Prologue

"Marie Hurry up!" whispered Callie, "I'm coming, I just don't want to give them up" "There's not much of a choice, I don't want them to give them up either, after they are my nieces, they even have long hair like me" "Well thir my children Callie..." "I hear something, hurry they are coming I will lead them a different way you get them to the Inkling's Orphanage Marie, we will protect them, at all costs" "Be careful!"

Years later, after Marie left a note saying "These little inklings are twins, Ava is the one with dark gray and neon strips and her eyes are multicolored neon; Astrid is the younger one with the light gray and pearlescent strips and her eyes are multicolored pastel, I thank you for taking them in this means so much!"

"Come on Ava we got to go! I can't even believe that we got fostered, I make to much trouble, while you out-smart the adults and get them irritated" in synch the inklings say "They were probably paid!" they both started laughing and then ran down the stairs and into the car and from that day they were fostered by Mr. and Mrs. Squidish.

It's now the first day of Ava and Astrid's school the Inkling Academy, they are taught by their teachers on how to strategize on turf wars, like if they need it, and the most boring of modes. During class, Ava bumps into this weird octo kid playing with his computer, she turns around and starts staring at him shyly while walking away without saying sorry, the young octoling then started at Ava with a "your not going to say sorry look" Astrid then comes out of nowhere and says "Keep your eyes to your hacking Teal Boy" he finally talks and replies "I am not a Teal Boy! and how in the inkoplis did you know I was hacking" because it looked more like a video game then hacking, so Astrid continued talking and said "obviously, look at your computer you think no one else is watching you." After that day Astrid and Ava became friends with the no called by Astrid, sometimes Ava probably "Teal Boy" actually named Mason, turns out he got adopted from a different orphanage.
