Mr Jackson with his family were sitting on the dinning table for dinner as it was there only son's 19th birthday they wanted to make it special they started there dinner.
There was complete silence Mr Jackson broke the glass of silence and asked Kevin that what he want as his birthday present."Son I'll buy you any thing you want,just tell me",he said warmly.
"The thing I'll ask you is not something you can buy be dad,for giving me that you have to be strong and fair enough",he said while looking down.Mr Jackson gave him a weird look asked him to continue.
"Are you sure you'll give me whatever I want"? he asked while having a sip of his drink.Mr Jackson replied "don't you know who your father is I can buy you anything just point it out it will be here in front of you just tell me".
"The thing I want to have is quiet difficult for you to bring me Dad",he said while looking at his dad.
"W_what just clear it to me what you exactly want?,Mr Jackson asked while gazing at him.
"Dad! ahh...actually the thing is,ahm I want to live a simple life everybody knows me as your son I don't have my own identity they just want to be with me because I'm a son of a billionaire which makes me feel bad",he replied hesitatingly.
He continued,"Dad please don't get me wrong but try to understand what I feel,I_I actually...ahhh",he stopped.
"You what Kevin",Mr Jackson asked him while looking at him curiously."Dad I want to join college but without any protocols without my identity,I don't want that anybody will come close to me because who I'm right now like a son of a billionaire(he said while rolling his eyes),I want to know what will be the behavior of people towards me when I will not have this money and status,I wanna live a simple life till my graduation, I want to spend this time alone like a normal person",he again stopped and looked down towards the table.
"you're out of your mind,you stupid boy, how will you live without these luxuries? you can't even imagine that how difficult it is to live a life without money and a good status and you're saying that you wanna live without these you fool...",who else it was Kevin's mom Mrs Jackson.
Mr Jackson gave her a shut up call and said," who the hell gave you the right to interfere in my conversation specially when it is with my son,now please keep your mouth shut and let me clear it".
"So you don't want my name right?" he asked in a rough tone to Kevin.He replied hesitatingly,"Dad it is not like that I_I just.." Mr Jackson cuts his words and said,"well you're allowed but if even once you complain about it you'll never be allowed to do anything by your will,get it?"
Kevin nodded looked at him with a bright smile, Mr Jackson saw this cute smile on his face after almost a decade he felt very happy because he saw his son happy after a long time.Anything for you boy.
On the other hand there was Tina his mom who gave him an annoying look there was "whatever" expression on her face she just left the table without saying anything.
Next morning Kevin came down stairs with his bags as he was about to move to another city for 4 years he packed all of his needed things and looked for his Dad.
Mr Jackson came out of his room and looked at him he was very excited.He gave Kevin a bag in which there were files of all necessary documents and his new colleges admission envelope.
" Best of luck for your new journey,stay strong don't give up prove that you're my son you're strong enough to bare all the things (he gently patted his shoulder to make him feel good and continued) in this bag I've packed all your documents and here's your credit card,have it don't worry nobody will mention my name with you and here you go theses are the key's of your own car it's your birthday gift and secondly this is your apartment keys that's all I can do for you right now hahaha",He said with a proud smile.
"This means a lot Dad I wouldn't disappoint you well we'll meet at my graduation okay?" he replied with a bright smile.
"I'll miss you",Mr Jackson said and hugged him.
They both hugged and this was time when Kevin left his house when he was leaving he turned back to see if his Mom was there or not as usual she didn't cared about him and didn't even said goodbye to him.He felt a little broken but it was okay for him he was use to of it since his childhood.It was the main reason of his cold behavior because of this he never had any friends just some people who were with because of his dad's status.
Kevin's journey begin as a free bird who have no limitations no restrictions just the sky in which he wants to live freely.With a lot of expectations he moved on.
