Onto the ASA!

Phoenix "YOU DID WHAT?!"

She screams as a loud thud is heard. Inside her house, Wolf lays on the ground face first with a large bump on her head. Phoenix stands over her angrily with her fist steaming. Wolf shakily props herself up.

Wolf "Yeah… And I also offered them a spot in the ASA with us…"

Phoenix vein pops before hitting Wolf on the head again. Killian laughs out loud while sitting on a chair next to Saika.

Killian "Oh man! You've really done it now! Haha!"

Saika "You said they were naked… Were they hot?"

He asks while blushing a bit. Killian stops laughing, turns and punches Saika in the arm with a disapproving look.

Saika "Ow! What? I can be curious."

Phoenix sighs as she stands up straight and puts her hands on her hips.

Phoenix "Honestly Wolf, you have no consideration for the rest of us. I mean, what happens if we all get in trouble for bringing along a stranger? How do you know we can trust them? Doesn't this all seem just a little suspicious to you? A random person just fell from the sky claiming to be a dragon??"

She questions her as Wolf lays on the ground. Tadashi leans against the counter while polishing a sword in his hands. The sword is a katana with a long bright blade, a black handle with lime green engravings along it.

Tadashi "Well with the rise of Type User population, it's not entirely surprising."

Killian "True. That could also explain the more frequent villain attacks and need for heroes."

Saika "Where did that sword come from?"

He asks, surprised by the sword as no one else mentions it. Phoenix looks at them with surprise and concern.

Phoenix "You're really defending her?? Who knows what kind of danger this person can bring!?"

She says to the others. Killian looks at her with a calm, wide eyed expression.

Killian "Sure but if they are in danger, doesn't that mean we should help them?"

He asks with a soft tone. Phoenix is surprised before sighing with frustration and drooping a bit.

Phoenix "That's not what I mean… but I guess you're right."

She admits with a quiet tone. 

Phoenix "But that doesn't mean I like it."

Wolf "See? I knew you'd come around!"

She says with a weak smile as Phoenix gets an angry look and hits her again.

Phoenix "That doesn't make you any less of a dumbass for coming up with the plan!"

Killian and Saika smile and cheer.

Saika/Killian "Yay! New friend, new friend!"

Phoenix looks at them with a frustrated look as Tadashi steps next to them.

Tadashi "Don't worry Phoenix. If anyone attempts to bring harm to my family.."

He says softly before raising his sword a bit with a sharp look. Phoenix looks at him before getting a sharp look as well.

Phoenix "Right."

She says with an intense tone. 

Eventually, as if the days blinked away, the day comes when the crew will be picked up and taken to the Academy of Superior Abilities. Wolf wakes up early with a sleepy look before a big smile spreads across her face. She jumps out of bed and rushes to get ready. She dresses nicely and brushes her teeth before rubbing her hair and leaving it the messy way it is. She grabs her few bags filled with clothes and belongings she wishes to bring before making her way towards the door. 

Wolf "Okay ma! I'm heading out now!"

She says as her mother stands in the kitchen, watching her. Wolf grabs the door handle with an excited smile but stops. She slowly turns around as her smile fades. She watches as her mother steps out from the kitchen and looks at her daughter with a mother's caring gaze. Wolf smiles softly before letting go of her bags.

Wolf "Ma…"

She says softly as she rushes back to her mother and hugs her tightly as Jackal hugs her back. 

Wolf "I'm gonna miss you guys so much.."

She lets go as tears form in both of their eyes. Jackal places her hands gently on Wolf's face as Wolf enjoys her mother's loving touch.

Jackal "Look at you, my little pup. I'm so proud of you. Off to begin one of the biggest adventures of your life and yet… I can't help but feel my baby is running into danger."

She says softly with tears glistening in her eyes.

Wolf "Don't worry ma. I'm gonna be fine. I always am!"

Jackal "Just promise me you won't get involved in anything you're not supposed to. Or take any assignments you can't handle. And please, stay away from… what's his name again?.."

She trails off as Wolf looks at her mother confused and surprised.

Wolf "Okay… well I promise I'll be safe. You don't have to worry about me."

Jackal smiles at her daughter with pride and worry. Husky then comes out of his room with a sleepy look on his face before approaching his big sister and bopping his head onto her shoulder. He looks up at her with a tired smile.

Husky "Bring me back something cool."

Wolf smiles at her brother before rubbing his head a bit hard, playfully.

Wolf "Of course, big head."

She then goes back to the door and grabs her bags again. She gives one last wave as her brother and mother wave back before opening the door and heading outside where a bus is waiting for her. She approaches it as the doors open up. The driver, an older man with a tired expression, speaks to her.

Driver "Wolf Anderson?"

She nods excitedly as the man smirks a bit.

Driver "Welcome aboard."

Wolf steps onto the bus where Phoenix, Tadashi, Killian and Saika are already waiting. They, except Saika, smile at her excitedly as she makes her way to Phoenix. 

Killian "Ah, ah?! That's right! We made it!"

Tadashi "I figured you wouldn't show up, pussy."

Wolf is shocked.

Wolf "hUh??"

Tadashi smirks at her.

Tadashi "Just kidding."

Wolf shakes her head with a smile as she looks over to see Saika curled up in a ball, laying on his bag sleeping peacefully.

Wolf "Even on a day like this, he can't help but be sleepy."

She sits down next to Phoenix who gives her a big smile.

Phoenix "You excited or what?"

Wolf smiles a bit.

Wolf "Yeah, super excited. You don't seem nervous at all, that's not like you."

She teases as Phoenix sticks her tongue out at her.

