Chapter 14: Stalker of The Past and A Truce

A separate dimension outside of the Pokémon World where nothing existed except for The Original One, The Beginning of All, The One who shaped the universe with its thousand hands… Arceus….

It was the place The God of All Pokemon watched over all of its creations. Even though it looked after them with aloofness, it would certainly lend them its grace if dangers ever threatened those poor creations of it.

But a question emerged… Why in past tense?

It was because….

"Ara~ he already noticed? As expected of my darling~"

The Creator of this World was no more as it had become a lifeless mangled corpse which was floating aimlessly in its former home for its core of existence had been forcefully ripped out by the female clad in black bridal gown sitting on top of its remains.

She has blue hair which curls over her face and down the sides of her head, soft white skin visible on the exposed part of her gown alongside two red thorns which extends sideways and forms a shape similar to a heart could be seen on her chest, plus a beautiful face with horns on its sides which resembles a masquerade mask and a pair of captivating yet menacing crimson eyes.

And contrary to her fellows of the same species which have slender bodies, she is very well endowed which makes her already otherworldly beauty that could tempt both pokemons and humans alike even more enchanting.

Why pokemons? Well, she is one herself….

Nevertheless, this scene birthed more questions, like how could the supreme creator get butchered by its own creation in the first place? Furthermore, it was in its true form and not its avatars which it occasionally sent to the mortal world.

[Partner, if he is really your true love then he should've been at least this capable! Ahahaha!]

The answers for those utterly impossible feats lay on the light screen panel resembling the one owned by a certain mecha and yandere fanatic man…..

Another magnum opus of the Exalted Architect! Though the one the black gowned woman had seemed to have quite a rowdy personality albeit being a female unlike Ryoma's Theresa who is calm and collected most of the time.

"Fufu~ that's right~ But, I do want him to be a bit more innocent and oblivious, it will be easier for us to reunite that way…" said the woman longingly as she gazed somewhere into the void as if she could already see the visage of the man she had yearned for years whether in this life or the one before….

That's right… She was a reincarnated person like him. Furthermore, she died the same way as the man she loves with all her being because of trying to save him from the Fallen Gundam Incident.

And it was one of her greatest regrets! She had stalked him for quite some time yet even after knowing that he desired an obsessive woman as a partner, she still didn't dare to take the shot because her low self-esteem and doubts made her think that maybe he only liked love-crazed stalkers in fiction and would still be disgusted by a real life one. So she had to be content with watching him from afar until it was all too late….

However, she never thought that she would be reincarnated in another world, not as a human but another species…. a Shiny Gardevoir…. a damn animal!!!

[Rejoice partner! As you have awakened me, Lilith! And The Apex Predator System!]

But at least she got an overpowered system, though its system a.i assistant is quite loud for her liking plus she couldn't use any kind of ability to transform into human. Even then, her extinguished hope had been rekindled once again! If she was reincarnated then he must be too right!?

So she poured all of her love and longing to make a quest with a reunion with her darling as the reward and something that would enable her to gain human form because obviously she didn't want to be seen weirdly by her darling as she confessed to him.

[Hahaha such overwhelming love and desire! Alright, I'll try to make it for ya!]

She was truly overjoyed, if this request of hers was accepted then her reunion with him should be guaranteed!

[I… ummm…. I'm sorry, partner… It seems like your quest has been declined by my Creator for reasons that I can't tell you yet]

[But don't worry! My Creator has allowed me to generate a quest with alternative rewards which could help you reunite with your true love!]

[Objective: Hunt The Supreme One of This World, Arceus!]

[Time Limit: 3 Years]

[Rewards: The Architect's Minor Help, Human Transformation Mode Unlocked, True Love GPS x1]

Her heart almost stopped beating but she sighed in relief immediately after. She might not be able to reunite with him directly but those rewards were enough for her, she was patient enough to stalk him down before, so doing it for the second time wasn't very bothersome. And in any case, not even Gods or Mortals could stand in the way of her love!

Thus, She and her system partner began their bloodshed journey in this universe....

Day after day, night after night, they hunted, hunted, and hunted like a true predator should be. Whether they were humans or pokemons, all were felled and devoured by her in order to gain as much power as possible to fight against The Original One!

And after a grueling 2 and a half years, she finally achieved her goal though she had to say that she wasn't very amused with The Architect's Help…. Though it was a minor help so she shouldn't expect much in the first place.

So back to present….

[Partner? Partner!]

Loud shouts from her rowdy partner brought her back from her state of reminiscence.

"Oh my, I'm sorry that I was too caught up with the past…"

[Haish, you're such a love brain! I bet you're already quite impatient to pounce on him!]

