Shopping for a phone.

"Wooooooooow!!!".

Ruxian exclaimed, her eyes scanning the inside of Magi Merch, and it was bursting with lively people and employees.

It felt as if she had entered another world, one where technology was in every corner she looked, her eyes also picked up on different sections in the building, the massage room, hot springs, cake shop and so on, even the beautiful female employees caught her eyes.

"Omigosh~ is that the Expenser for changing the temperature of water?!" Ruxian yelled, pointing at the machine to her right.

"Ahhhh!" She screamed excitedly again, her eyes picking up on another technology to her right, "Is that the dream wave?!".

While Ruxian was busy getting excited over her surroundings, Ava was standing behind her, a sigh leaving her mouth.

"Can you quit acting like a five year old, you act like you've never been here before." She spoke,

"Uhh?" Ruxain looked at her, "That's because this is my first time though".

"Eh?"

"Eh?"

"But isn't your father a shareholder?" Ava asked.

"I don't really know though, I guess he's the one doing the marketing and trading, but according to him, the CEO of Magi Merch is not fun to be around." Ruxian replied.

"I see." Ava muttered under her breath, 'But I was sent these phones during the first batch… is this because my dad is the head attendant to the king?'.

She thought to herself, pulling out her phone from the bag before she began examining it as if it would answer her questions.

"Excuse me fine ladies, what can I get you?"

As soon as they heard the voice, both Ava and Ruxian looked in front of them to see a woman dressed in a black working dress.

Most of the workers in this establishment are mostly members of the Black Havens, and thanks to the perception magic they all use, they were able to hide both their demon aura and features.

Looking at the hostess in front of her, Ruxian immediately composed herself.

"Hi there, I'd like to get something for a friend of mine, do you have anything good enough for a gift?" She asked.

"Oh, does this friend happen to be a male or female?" The employee asked.

"Oh he's a male alright, quite the Idiot too, I'm only getting him something so he doesn't feel lonely, he's also a loner." Ruxain ranted, taking a pose that showcased her tone.

The employee gave out a nervous smile, definitely confused about what to say next.

"You can stop with the act now, keep this up and I'll end up taking Aether for myself." Ava spoke, her eyes now fixed to the side where she noticed something.

"What?! Say it again I dare you?!" Ruxian yelled.

"Sure sure, I'll be back." Ava walked away, leaving Ruxian standing there, wondering where she was going.

Ava managed to make her way towards the second section of the building, the part that was filled with the new magic phones that were just put out for sales.

Leaning forward to look at the showcase where about five of these magic flip phones were placed, Ava uttered as she observed their beauty.

"Incredible, to think something like this was possible… I'm impressed, better still, I'm sure Pookie will like it if I buy it for him."

Her eyes lowered to the price tag, [127,000 zens]

She immediately gave out a smug expression,

"It's cheaper than I expected," She uttered, her arm tucked under her boobs with a self satisfied look on her face, "Good, when I get this for him, he'll definitely drop his act and start fawning for me".

While she was lost in her own imagination, a man and woman, dressed in a rather expensive get up, walked out from the top section of the building.

"They are here!"

People began to gather at the bottom of the stairs, each having an excited expression on their faces as they watched the two faces of the company walk down the stairs.

The first, the ceo himself, O'Neil, although people know him as his business name Camel, and then there was the second one, Raphael {Lori}, the empress of beauty as her fans would call her.

They both grabbed the attention of everyone in the shop, including Ruxian who couldn't help but join the crowd.

Ava on the other hand was still in her initial position, all she did was steal a glance at the people before she then looked away.

She bought the phone, and waited as the cashier set it up for her inside the gift bag.

"Hello there." O'Neil showed up behind Ava, and all she did was look at him for a few seconds before she replied,

"Can I help you?."

O'niel stared at her for a while,

'So this is the girl Lord Chaos was engaged to before? Oh right they attend the same academy now, What was her name again?….' He thought to himself before finally voicing out,

"You seemed lost by something, so I just came to make sure you were alright, I tend to make sure all my customers feel satisfied before leaving this store." He replied, not once did a smile show on his face.

And the same was for Ava, for some reason she couldn't bring herself to like him, and although she could hear the giggles of other girls in the store, simping for him, that only made her want to stay far away.

So she sighed, "I just came to get a phone for my friend." with that she grabbed the box containing the phone she just bought.

"Oh, I'm sure she'll be happy with our product." Said O'niel.

"He better be, I went through a lot of trouble for this." Ava responded, walking away as she exited the door.

O'niel sighed, 'Well she looks normal enough, I thought she'd be more hostile, so why are the girls saying she's trouble for Lord Chaos, i don't sense anything evil from her'.

Outside the store, Ava was a bit surprised at how much time had passed, the sun was already down, she had lost track of time when she was picking out a phone to buy, but that was all, she didn't seem all that bothered by it.

Ava hugged the box close, a smile on her face as the thought of giving Aether raced in her mind.

Getting to see his reaction when she gives him the phone seemed more important than the trouble she would get in with her father for staying late outside .

Thus, she continued her steps, trying to walk back to where she had told Romose and the driver to wait for her.

Since it was nighttime, she wouldn't want them worrying about her, but as soon as she stepped into the alleyway, she met someone standing in front of her.

"Long time no see… Richardson."

Hearing this voice, Ava's expression went from a genuine smile to a somewhat disgusted expression.
