"Help! Help! She's got an HIV-contaminated needle in her hand! She's HIV-positive! Somebody do something!" Dottie yelled.

That drove Amanda even wilder. She quickened her pace and stabbed Dottie with the needle.
Shane and Wyonna, who were in the waiting area, heard the noise too. Curious, they decided to walk over.
She frowned. "That sounds like Dottie, doesn't it?"
He was walking ahead of her, and able to see further because of his height. "Oh sh*t! It is Dottie!"
"You crazy *ss motherfuck*ng b*tch! You will burn in hell! You will f*cking burn in hell!" Dottie screamed piercingly, struggling and kicking on the floor.
Amanda's face twisted into a psychotic smile. "So? You'll be burning with me!"
"Oh no. Shane, you gotta help Dottie. B-but Amanda has the needle. Oh lord. What are we gonna do, Shane?"