"Fufu~ If i wasn't then i wouldn't even reach this far right~? And let me remind you, I'm not that kind of pervert!"

Indeed she wasn't such a maniac who would directly pounce and do things to him when they finally met. Instead, she would propose first then regardless of his answer she would still– ehm!

[Yes.. yes.. like hell i would buy that from a woman who plays with herself every night while imagining the man of her obsession doing things to her as she shouts his name–]

"Cough! Anyway, where were we again?" The reincarnator Gardevoirl coughed to hide her embarrassment and tried to divert the topic.

Okay she is a pervert alright? But her partner didn't have to mention her deeds like that! 

[Heh~ alright i'll let you off for now~ So as i was saying, you said that you wanted him to be easier to get but the harder he is to catch, the more enjoyable the hunt gets for you!]

"Hmm is that so?"

Now that her partner said it, she felt quite relieved when her darling wasn't caught in such a simple trap. Hell, she even got excited because of that!

[That's right! And I'm very proud of you, because you have truly become a true predator! A perfect partner for me, The Apex Predator System!]

"Thank you~ but a true predator huh?"

After years of hunting and slaughtering, she realized that her mindset had already changed drastically. Even now her mind was multitasking to revise a way more complex entrapment to corner him from all sides before finally claiming him.

But it was for the best wasn't it? As long as she can be with him… turning into a monster is a cheap price to pay!

"Then to live up to that name, I shouldn't waste my time right~? Lilith, activate the True Love GPS!"

After Lilith said that, a light screen which showed the information of the world her darling was in popped out in front of her eyes….

Indeed it wasn't a dangerous world at all if she counted the fact that her darling was chosen by another overpowered system like her. But, that world has a woman who can– no, will definitely steal him from her!

"ESDEATH!!"

The Dead God's Domain trembled and terrifying cracks could be seen forming inside of it as she screamed that name with unbridled rage and hatred.

Why was she angered by her? Simple, it was because Esdeath was the one who awakened her darling's desire for unstable women, the one who made him regain another reason to live! And her darling, after knowing that he was reincarnated in Akame ga Kill World, would definitely go straight at that sadistic general and that slut would definitely lose and fall in love with him! 

"Ha…ha… fuck! Fine…. I'll let you keep her!"

This time she would let him get another woman other than her as that dumb frozen harlot was his dream girl and she was somehow a little…. just a little bit thankful towards her as that psycho had awakened that kind of fetish from her darling…

"But don't think that I will let you add other bitches to your collection! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

She might allow that ice general to live because she was his dream girl but the others? She will slaughter them all!

"Let's go Lilith! We still have a long way to go and we can't waste our time or other whores will lay their filthy hands on him!" and as she said that, a swirling dark blue portal opened before her which led somewhere closer to her darling.

[You don't want to test the human transformation mode?]

"I'll do it later when we are already near him as it will seal 99% of my power and slowing down our journey by a lot"

[Fair enough…. And here is the most optimal route to reach him, though it might change by a lot after he traveled to another world]

A light screen showing the safest and fastest coordinates to reach the man of her dream popped out and then she nodded in gratitude as she closed the screen after remembering all of them.

"Oh i almost forgot, let's try this ability that I've gotten from that weird horse. [Avatar Creation]" she snapped her fingers then immediately after, countless avatars with similar looks as herself were created out of nothing.

It was one of the abilities she received after devouring the core of existence of The Original One, creating avatars which are slightly weaker than her but without limitations of their numbers! With this, the time for their reunion would become closer!

"Go! Find our darling and bring him to me!" 

""Understood!""

Her avatars bowed respectfully at her then every single one of them opened a portal which led to certain coordinates in the multiversal map, trying to create an inescapable net which spans across realities.

"Let the hunt begin~!"

And as the mad reincarnator entered her own portal, silence returned to the former God of Pokemon's Domain or should it be called its grave? 

The mecha and yandere maniac didn't know that he was being hunted, literally.....

But, will he be able to escape from this hunter's inevitable clutches? Only time will tell…

"You are basically saying that you, a world devouring calamity, are scared of an animal which somehow became overly obsessed with you?"

"Hm, though she isn't a mere animal as she killed her own Supreme Creator with her own hands! Furthermore, that Creator is way beyond the current me!"

"I see…. and it wasn't even a real existing animal to boot, It was just a made up joke in your social media group chat from your previous life, am i correct my love?"

"Yes…. but she somehow became reality, the proof is that the difficulty of that world doesn't match how it should've been!"

"Hm… I understand…" No, she actually didn't…

Anyway, as the reborn Apex Predator finally began the grand hunt for her love, her number one enemy, Esdeath, was currently spooning the man in question and trying to console him from his fearful state.

