The Prey Takes the Bait
Jim furrowed his brows slightly.
However, they were indeed very poor at the moment, and to improve their parents' lives, he did need some star coins.
It would be best if they could take on missions on the planet since they couldn't always go out hunting star beasts to earn money.
Jim whispered, "I'll go and talk to them. Don't take any action. You need to change your attitudes. They are innocent too."
"We understand, Commander Sharp. We won't interrupt when you speak. But if they don't cooperate..."
"Then you shouldn't act recklessly either!"
A few minutes later, Lora and Marcus raised their gazes to see Jim approaching them.
Jim didn't recognize them. Lora was certain of this.
Her eyes were faint, and although her appearance had changed, she still exuded an elegant and cold temperament.
Marcus subtly took a half step forward, protecting Lora.
He raised his chin slightly and asked, "Is there something you need?"