Phoenix "No way! I'm extremely confident and ready!"

Wolf looks surprised.

Wolf "Really?"

Phoenix immediately drops her confidence to a nervous smile.

Phoenix "No. I'm honestly terrified.."

She says with a shaky smile. Wolf giggles.

Wolf "That's more like it. But don't sweat it! If you think I can cut it here then there's no reason you can't either."

Phoenix gives her a soft smile, appreciating the assurance.

Killian "Hey, what was your guys' families reaction to the news?"

He asks excitedly. 

Wolf "My ma was so scared. She thinks we're heading for danger, hehe!"

Tadashi "Knowing you, we probably are."

Wolf "Hey."

Killian "Yeah, my dad was freaking out too. But he couldn't be any more proud!"

Phoenix looks down a bit, thinking back to her father's reaction and the cold glare he gave her.

Wolf "Phoenix?"

She snaps out of it and looks at her as Wolf stares at her with a knowing look.

Wolf "Let me guess, he claimed you were being selfish or something?"

Phoenix "Among other things…"

Wolf gets an annoyed look.

Wolf "Main, don't listen to that guy. He's always been on your case as if you owe him or something."

Killian "Yeah! You've got a bright future ahead of you! And one day he'll see you shining brightly in the sky, protecting the innocent and saving the day, then he'll look back and regret pushing you so far away!"

Phoenix's eyes shine from the words of encouragement as she nods before her look droops again a bit.

Phoenix "I just hope he doesn't take it out on my sisters.."

Wolf "They'll be okay, Phoenix. They're related to you, I don't think there's anything they can't handle."

She places her hand on Phoenix's shoulder as Phoenix nods a bit, smiling. In Moshiro's home, while waiting for the bus to come for them, Moshiro adjusts a shirt over Yoko's head as they pop their head through, large ears and all.

Moshiro "Sorry the clothes are a little big. I didn't expect to have to share my stuff with you."

She says with a slightly upset tone. 

Yoko "I mean that's on you for assuming I had any money. I fell from the sky, c'mon."

They lecture as Moshiro looks away, frustrated. Yoko then looks down at the shirt that's too large for them but smiles happily.

Yoko "Not to worry though. I can fix this!"

Moshiro looks a little interested in what Yoko will do.

Moshiro "Are you gonna use magic or something to shrink it?"

As soon as she finishes speaking, Yoko rips the shirt off around the belly area turning it into a short crop top.

Yoko "There! Much better! Paired with these cute baggy pants, I look killer!"

Moshiro's jaw is dropped as she stares at the ripped shirt. Yoko looks at her confused.

Yoko "What? Want me to tear your clothes too?"

Soon, the bus stops again at the last stop in District 12. The crew sees Moshiro standing outside, waiting for the bus with the other person standing behind them.

Killian "Woah, is that them?"

Phoenix "They have horns, and a tail? They really are a dragon."

Killian then sweats a little as he examines them.

Killian "Is that the shirt I got her for her birthday last year..?"

He asks, wounded by it now being torn in half. Wolf only nods in response.

Moshiro steps on the bus as Yoko follows close behind but as they step on, the driver stops Yoko, placing his hand between them.

Driver "I was only supposed to pick up one from this location."

The others get a concerned look as Yoko looks offended.

Yoko "You dare try and stop me, human?? I am the great Yoko Tatsuo, a dragon! Your feeble command holds no value to me!"

The group sweats at her words before looking at Wolf who chuckles awkwardly.

The driver looks at Moshiro with an unamused look.

Moshiro "Teach added one final pick to the list, last minute."

The driver stares at them for a moment before shrugging and letting them by.

Driver "Whatever. I'm not paid to care."

They walk back and sit down as Yoko looks proud at Moshiro.

Yoko "Did you see, human? I totally told that other human to let me through and he did!"

Moshiro "Mhm."

She answers with little interest. The bus then continues on its journey as Killian stands over the seat with an excited look.

Killian "So you're Yoko. You're a lot smaller than I thought you'd be."

Yoko "Yes! I am Yoko Tatsuo, a great dragon! And I am much larger in my full form, although I am considered to be on the smaller side in dragon culture… I think?"

They say, unsure. Killian giggles a bit.

Killian "You're a funny one. I think you'll fit in nicely here."

Yoko blushes a bit before smirking.

Yoko "You think I crave to fit in with your human standards? Nay. I am above such things!" 

They say confidently. Tadashi then leans over to Moshiro before speaking.

Tadashi "Was that true, what you said? Did Teach already file them into the system with us?"

He asks as Moshiro looks at him with a side eye before closing her eyes, smirking a bit. Tadashi smirks back.

Tadashi "I see. Haven't even gotten to the academy yet and you're already quite the rule breaker."

Moshiro "We'll see. Either way, Wolf's taking the fall for this."

She says as Wolf looks over.

Wolf "What?"

Moshiro "Nothing pussy, mind your own."

Wolf gets an angry look at her words.

Wolf "Excuse me? I'll have you know…"

She trails off as the long bus ride to the Academy begins. 

The long ride is filled with the crew discussing all kinds of things and being loud, trying to keep their excitement subtle. Some more effective at it than others. It is now deep into the afternoon as the bus starts to climb a small hill through some trees. Wolf looks out the window before seeing glimpses of the ASA in the distance. Her eyes widen as a smile spreads across her face.

Wolf "Guys. Guys! We're here!"

Some having fallen asleep, they wake up and look around before realizing what's going on.

Phoenix "Woah! There it is!"

Killian "The beginning of the rest of our lives starts there!"

They say excitedly.