She still didn't understand why he was so scared of something that might not exist at all. Even after it was somehow proven by the reduced difficulty of that world, it might be a false alarm as that world might be really set in easy mode.

But she knew one thing for sure…

'He's so cute! Ahhh~ it makes me want to keep him somewhere hidden…. from any harm… all for myself!'

This weak side of her dearest husband just developed her recently awakened overprotectiveness even further rather than making her disgusted at seeing someone's weakness like usual, plus when he was in his most vulnerable state like this…

'I can use it to make him absolutely dependent on me…. hehehe~ AHAHAHAHA~'

Wasn't it such a perfect timing to do that? She could make him rely on her more and more until he needs no one else other than her! But she needed to confirm something with that damn digitalized slave of his as she noticed some suspicious clues.

"Dear, can I talk with your maid for a bit?" she softly asked her dearest in her embrace.

"And don't eavesdrop alright? It's a talk between girls after all."

"Hm~" After giving a succinct approval, Ryoma closed his eyes while enjoying her headpats and taking a short nap to cool his head.

"Sleep well my dear~" she smiled lovingly then gave him a good night kiss at the top of his head and immediately after, her smile vanished as she called his system maid.

["Maid, we need to talk…."]

Theresa noticed that minor detail, the matter related to that unknown beast must be of utmost importance to make that mad woman's way of addressing her changed because she needed her cooperation in this.

[Very well ma'am, It should be about that love-crazed Gardevoir which existence still couldn't be confirmed by us, am i correct?]

And cooperate she would as this issue was very concerning to her belo– respected master's safety.

["Indeed, and I'm glad that he at least got an acceptably competent assistant like you…"]

Woman, that sounded more like an insult rather than a praise! Haah, It seemed like she couldn't really hold a civilized conversation with this wife of his…

[With all due respect, if you don't really want to compliment someone then you shouldn't, ma'am.…]

["Well, that's the best I can do… In any case, let's get back to the topic. How high is the chance that what my dear said is actually true?"]

And as she expected, that psycho just shrugged it off without any apology… Well, she decided that it was best to ignore her antics and focus more on the more important matters at hand.

So far, the more she thought about it, the weirder it actually became….

From the history of his life which was recorded in her database, she didn't find any single instance of him interacting directly with that Gardevoir like playing pokemon games using it or something similar. Then how did it even become obsessed with him? Did the joke his friends make somehow turn into reality out of the blue? That was very much unlikely…

["I see… then maid, did you betray him?"]

The psycho nodded in agreement then said something that she shouldn't…..

[Mrs. Esdeath, you might've been completely annihilated right now if you aren't my Master's wife….]

She might accept any insults that she throws at her but how dare that mad woman question her loyalty?! She would rather self delete herself than trying to even think of betraying her master!

["That's a proper answer… but the proof said otherwise, no?"]

Now what the fuck did this mental hospital patient try to pull?!

[Then what is the proof of your ridiculous claim, Mrs. Esdeath?]

["Let's see, the selection of his world travel destinations were somehow set up that way so my dear wouldn't have any choice but to pick that world…."]

Now that this maniac brought that up, it might seem like she had betrayed her dear Master but…..

"Huh? Es, what's wrong?!" The sleeping beauty in Esdeath's arms suddenly woke up and looked her in the eyes with concern as he felt her brief burst of anger.

"Ah it's nothing dear! I just had a few arguments with your maid and we have already come to an agreement so you don't have to worry about it"

His concern soothed her heart by a lot, but she still couldn't spill the beans to him. At least not until his mental state is stable enough as she didn't want him to become even more panicked.

"I see, then please don't go too far with her, alright?"

"*Yawn, I'll be counting on you then, aight I'm going back to napping…"

"Fufu~ I've never thought that the world eater is weak to head pats and hugs~"

"I know right? How come a destroyer of worlds can be tamed by mere head pats and hugs from his wife? The universe is truly weird! Anyway, good night….."

And as her awoken husband finally drifted away to sleep thanks to her warm embrace and soothing caress, Esdeath's expression became stern and focused once more at the dire things at hand.

["Don't you have things to say for yourself, traitor?"]

[Ma'am the selection of my master world travel destinations were outside my control!]

That's right, Theresa herself didn't have any involvement in picking her master's world travel destinations as they were completely in the hands of her creator….

[Wait no… it can't be! My creator, why did you do this to him?!]

[The selection for my master's world travel destinations was entirely chosen by My Creator, my duty was just to show the results to My Master!]

["Then…. the one who has betrayed him is actually even more terrifying?!"]

Now it was time for Esdeath to become baffled as the revelation of this suspicion of hers turned out to be more astonishing than it should be….

["But wait, something isn't right! If Your Creator really wanted to endanger my husband then they should've already sent him directly to that beast's clutch.."]

