had been made. "Oh! Father really quick about this." I said while looking at the item that is delivered.

Arlette looking mad but keep her smile "Dear, mind telling me what is all this about?". "Eh... Can't you let your fiancé had his fun?" I'm shocked that she is mad.

"Then how about telling your fiancé what you gonna do with that much material?" Arlette said while her mana starts leaking out. "Relax, I use my own money." I said while I start taking a step back.

"That's what I'm angry about." Arlette becomes closer to me while her face turns dark. "I had more, don't worry." 'No way the money I stole from a lot of criminal gone just like that.' I said while avoid looking at her face.

"Humph, just this time. Let us see what you gonna do with it." Arlette then stands back to her usual position as a noble lady. The delivery guys went inside "Excuse me, Sir. Where should I put this?"

"Just put it there. I remove it myself." I said while starting my magic. Using my earth magic to help me move the material. "Let's make a house for Como first." I said and move next to the gate and make a simple house but quite big and turn some of the soil while replanting the flower.

I also replanting them in front of my house. While making a round road toward the mansion then make a fountain in the middle. "Are you contend with this, honey?" I said looking at Arlette.

"Please continue dear. You really good aren't you." Arlette said. I don't know if it's sarcasm or not. I replant some bushes as a fence and cut it neatly.

Next to the opposite side for the maids living quarters. When I move toward the other side, I felt some mana below the ground. "Hmm? Stand back, Arlette, Elise. I said to them.".

They follow the instruction and step back. I drill a hole with magic then hot water comes out of the ground. "Oh, Hot spring water." I said unconsciously. "It's magical hot spring water, dear. Now make it for us." She said but I could see her mood change.

"Right, Let's share with the maid also but I made a private one for us." I use earth magic to be condensed into stone and make it like a mini mountain stone with hot spring water flow down from it. Then a pool with Stone flooring, Bamboo fence to decorate the place and shower place to shower before getting in the hot spring.

Since the hot spring right beside the mansion, I connect it with the building on the first floor. While for the maid I made a different building to hold their clothes before went inside.

Next, I move toward the right side of the mansion and made a big road but beside it, I made a wooden fence. "But, Arthur. How do you know where to place?" Elise ask me while Arlette nod, she agrees with Elise.

"I ask Father. Please, father. How can you let your daughter live in a place that's not safe? We need to survey the place." I said while acting when I ask Leon to observe the place. Elise and Arlette giggle seeing how I trick Leon.

Then I made a quite big barn for cattle then another wooden fence and a horse stable. Then continue making the road behind.

I open the big box container. "What is that, dear?" Arlette ask. "This is sand." I answer her. "I know the white one. I ask the grey one." She said annoyed. "Metal power. I want to make a frame for my greenhouse. There's no one accepting my order." Then I made glass and the frame with soil as the mold.

Made it one by one and there's a green house. Next, I made a farm beside the greenhouse too with a road split in the middle. Going more to the left I replant another flower and make a luxury gazebo to drink tea or relaxing. Arlette and Elise agree with the design. Toward the back of the farm there I also made road and replant the tree to make it forest-like, put the lamp on the side of the road to look as if you walk in a park.

Then I made some space also cut some trees to let the sunlight in. Then make another relaxing place with a beautiful flower bush around.

"Guess this is enough for now. What do you think?" I ask Arlette and Elise? Elise just nod agree while Arlette crosses her arm. Since no one around her attitude changes. "Still, how much expense did you use?"

"I forget about it since father took care of it." I said to Arlette. Then she nods "Fine, then starts moving our room to the first floor. I want to use the hot spring, isn't that right Elise?".

" Aya~ I forgot about our own house. I will sleep at the third-floor the.." I said but stopped by Arlette. She put her finger on my lips "We sleep together." Both of us looked at Elise. Elise blushing red "Yes, I had talked with Arlette. We want to sleep together with you." She said while lowering her head.

"Hah~ Fine but wait a second before I move our stuff." I said while starting to gather mana. I cast barrier magic big enough around the mansion. Then I brought the biggest container, inside is a magic stone to keep the barrier magic. I plant the magic on the magic stone and brought it to the roof. I took off the usual roof design and made the floor surface a little slant to let water flow to the side.

Now the roof becomes one big balcony where I put the magic stone. Also decorating the place with grass to step and bench with a table and give a stone fence on the side with a pattern.

Then I get down from the roof while bringing the bed and everything to the first floor. I remake some of the single rooms on the first floor into one big room for us to stay connecting to the hot spring.

I renovate the whole mansion until now the sun is set. While there's only us 3, so we decide to eat outside for today. After we eat outside, we go back to the mansion and I slump myself to the bed. "Dear, do you want to come to the hot spring with us?" Arlette asks while Elise nod with a blush on her face.

"If you keep teasing me like that, I might not be able to stop if I want to eating both of you." I said with a smirk on my face when looking at them. Arlette blushing "I.. I'm not teasing you. We want it for ourself. Right, Elise?" She tries to find some backup. Elise also nods repeatedly.

"Not right now. You can use it, both of you. I just tease both of you." I said while continuing to put my head on the bed. 'I'm dead tired.' Then continue to doze off to sleep.
