"Here is your One silver Mr. Lucian. Thank you for your business." The accountant spoke with a smile as she passed a silver coin to Lucian.
"Thank you." Lucian replied with a smile as he immediately grabbed the silver coin and started walking towards the exit door of the Adventurer's guild.
'Hah... My first Silver coin.' Lucian thought as he looked at the silver coin with a smile.
There are four type of coins in this world. Coppers, The lowest of kind. Then comes silver... One silver coin is equal to 100 coppers, after that comes gold coin... 100 silver coins make 1 Gold coin and at last comes jade coin... These coins are very rare because they contain 1000 gold coins in one.
Jades are very rare to see anywhere other than the Royal treasury it self.
As Lucian was walking through the street... He suddenly, Saw something odd.
People on the Streets are bowing down and looking at the ground as if making way for someone.
"Bow down your heads to the Princess... Commoners." A knight's sound came from the far away distance.
'A member of royalty huh ?' Lucian thought as he immediately went into an alley that was nearby and observed the outsides silently.
'I Don't mind bowing down to her... But, My ego won't allow it.' Lucian thought as a smile appeared over his face.
"Princess Valora is passing through, Bow your heads, Commoners." The knight repeated himself as a large carriage appeared behind him.
The carriage looked really beautiful and Royal... It had a golden pattern all over it and a Red paint.
Two white horses were pulling the carriage and 8 knights were protecting it.
The knights looked really dangerous as they had long swords and spears in their hands. All of them were on their horses and they were continuously scanning the area for any potential threat.
'Hmm...? Where is the princess ? I can't even see her.' Lucian thought as he continued to look at the carriage.
"Stop the carriage..." Suddenly, A sweet sound came from the inside of the carriage.
*Screech*
The carriage driver immediately stopped the carriage.
"Princess... Is something wrong ?" The knight commander asked with a Confused expression.
"I would like to donate some money to the poor..." She replied from inside.
"As you say, Ma'am... I have some copper coins. You can donate them." Knight replied as he pulled out a bag full of copper coins.
*Click*
The gates to the carriage opened up and a girl around 18 stepped out of it... Blue hairs, Blue eyes and white skin.
She wore a Pink gown that was made out of really pure and fine silk. her hands were full of gold ornaments and diamond rings.
As she stepped down from the carriage... The knight gave her the bag of coppers.
People who were on their knees, immediately opened their hands in front of her.
"Here..." She spoke as he took out some coins and gave to each of them.
'Haa... You are a Royal member... At least give out some gold coins. Haha...' Lucian thought as he continued to observe all of this.
"Huh...?" As the Princess was giving away the coins.... Her eyes got locked with Lucian's golden shining eyes.
Because of the dark, Lucian's body wasn't visible... But, his eyes were.
'Fuck... Is she looking at me ?' Lucian thought as he looked at her eyes.
"Here..." Princess spoke as she throwed a copper coin towards Lucian.
*Catch*
Lucian caught the coin immediately and looked at it...
'Really ?' Lucian thought as he looked at the copper coin with an angry expression.
"I would rather die... Before I beg, You can keep it..." Lucian spoke as he throwed the copper coin outside and started walking inside the alley.
*Ting*
The copper coin fell down right in front of the princess and she looked at it with a confused expression.
No, One has ever done that to her... No one ever threw the money that she gave them, But all that changed today.
Only one thing came to her mind, after watching this...
'Who was that ?'
In the next Street...
"Hah... I should go and kill some more slimes. I have to reach level 10 today." Lucian thought as he started walking towards the exit gate of the kingdom.
