Chapter 5: Shrek Academy

Shrek Academy.

"That building up ahead is the dormitory. We'll leave you here; Xiao Ya and I have a lot of things to take care of."

After Tang Ya absorbed her soul ring, the three of them headed to Shrek Academy, which coincidentally was during the new student enrollment period.

"Little brother, do your best!"

Tang Ya ruffled Huo Yuhao's hair. She had just obtained her third soul ring and was about to take the entrance exam.

But this was also understandable. There would always be a difference in treatment between one's own people and outsiders.

"Let's try it out."

Huo Yuhao activated the soul ring, and instantly, his power began to change.

The reward package for subduing Electrolux's remnant soul must be extraordinary.

T/N:- In Chinese internet slang, "666" (liù liù liù) is used to commend someone for doing something impressive or skillful. It translates to something akin to "awesome" or "cool" in English. The term originates from gaming culture, where it was used to praise players for their remarkable performances. Thus, in the context, "666, such boasting" said by Tianmeng or say Skydream Ice Worm, it means acknowledging someone's boastful or exaggerated claim while implying that it's still impressive, meaning Tianmeng acknowledged Huo Yuhao's bragging skill.

Now the context where when Huo Yuhao laid down on the bed in the shape of a large "大" (the Chinese character for "big"), it means he spread his arms and legs wide apart, forming the shape of the character "大." This character has three strokes: one horizontal and two diagonal strokes extending outward, resembling the way someone would look if they lay on their back with arms and legs stretched out wide. It conveys a sense of relaxation and taking up space comfortably.

Btw, I got to know this thing that the power system, ranking etc etc were messed up in Soul Land 2 from that of Soul Land 1, like the chang of Martial Spirit from Martial Soul and exchange of spirit in every soul word for eg:- Instead of Soul Ancestor it is said Spirit Ancestor in Soul Land 2. I don't know abt these things since I haven't really read and watched too much of this franchise but I'll stick with Soul instead of Spirit much more convenient and comfortable for me.
