Chapter 11

Lara; Nite, it is the energy that binds all ga-denians together, is like a special type of qi that passes throughout our entire bodies. But for us to use this energy, we must 1st master normal qi. Then after years of harsh training, we can then use qi to guide the nite through our bodies. That is what we call nite control. Which you can manifest into different forms depending on the nature of nite in you. For example, I can manifest a small amount of water with my power but that's just my secondary ability. My primary one will be kept a secret for now.

Jerry; ok, so how does this training start.

Lara; simple 1st I kick your ass.

Jerry; Seriously?

Lara; don't worry, if you're strong enough, you should kick my ass instead. Don't hold back because I'm a little girl.

Jerry; luckily 4 you, I'm a firm believer in gender equality!

-Immediately after saying this, Jerry went for an attack but got punched straight in the face-

Jerry (just before he got punched); *no way I'm losing twice in a row*

-Then Jerry moves away from Lara's fist then just before punching her in the face…-

Lara; Ahhh (moaning noises).

Jerry; *What the hell*

-Then jerry instantly jumped back asking Lara what the hell she was making those noises for and she said…-

Lara; you have good reflexes; I was about to pin you to the ground.

Jerry; What! That isn't what I'm talking about! What was with those weird noises you were making!

[btw; Jerry was blushing while yelling at her]

Lara; calm down it's just my secret weapon made to distract my opponents. Aww, don't tell me you've fallen for me already or did I just turn you on?

Jerry; what! No you didn't and hay! Stop distracting me, we still need to fight! And none of that distractive stuff next time.

Lara; fine.

-so then Jerry went in for another attack but then Lara did the same thing again, only this time, she made Jerry think she was removing her skirt. Which caused Jerry to hesitate allowing Lara to pin him down just like she said she would. –

Jerry; you've got a serious problem you know that!

Lara; ok fine, for real this time. You attack me while using qi at 100% and if you hit me, I'll do whatever you want.

Jerry; whatever I want, seriously?

Lara; aw, Jerry you're such a perv, don't say that while looking at me that way.

Jerry; Hay I wasn't even looking at you while saying that! Anyway, let's go.

-So then Jerry began to use his qi at full power only to have Lara constantly dodge his every move-

Jerry; what's wrong? Afraid of getting hit?

4 hours later…

Jerry; ok…I…guess…you…win…

-then Jerry collapsed-

Lara; go to bed, when you wake up, tell me how you're feeling.

Jerry; I can barely move though.

Lara; don't worry you can sleep with…

Lisa (while covering Lara's mouth); Don't worry we have several guestrooms. Please don't worry I'll carry you there.

Jerry; thanks a lot, Lisa.

-and just then Jerry lost consciousness-

The next morning…

-Jerry woke up in the guest room, where he saw Lisa, Lara and 3 plates of breakfast in front of him-

Jerry; all this for me?

Lara; made by the finest chefs in Japan. I hope you like it. Btw, how is your body feeling?

Jerry; better than yesterday.

Lara; try using qi after eating.

Jerry; ok.

The previous day…

Lara, while out on a walk; *I wonder what Lisa is doing right now. * hay, you in front of me, what do you want? It's pretty obvious so don't play dumb.

Jerry while talking with Jake on the way home; remember when we 1st met back in grade school?

Jake; I remember it like it was yesterday. I was getting beat up, you came to save me and then we both got beat up.

Jerry; I remember the 1st fight we had.

Jake; yep, attack on titan or jojo, which was better.

Jerry; good times.

Jake; you know something Jerry? Ever since you started getting higher than me, I knew I had to beat you.

Jerry; what do you mean?

Jake; sorry, it's just that I'm an extremely competitive person, I guess it's just something I got from my dad, but whenever you're ahead of me, it drives me crazy and I honestly can't stand it.
