earning applauds from the students in the cafeteria Eric looked towards jane her head was down while milk was spilt all over her covered in Riley's jacket he immediately looked back towards aria and saw her fuming in anger he held her arm and went outside whereas Riley stood up and helped jane to walk outside glaring at the surroundings jane was a crying mess until now she went inside the washroom and cried harder while cleaning her self she walked out and went to her class, Riley wasn't present in the class to which she assumed he might be in the nurse room she settled down on her seat waiting for him hours passed but he didn't show up

she went outside to look for him only to find a student telling her that the principal called her her eyebrows knitted in confusion pushing all the bad thoughts aside she went forth towards the principal's room where she found aria standing and fake crying and her mother glaring at her

suddenly someone barged into the room who was none other than janes mother and father she looked at her mother pleadingly but her mother slapped her hard making her land on the cold floor of the room her father sighed and sat down facing the principal pleading aria's parents to forgive jane " what's my fault" jane asked in an unusual tone "this" aria showed the bruises on her arms which are done by makeup "I never hurt you aria stop lying" she asked sobbing "oh so I am lying let's ask Eric he is you best friend naa " she said while secretly smirking towards jane

Eric was invited into the room and he told the principal That jane was being violent towards aria and he saved aria from jane

jane was dragged back to her house by her parents who only emotionally abused her but locked her into her room whereas Riley was locked in the boy's restroom on purpose that he won't show up in the principal's room

after ringing the bell three consecutive times finally Jim opened the door only to be surprised by his grandfather standing at the door with jane

he kept staring at her until his grandfather broke his trance by coughing a little bit "do you plan to let us in young man" his grandfather spoke "yes grandfather please come inside he gave him space to move past him inside whereas jane started to walk away from his door only to be called back by his grandfather "daughter please come inside this jerk got no manners how many times I should teach him that we should offer tea to the person who helps" he spoke while hitting Jim with the edge of his wooden stick following the hiss of the young guy

"It's okay uncle I'll visit you someday else now I have some work to handle she bid them goodbye and went towards her apartment suddenly her feet froze on her spot as she saw one of her classmates who was also siding with aria when jane was being tortured she kept watching her until she realized what job she was here for it was for water delivery service, she kept water bottles safely outside janes apartments and turned around only to maintain eye contact with jane which lasted for several seconds all the bad memories came gushing to both minds
