Chapter 36

Thalia couldn't believe what she was seeing, something like this was absurd, a mere ascendant had snatched control of the Myst around from a rightful Master, one who was well-known for her great connection with the Myst, a connection she had worked on for millennia with the help of her grandfather. But that little boy, who wasn't even half a century old, was absurdly better than her, to the point where she was sure that if she told anyone, no one would believe her.

Time seemed to slow down as Thalia watched with fascination the incredible spectacle being offered to her, observing with attention each ghostly point of Myst light, looking at each feature of the insolent boy, detailing his silky and well-groomed hair, decorated with endless stars and galaxies, looking like a piece of outer space, in which her gaze seemed to get lost in the immensity of the cosmos.

But the idyllic scene that Thalia was enjoying seemed to break at the moment when the space of the room emitted the sound of broken glass, and in the center of the room appeared two women of ethereal and unreachable beauty, one with golden hair and eyes of a deep blue, while the other had brown hair and golden eyes that seemed to pierce the soul of whoever saw them.

Feeling the presence of his masters, Erik opened his eyes in surprise, "Masters!"

Sigrún and Eleonora remained silent and approached Erik, each taking one of his arms and made him stand up. When Erik was standing with absolute confusion written on his face, Eleonora and Sigrún hugged their arms tightly, pressing them between their generous busts, while sending a venomous glance to Thalia and a magical circle and several runes surrounded them.

Without saying a single word from beginning to end, the group of 4 people disappeared from the room with a flash, leaving only Erik's voice echoing in the room, "Goodbye, Master Sunforge."

After a small sigh, Thalia commented to herself in a soft voice, "Now who knows what kind of problems that pair will create... plus, how much is it going to cost me to repair the spatial restrictions?" Thalia sighed again, but a smile couldn't help but form on her face, "but who would say that the day would come when I could see that pair of troublemakers so jealous? It was worth the expense, hahaha."

A soft and pleasant laughter resonated in the now solitary private room.

In the main hall of Sigrún's mansion, Erik was seated on an individual sofa, while his masters sat in front of him with serious expressions, looking him straight in the eyes, almost as if they were about to conduct an exhaustive interrogation of a prisoner.

Sitting in his chair, Erik didn't quite understand why his masters looked so angry, but he wouldn't make such a rookie mistake as to speak first, so he better took out his notebook from his storage ring and started to write several things in it as if nothing was happening.

"Erik," Eleonora commented in a serious and somewhat angry voice while looking at her disciple who was writing in his notebook without any worry, as if he were innocent.

"Yes?" Erik looked up and asked with an innocent expression.

"Why were you flirting with that woman?" with evident anger in her voice, Sigrún asked in a measured tone, which for some reason sounded terrifying.

Erik, without changing his expression at any moment, asked confusedly, "Flirting? Me? When? With whom?"

"Ah, so you don't know?" Eleonora narrowed her eyes while looking at her disciple's innocent expression.

"No, I honestly don't remember ever flirting with anyone."

"Oh really? Then what were you doing with Thalia just a few moments ago?" Sigrún crossed her arms while speaking.

"Oh that, I was simply socializing as you have so often asked me to do."

"Oh, so to you, that is socializing?" Eleonora added, even more angry than before.

"What else could it be? Master Sunforge called me to meet me and I was simply having a polite conversation with her, isn't that right, Seraphina?"

"Young master is entirely correct, he was just having a VERY friendly conversation with Master Sunforge."

Erik turned to look at Seraphina with a betrayed expression, while she looked away with a bit of guilt, although her anger was greater, so she stood firm. Knowing where his masters had gotten their information, Erik decided to switch to aggressive tactics and solve the problem.

Having decided what to do, Erik got up from his chair and went to sit between his masters, who crossed their arms and turned their backs to him, though they did not get up from the sofa, which made Erik smile. He took them by the waist and drew them close to him.

"Seriously, I wasn't flirting with anyone, it's just that since you always tell me to socialize, I read a couple of books about it and was putting them into practice, that's all."

Sigrún and Eleonora allowed themselves to be embraced by Erik and rested their heads on his shoulders, although they still avoided looking at him in the face. From her position with her head bowed, Sigrún commented 'angrily', "I don't believe you at all."

"It's the truth, why would I want to flirt with someone I don't even know when I have my beloved masters at home who take care of me and pamper me so much? I only did what the book said, but if that bothers you, I'll look for another reference from now on for those moments."

"Hmph, I hope so, give me that book so I can burn it," Eleonora said angrily while hugging Erik along with Sigrún.

"Of course, of course, it's in my room, I'll look for it later."

"I hope so."

(Hehehe, I win.)

Erik looked at his masters who were now warmly embracing him with calm and peaceful expressions, smiling happily. After knowing that he had won the first battle, he turned to look at the other opponent he had to defeat to win the war.

Seraphina, still standing near the sofa, watched the situation with a serious expression, showing absolutely nothing on her face, leaving an impression full of professionalism and elegance. Suddenly, she was bombarded by an angry look from Erik, which made her tremble slightly.

Caught in 'panic', Seraphina bowed deeply in apology, but suddenly felt an invisible hand spank her forcefully without making a sound, coloring her cheeks a deep crimson, while her eyes filled with joy and excitement, which she hid by bowing her head.

After a while, Seraphina turned to look again at her young master, who was no longer looking at her but was now embracing his masters while resting his head on Sigrún's with his eyes closed.

Seraphina bit her lips hard, trying to stop the incredible pleasure she was feeling, which increased her attractiveness to absurd levels, endowing her with a seductive and very sensual aura. At the same time, Erik was measuring Seraphina's expressions through the Myst in the room, so when he felt her captivating expression full of desire, he knew he had won. He then disconnected from the Myst and closed his eyes, tired, letting himself be carried into the world of dreams.

A couple of hours later, Erik heard someone calling him in the distance while he felt his body moving slightly.

"Erik, wake up, Erik."

Upon opening his eyes, Erik found his masters looking at him with a sweet smile, so a smile settled on his face and he commented between yawns.

"Good morning, masters."

"Fufufu, you've only slept about 2 hours, sleepyhead," Eleonora gently stroked Erik's left cheek and commented in a soft, melodic voice.

"Really? I felt like I rested especially well."

"That's good, but first you have to eat before going to sleep, so let's go, to the dining room," Sigrún added sweetly while helping her dear disciple get up from the sofa.

Erik stretched a little as he got up from the sofa and followed his masters to the main hall, where a spectacular dinner awaited him, which emitted monstrous amounts of Mana and Myst.