[Eh? Hmm…. you've got a point ma'am, If My Creator really wanted to mess with Master then they've already done at least that much]

That's right, if her creator really wanted to threaten her Master's safety, then they wouldn't even do it in a really half-assed way like that. And it was very unlikely for them to do it in the first place as they really dote on their chosen ones. So, what is the real purpose?

[What is it? What is it?? Ah! I see, there's still that one reason huh?]

["What is it? Have you found out the real purpose of your creator?"]

Did this suspected traitor finally find out the truth of this weird occurrence? In any case, she wouldn't believe her answer and would take it with a grain of salt.

[Yes…. another system might– no, must be involved with this!]

[Yes, that Gardevoir must be chosen by one of my two sisters, a system in the highest hierarchy just right below The Architect themselves. And the weird selection of my master's World Travel destinations should be her Quest Rewards…]

["So that beast might be assisted by something like you?"]

It seemed like things got really out of hand, who knows that an overly obsessive animal which was a joke in her husband's previous life turned out to be true and was assisted by an overpowered system like his maid?

[Correct, but even if it is assisted with one of my Sisters, My Creator wouldn't just help it willy nilly as they've created a rule that except some requirements are met, they won't let their chosen ones meet or help them against each other no matter what.]

["Requirements huh? Then are you allowed to spill those to me?"]

[Yes I'm allowed to as it's not really a secret in the first place. Here are the requirements:

1. The chosen one who requested the assistance needs to at least have a system with the same hierarchy with their targeted chosen ones.

2. The requester's goals of requesting assistance must align with their intended target's goals.

3. athe requester must not have any ill intentions against their intended targets.

If the Requirements are met, The Architect will give the requester small help to achieve their goals after they accomplished an extremely difficult task.

These are the requirements needed to have that special rights, and i suppose that Gardevoir have met all of those requirements]

["How so?"]

[Let's skip the first part as it is already obvious, And for the second one you should've already known the reason ma'am..]

["What do you mean? Ah…. i see…."]

Her husband desires overly obsessive and love-crazed women so that beast somehow fits the criteria as it is a female and madly in love with him, plus it must've only wanted to be by his side so their goals are unfortunately aligned…..

[Indeed ma'am, both Master's and that Gardevoir goals are aligned, plus she must've already achieved that extremely difficult task which i presume was slaying The God of Pokemons]

["Hah…. fuck… And I bet your creator's help wasn't only that small thing"]

[Yes, My Creator might've given that animal an ability that can track my Master's whereabouts no matter how far he is]

Theresa actually hit the mark, but she didn't know this until later on….

["Then maid, can you calculate how long would that beast need to reach this place?"]

All she could do right now is to prepare against an inevitable attack but, she definitely needed to know how much time she and her husband have.

[If i put her level just a notch above Arceus and the distance between this reality and Pokemon World…..]

[Around 20 millenia, but that number couldn't be used as a benchmark because the strength of that Gardevoir will grow overtime and there's a chance that her system will get an advanced World Travel Function like me]

That amount of time should be enough for her and her dearest to hopefully gather enough strength to face that beast but it still could come knocking on their door anytime…

["We are really in a dire situation huh? Then how about my dear's growth? Is he able to evolve into Getter Emperor right now after devouring my planet?"]

[Yes he can, but i suggest postponing My Master's evolution until he devoured everything in this solar system to reach the limit of his current stage so the boon gained from the next evolution will be more abundant]

["How long will it take?"]

[To devour everything in this solar system should take a month at most and the duration for my Master's evolution is around three months]

["That's good…"]

That amount of time should be enough to make the threat level of The Zongman drop tremendously with their power ups and make it a plausible choice to escape to in the worst case scenario of the earlier arrival of the beast.

["Then Maid, let's make a temporary truce. I'll try to inspire him to power up as much as possible while taking care of his mental well-being and you will stay vigilant over that beast's appearances and system as you're the only one who i can rely on it"]

[The term is quite unfair but nonetheless, i accept your proposal Mrs. Esdeath. Then, should we tell my Master about this?]

["No… at least not now as I don't want to worsen his situation. I'll tell him later after he completed his evolution to Getter Emperor'']

Even right now she could still feel the lingering fear inside her husband's heart so what would he act after knowing that the object of his fear is somehow assisted by an overpowered system? Yeah she didn't need to know that….

[Understandable, then I'll get back to my watching duty]

["Good luck and remember, it's all for my dearest husband's sake….]

[All for my Master's sake….]

As the Maid's voice vanished, Esdeath too closed her eyes and followed her husband in drifting to the dreamland.

And somehow, Ryoma's current goal of making his wife and his maid get along was finally achieved, albeit with a reason he would never expect….
