Where am I? What is this place?

Ahhh... That's right. I died. If I had been cautious and not get carried away in the moment I would have escaped, maybe. I have the signal disruptor but I didn't use it. I'm an idiot.

Where am I though? It's warm in here and so comforting. Is this heaven? I myself don't believe in gods but I do believe in some higher being and reincar–! Wait!

"Ma'am just one more push! The baby is almost out!"

"*baby cries* Uaaaahhhh!"

I answered faintly due to being tired. The doctor immediately passed the baby to me and left the room. The baby stopped crying when she was handed to me. She looked at me curiously and chuckled making me giggle.

"Hun, what do you think we name her?" My husband asked me. What should I name her?

"Let's call her Shizuoka, dear."

"Ahh.. What a good name. Shizu-chan, I'm your father. My name's Hiroshima and she's your beautiful mom Yuki"

"*giggle* She's already asleep. Don't disturb her."

"Yuki," Hiroshima looked at me and whispered, "I'll ask for Oracle to hide you two from them. I need to go back to work in now."

I narrowed my eyes and stared at him coldly. If they ever come here I'll let them know why I'm called Death. Seeing my cold gaze, my husband was frightened and he immediately explained.

"I am just giving you time to raise her yourself without her getting in danger. You can be with her until she's old enough to handle herself."

"What about you?" I asked worried about him.

"Oya~ Did Miss Death just worry about me~?" He said in a teasing tone.

"N-No! I'm just worried that Shizu will grow up without seeing her father. Hmph!" I sulked and looked sideways. He's always teasing me even though he knows I'm embarrassed. What's wrong with him?

"Hahaha... Alright, don't sulk. I will come back at least once a year. I don't want little Shizu to be mad at me for not showing up at least once a year."

"Good that you know, fufufu~"

"I'll go out now," he kissed me in my lips and added, "Protect Shizu well and don't let them find you."

At his words eyes immediately turned cold. After he said that, he walked out of the room and left. I turned my eyes to my lovely sleeping baby and my eyes flashed with resolution.

"I'll protect you from them, Shizu" I said softly with a loving gaze.

It has been seven years since I was born. If you are wondering who am I? I'll introduce myself, I am Shizuoka Hanazawa or Sora in my last life. I am thankful to say the least that I am reincarnated, even though as a girl. It was really conflicting for me when I first wore skirts and dresses. But I'll admit that I am cute in them.

Right now, I am in my room modifying my own computer. It was a gift for me from dad for my birthday two days ago. Since I was four, I already showed interest in technology and I am seen as a genius in their eyes so they gave me this. They also gave me my own phone (although it has a keypad).

As I was saying, I am modifying the computer dad gave me. Why you ask? Because I found something when I was searching for old pictures of mom in the storage room last year. It's newspapers. Now you might ask why am I making a fuss out of newspapers? It's not the newspapers itself but it's content. It's a news about a corpse found in Italy embedded in the wall gelified. After reading that, I got goosebumps all over my body. It was familiar to me but I don't remember. So I searched the whole storage room for other old newspapers with similar articles and I found another 3. All of them containing a news about a gelified corpse. After reading all those I finally remembered it. It's Z-Program from Steins;Gate, one of the favorite games I played while I was in the facility in my last life. It is part of Science Adventure Series (SAS) visual novels and Steins;Gate is the reason for me that I got to know SAS visual novels. That's the reason. It's dangerous here in this world. Ever since that day, I am always in mom's laboratory in our pharmacy during weekdays. Mom's a doctor and she was always in work until late night during weekdays. What I'm doing in the laboratory is recreating the serum they injected me with in my last life. It will enhance my brain's potential so it will help me in the long run. I saw it's formula and how to make it in the ATheNa Project folder. I know why they always fail and how the test subjects die except for me. It's because they don't inject stabilizers first. The reason why I was given four shots a day is because one of those was a stabilizer while the 3 others is the serum. They completed it so that's why I was killed not captured. I completed making a batch of serum that lasted me two months last May and I finished all of it just yesterday. It gave me enhanced reaction time, dexterity, processing speed, and capacity. It also gave me eidetic memory and parallel thinking. The serum took effect much faster this time because of my young age.

The modifying of my computer is almost finished. I increased the PC's processing speed and with it's overall specs, it is now comparable to year 2020 PCs. I also modified the monitor for better graphics. After I finished modifying it, I first built an anti-detection and tracking program to stay under the radar of the Council of 300. They're all scheming lunatics. I'll stay under their radar for now before I finish building my secret base and complete Project NūwĀ.

