Yeong-su left Izumo's Taisha gate of Saitama with the others and headed towards Izumo's Center.

Sarang: Hey Tayern wanna go look around together?

Tayern nods slowly to her.

Sarang: Does someone else wanna join us? Kid?

Yeong-su: My name's Yeong-su..

Sarang laughs loudly.

Sarang: So weird your name means long life how come your soul is so young? Haha.. I like you, join us!

Lily and and Sohan gave Sarang bad looks and left by themself.

After roaming in Izumo-mae Yeong-su speaks.

Yeong-su: We should go to the closest hospital, we are too far from high rates deaths facilities. We are surrounded by shrines and mountains.

After finding their way the group

proceed towards Shimane Prefectural Center Hospital.*

They finally arrive to an amazingly big Hospital.

The interior is neat and calm.. calm for only a short period of time after wandering a little they hear a men yelling at one nurse.

Men A: Fuck! I told you didn't I?! We told you that something felt weird. Why didn't you listen?!

Nurse A: I am sorry.

The nurse keeps bowing and apologizing until a doctor stops her.

Doctor A: Sir mind your voice or we will have to ask you to leave.

Men A: Leave?! Are you kidding me?! You are telling me to choose between my wife or my son's life because we came "too late" to save them both. But we did came a week ago!

Doctor: At that time we didn't saw any problem during the ultrasound. I hear you but we don't have much time for a tantrum so please make your choice or we will have to decide for you!

The men can't stop crying with anger, everyone in the corridor is watching him in a heavy silence.

Yeong-su enters the room and see the mother crying asking to save her kid's life, Sarang and Tayern watches Yeong-su getting closer to the bed.

Yeong-su touches the belly delicately, closes his eyes and the gates appear.

Sarang: What are you doing?!

Yeong-su calmly scoops his hands and gets the 7 months old baby soul.

Sarang: It was not your place to make their choice! Put him back!!!

Yeong-su: I listened and obeyed the child's wish..

Yeong-su silently hugs the unborn baby and hand him to someone behind the gates door. Only the hands are shown to carry the kid through the doors, they both dissapear and Yeong-su closes the gates behind them.

The baby's monitor rings, everyone rushes in the room. The bpm is flat, his heart stopped. The doctor and the nurse unlock the women's bed to rapidly take her to the ER.

The trio follows them.

After some time the Doctor gets out.

Doctor: Your wife is safe she'll stay a little bit in the awakening room and you'll be able to see her once she gets back in her bedroom.

Sarang, Tayern and Yeong-su stays for a few days in the Hospital.

Welcoming a lot of different patients to their end.

Some died of old age, some because of health condition, a few abortion.**

After 4 days, the mom of the first soul taken by Yeong-su commited suicide.

The silent in the corridors are the heaviest in the pediatric zone.

One night a child is admitted covered in bruises.

Nurse B: Doctor, the kid we just admitted is bruised and burned in some part. What should we do?

Doctor B: We can't manage another problem. Either dismiss the kid or don't report it in her case.

The dad's girl is yelling at the desk receptionist and the girl's teacher.

Dad: I never gave authorisation for my daughter to be admitted here. This dumb teacher should mind his ass!

The men reeked alcohol, hemp and sweat. His allure was neglected.

Nurse: We should call the police or else I think we might have a bigger issue.

The doctor sights and frown.

Doctor: Sir, I am sorry but as a teacher he is allowed to register at your place if anything happens to your daughter at school.

Dad: Is he the one paying the bill for her to be allowed to?!

The teacher bows.

Teacher: I will pay all the expenses if you let the kid get treated and recover here.

Dad: What a pain! Fine do as you want. Don't call me for the bill!

The dad's girl storms out. The teacher and the receptionist fixes all the paper work.

Yeong-su sits next to the girl's bed, watching the bruises he is reminiscing his pasts lives.

Even if his soul's name is Yeong-su he only lived short lives.

He got aborted, killed after birth by his mom's hands, killed by an abusing parent a multiple time, got kidnapped and killed by strangers, he also lived as a chick, a calf, a snail, he got stomped on, eaten, killed by hunters and more.

The girl falls asleeps and Yeong-su touches her head to communicate with her through her dream.

Girl: Who are you?

Yeong-su: A grim reaper.. Do you want me to take you with me?

Girl: Can you?

Yeong-su: Yes, if you wishes to die I can take you.

The little girl starts sobbing.

Girl: Please make it stop.

Yeong-su is suddenly pulled out the girl's dream.

Sarang: Are you crazy?! Haven't you learn anything?! We are not allowed to choose who lives or die.

Tayern: He went in her head to ask her if she wanted...

Sarang: Even so! Why should she be the one to die? Why not her parents? Why aren't they helping her?!

Yeong-su: You must have had good lifes when you where alive...

Sarang: Yes and what? Is it a bad think to only see hope and seeking happiness?

Yeong-su: Not everyone seek the same hapiness sometimes it helps ending things.

The girl's wake up.

Girl: Sir Reaper? Are you here? Please... You said you could help me...

The girl cries until she falls asleep again.

After 2 days the little girl is dismissed and must go home.

A week pasted by already, Tayern and Sarang collected enough souls and are now heading back to Izumo Shrines gates meanwhile Yeong-du decided to follow the little girl at her home.

The flat floor was covered with trash and a rancid smell fills the air.

The girl opens an empty fridge, closes it and goes sleeping in the bathroom.

Her parents comes home.

Dad: I need to pee, go cook something!

Step Mom: There is nothing how can I cook anything?! If you didn't let this b*** at the hospital we could have sold her for the last two nights!

The dad enters the bathroom and after peeing he spots his daughter laying in the bathtub.

He kicks her in her ribs and her legs.

Dad: Why did you take so long? Do you have any idea what I had to do to calm the customers?! I had to promise freaking discounts! How will you cover for the loss?! You should ask your fucking teacher I'm sure he would be glad to pay for you.

After a few minutes beating her he leaves.

Dad: I will call for the customers! You better not die before each one of them pay for their turn!

She fell unconscious and Yeong-su rushes in her dream.

Girl: You came back! You will take me now right?!

Yeong-su: I am sorry.. Do you want me to take you or would you prefer it if i took your parents?

Girl: If there is this much bad people in this world please take me.

Yeong-su takes the child's hand and guide her to the gates while the customers unbothered keep committing their monstrous acts.

After wishing her farewell and closing the gates Yeong-su glance at her apartment door one last time before going back to Izumo's Shrine gates where everyone must be waiting for him.

*Author Note': The events are totally fictional nothing is real. Izumo citizens are one of the warmest people i met.

It is because I fell in love of Izumo that I decided to place the start of this story there.
