Andromeda Fix 1

AN: (So I was doing some re-reading and found out that the original Director of the Initiative was Princess Laya and that the Imperium had 2 Pathfinders also in the initiative that were both of Johns sons Zinn and Luke. This was a mistake on my part, so im going to make up some story to fix that in this chapter and also release a new chapter tomorrow to make up for today)

The Andromeda initiative which has been in the Andromeda Galaxy for only 2 years now have run into quite the problems.

First being the fact that none of the Golden worlds were in the same condition as when they left, so they didn't have a place to settle except on the Andromeda station called the Nexus.

And they have run into hostile aliens who have powerful weaponry that they can't contend with without more ships.

And now the station was beginning to run out of food which halted the process of waking up more people out of cryo sleep.

The problems just kept on pilling up and there seemed to be no stop to them so the Director made a drastic move as he sent out two of the destroyers that were protecting the Nexus to go and secure a planet for outpost construction.

While they can't build a massive city on the planet's surface because of the planet's being inhabitable they could still build a small outpost and set up a safe zone.

Unlike the former Andromeda initiative in the video game they had a lot of advanced technology that was good dealing with planet's that didn't have a breathable atmosphere.

So the Director planned to go to one of the listed Golden Worlds and build a small colony there that will be focused on producing food for the Nexus so that he can keep everyone on the Nexus fed and not cause a Rebellion to happen again.

And Within a week of preparations the Director had finished loading all the supplies and selecting the right people to establish this outpost to prevent the food situation from getting even worser.

Once the two destroyers were built he was about to set off but he was interrupted by some of the other council members under him.

"Director you need to step down and allow the actual director of the initiative to wake up out of cryo to lead us, And you need to wake up the Imperium's Pathfinders so that we can have a chance at survival" Pleaded one of the Councilors.

What she was referring to was the fact that the true Director of the Initiative was Princess Laya. The reason that she wasn't active at this moment was because some problems had occurred in the Imperium's Arks that made most people remain sleep and couldn't wake up out of Cryo but a few months ago that problem had gotten fixed.

But the Current Director of the Initiative liked his position and didn't want to allow them to wake up so he used his power to block the 3 Imperium ark's from waking people up using the excuse of food problems to keep them in Cryo.

But the people wanted the real Director of the Initiative to come back so many had begin to get impatient with the Director.

"We don't have enough food nor room to wake them up so stop asking and I am never going to step down as Director since I was the Original person to be selected by the Council as the Director" Said Tim

Tim was chosen as the Director by the Citadel Council to lead them into this new Galaxy but that was overturned by John who instead chose his daughter as the Leader and his sons as the pathfinders for the initiative.

Tim was so mad but he couldn't do anything since going against the Imperium was suicide.

But once they made it into the new Galaxy and he heard that the three Imperium Arks were having problems he immediately jumped at the Opportunity and took over as the Director.

He had even forgot about Princess Laya but once he was notified that the problem with the cryo had been fixed he immediately brough up excuses to not wake the Imperium people up and to instead keep them in cryo for a little longer.

But after a few months now the people didn't want to wait and even the councilors under Tim had found out about his lie so they started to work with the people in order to force their way pass Nexus Security and open the cryo pods waking up Princess Laya and her brother so that they can lead them in this new Galaxy.

A group of people had gathered in front of the doors of the Main Imperium Ark that contained Princess Laya and standing in front of them was Nexus Security which was completely under the control of Director Tim.

But these people didn't care and instead rushed forward ready to risk their lives for the sake of their future and the future of all the people on the Nexus.
