Subjective Reality

I wrote this thing to practice my English. Hopefully it's readable. So basically it's the story of this guy who completes a survey, gets killed by thighs, and gets OP. Theoretically, I planned on this being a Multiverse fanfiction because I consider those fun, but I'm still in the first world. I own absolutely nothing except my OC, just barely.

Ep. 15

The second half of the school year was spent training like hell, without informing Mother, and looking for ways to mess with the Death Eater families. I have found several methods. which include putting the heirs under Veritaserum and have them spill everything they know about their parents' dark affairs, buying their businesses with large amounts of gold, which will then mysteriously 'disappear', traumatizing their heirs, forcing them to attend other schools, just infiltrate their houses and steal everything of value… My methods mainly rely on destabilizing the financial aspect of Voldycuck's merry band, along with their family situation. That should put him at a sufficient disadvantage and make it easier to defeat him. Ah, I should probably start hunting for Horcruxes… Oh well, that can wait.

I will start putting in action some of my plans starting next year. I will also mess with Potter a little. After all, I am the uncrowned King of Slytherin, so I can't let him go scot-free. Just some innocent pranks and spooky apparitions, nothing too serious. Ugh, the problem, thinking about next year, is that Quirrelmort will smell like garlic all the fucking time… I will skip his classes after messing with him a couple of times. Hm… I should also meet little Harry before the start of the school year, to present myself.

Regarding what I ended up doing these past couple of months, I got once again O+ in all subjects and my powers progressed quite smoothly, with the exception of magic power.

Extra Lives: Enough]

Did my interface grimoire become sassy? Look at that Extra Lives part! Well, I do indeed have enough of them, but still. Anyway, my blood evolved into a more potent poison, so I dare anyone to actually face me with a piercing or slashing weapon: they will die when my blood splashes on them and I will regenerate while watching them agonize at my feet. Some Abilities became conceptual, which I guess means that they are more powerful now. Ah, I discovered during a training session that I could actually materialize some dragon scales to form an armor around me, so that explains the 'Scales' part of my Ability. Temperature Resistance should be the combination of Cold Resistance and Heat Resistance, which checks out.

I have practiced predicting my own movements while training and I managed to start seeing whole days in the future, which equates to an Advanced Prediction Ability. Good for me, it will give me an edge in battle at least. I gained Space, Time, Chaos, and Psychic Energy Manipulation from the Pokémon blood I ingested, which was a nice addition to my collection. It will surely strengthen my spells with those attributes, plus I am getting some interesting ideas for when I eventually reach the Dragon Ball universe. Yes, I have not forgotten that I am supposed to bring entertainment to Lady Death and who knows who else, but I first need power to do anything remotely interesting. Plus, I like my life for now: school, training, friends.

Finally, I have mastered Hassan-i Sabbah's Arts, which is fantastic news for me. I mastered Prelati's Grimoire as well, so I got an All-Speak manual from the Marvel universe. Thanks to mastering the first Hassan's techniques, I managed to get to Demi-God level in swordsmanship, which is fantastic news as well. Basically, anything that involves me gaining power is fantastic news.

This summer, I will be researching what kind of magic to study next. At the beginning of the year, I thought of necromancy and puppeteering, which are great options, but I might actually dabble in medicine or healing magic, in case I need to save my allies. Currently, I am lacking in the latter department, so that is important. Eh, I might as well get all three of them, now I need to search for the best grimoires for me.

Today, about two weeks after I returned to London from Hogwarts, I decided to visit Diagon Alley. As usual, I wore my suit, my hat, and got my cane, then apparated in front of Flourish and Blotts, the bookstore. I wanted a book about common diseases in the wizarding world and healing magic, just to get an idea of what kind of medicines I should introduce.

I entered the shop and started looking around the shelves. I had been here only once, before my first year in Hogwarts, when I bought the books for all the curriculum. I couldn't find what I was looking for, so I was about to approach the counter, when I heard a voice behind me.

"Good day! Is there anything I can help you with?" Hm? A female? I don't remember any female clerks in this bookstore…

I turned around and saw a beautiful, young witch. When she saw my face, she blushed and looked downward, which wasn't a good idea since she locked onto my pecs.

"Oh, yeah. I was searching for books on common diseases and healing magic. Maybe medicines as well if you have some."

"Uhm, ah, y-yes! I-I'll go and get them." she said while stuttering and darted away. Hm… She was nice. Probably around 18 or 20, short black hair, glasses, cute, green eyes… I'm going to talk with her a little.

I waited for a couple of minutes, then saw the girl return with some books floating behind her.

"Thank you…" I said, trailing off at the end.

"Ah! I'm Risa, nice to meet you! Uhm… Here are the books you asked for. I added a book I would recommend reading." She said with a wide smile. I think she calmed down while getting the books.

"Again, thank you, Risa. I am Azagareth, call me Az. I have never seen you here… A new hire? Ah, you don't need to answer if you don't want to."

"No, don't worry. I just came back from studying at Beauxbatons, so I am working here temporarily until I find something more permanent."

"I see! So, do you like books?" The fuck am I asking?

"Yeah, I love them. I kinda wanted to open up a bookstore, but there are already too many in Diagon Alley. Plus, I doubt I'd find a shop here…" She immediately started wondering why she told me that. I know because of a little legilimency.

I remembered that she was still floating the books, so I took control of her spell.

"Would you like to open one? A bookstore, I mean. Assuming you had rare books to sell and some other interesting stuff?"

"Hm? Yeah, I'd love to."

Should I? Or should I not?

"When do you finish your shift here?"

"What?"

"When do you finish working? What hour?"

"I-I have a break in an hour for lunch, why?"

"Good. I'll buy these books and meet with you during your break. I might just be able to help you."

"S-sure? Uhm, I don't know what to say, to tell the truth."

"Well, you can start with telling me the total for these books and maybe your phone number?" Smooth, I'd say. The conversation was a little sketchy, but I think I made up with this.

"Phone number? The Muggle one?"

"Huh? You don't know of the phones sold by Gringotts? The ones that have been sold in Paris since Christmas?"

"Oh, that! I don't have one. I'm a Muggle-born, so it's a little costly for a student…"

"I'm an idiot. Here take this, it already has my number saved. Now, can I please pay? Because I feel like I'll continue making an idiot of myself at this rate." I said while passing her a phone.

"Pfft! Sure, here you go. And thanks for the phone. Let's see… The total is… 13 Galleons and 2 Sickles. These books are a little expensive. Well, I guess it doesn't matter to you since you just gave me a phone…" I smiled and paid for the books. I threw them in my enchanted pouch.

"See you in an hour." I said, then turned around and left. I spent my time wandering around the place and checking for some nifty little gimmick like my fabulous cane. Then it hit me for a moment: except at the beginning, she wasn't affected by my charm… Risa is interesting, very much so.

Precisely an hour after paying for the books, I apparated back to Flourish and Blotts. I waited a few minutes until Risa came out. That made me smile.

"Hello there, Risa. I guess that it's better if I present myself properly. I am Azagareth Maleficarum, inventor of the phone, laptop, and 'Veela potion'." I said with a beaming smile.