I immediately opened @channel afterwards. It was just created this May and it was already popular. I created an account and used the username ßeta. After I opened the site, there are multiple forums that I saw but most of them are unimportant to me. I opened a new tab and typed John Titor in the search bar of Goodle and it had 0 results. It means that she's going to be here in late 1999 or early 2000.

"Since I have an account in @channel. I'll post some prophecy bullshit so that she can see it later."

After I sent that message, I closed my computer and got ready to go out. I need to buy the remaining things I need to complete my secret base. It will take at least 2 months to make sure it can't be found by the Committee of 300. I need to complete Project NūwĀ in at least the Year 2001 and the RePr0 Project by 2003.

I successfully gave the IBN5100 to Yukitaka Akiha, Faris nee-san's dad. All I need to do now is to post in an american forum to not be affected by the attractor field convergence. I immediately opened an american forum to post there using the alias, John Titor.

After answering some of their questions about time travel, a comment was sent that surprised me.

@AnonymousPerson: "Are you the soldier whose mission is to find the gate? There was a post in @channel about you by @ßeta last July this year."

I was surprised. How did they know about Steins;Gate? I didn't got here in July, I just arrived here yesterday so how can someone know me in July? In a panic, I opened @channel and used the same username John Titor. I searched for @ßeta's post and when I saw it I was extremely shocked.

"Attractor Field Beta and the Divergence Number... How?"

I murmured in a daze. Did I get discovered? No. I just arrived here yesterday they can't track me at that time because I didn't go there. So, How? Also, how did he/she know the Divergence Number of where I'll go next? I need to know.

@John Titor: "Who are you, @ßeta? How did you know those coordinates?"

I waited for the reply and after 2 minutes he/she replied.

@ßeta: "You can call me an observer. The guide that will point you to the gate. I will email you a place where we can meet."

I was puzzled. How is he/she going to email me when I hadn't even sent my address? That was when my phone ringed and I looked at it only to be shocked because ßeta emailed me of where to meet.

I am now at the place she said we'll be meeting. It's a bookstore. He/she said that I need to ask the clerk "do you know where the sage is?". I go in and saw a girl reading a book in the counter. She is small and probably only a middle schooler right now. She has golden blonde hair and blue eyes wearing a little lab coat on top of her black shirt with a printed cat. She's cute.

"Hey, little girl~!"

"What is it?"

She answered, not bothering to peel her eyes off the book she's reading. I asked her the question that ßeta told me.

"Do you know where the sage is?"

As soon as she heard the question, she removed her attention from the book and looked at me before smiling brightly.

"I've been waiting for you! Let me close the shop first."

After she said that, she took out a pen from her lab coat's pocket and pressed the bottom of it. The shutter in the front of the shop was automatically brought down and the door was also locked. Meanwhile, the little girl walked towards a bookshelf that was by the wall and she took a book from second level of the shelf. The cover of the book was made from leather and wood painted in gold and silver. She then removed a poster in the wall that is covering a patterned hole and inserted the book inside. The vending machine near the counter rocked before sinking in the floor along with a part of the wall to reveal a corridor. The little girl returned the book and the poster before running towards me and urging me to come with her.

"Hurry up! Follow me!"

I followed her and she closed the corridor. We walked downstairs and I saw a metal door 5 meters away from us after going down. After stopping 2 meters away from the door, the little girl said aloud.

"Semi-solid Holographic Projection."

The ceiling opened and dropped a palm sized cube. From the cube emerged a hologram of the little girl in the same attire but with a tired look on her face.

"This is a holographic record of ßeta. *yawn* If you want to enter, please say the passcode. If you want a clue, I'll say it to you."

The little girl looked at me with anticipation as if expecting me to answer the question.

"Um... You're ßeta right? Why do you need me to answer it?"

"I'm not gonna meet you personally if you don't answer it."

"But you're in front of me."

She smiled and pointed at her feet. I looked and saw a similar cube in the shoe. I was perplexed as I was talking to her normally right now.

"How–"

"I'll say it if you answer the passcode and enter. Do you want a clue?"

"Okey"

"Fufufu~ Here's the clue. It's the end part of his fake chuuni phone calls."

"Oh~! That's easy. It's 'El Psy Congroo' "

"*yawn* That's correct. You can enter now. Also, bring the HoloCubes with you."

After saying that, both holograms dissolved and the door opened. I saw a big lab with papers strewn across the table, Blueprints in the whiteboard, and a little girl sitting in a sofa looking at a Divergence Meter in her hands. She soon turned her head to see who entered the room. When she saw me, she smiled faintly.

"You're here~ Suzuha~"
