Androids

Wolf looks around for a moment, her eyes sharp and gaze steady. She examines her surroundings, being slightly surprised at the lack of immediate action now inside. She stands in a small clearing with short trees and small boulders around her, each getting larger the deeper into the Reigndome they go. She hums softly as her stance remains ready, only allowing her eyes to shift now when suddenly a couple twigs snap behind her. She turns sharply as an android with a long body, exaggerated proportions and furious intent lunges at her with intense speed. 

Elsewhere, Killian jogs along a path through a construction site, panting lightly.

Killian "Well this isn't an exciting start. I was really hoping to get dropped in the industrial area the map showed. Figured that place would be more interesting." 

He says between breaths. As he jogs, his eyes widen when he hears a rumble from beneath his feet. Suddenly, through the cement path he's on, something comes bursting out of the ground causing him to jump up and flip over.

Killian "What the Hell??" 

He shouts before landing on his feet and looking at the thing that came bursting out. He looks confused as he sees a machine rabbit hopping around where the hole is.

Killian "A rabbit?.." 

He asks softly as it looks at him. It approaches him slowly as his guard drops. He relaxes a bit as it sniffs at him.

Killian "Maybe this one was meant for Saika or something. I might have to be offended if it was for me, haha!" 

He says with a laugh as the rabbit hops away towards a large pillar attached to a wall on one side. He stops laughing gently as he looks at the hole with a more intrigued look.

Killian "Still, that little thing making a mess like that?" 

He questions while turning to look at the rabbit staring at him by the pillar.

Killian "There's no way that was you, right?" 

He asks the rabbit playfully while beginning to reach down to pet it but before he can reach it, it suddenly starts floating in the air. Killian looks confused as a large, dark figure begins to lean out from behind the pillar and wall. Killian's eyes widen as the rabbit transforms into a large drill attached at the hand to a much larger, upper body heavy android.

Killian "Oh, well that explains that." 

He says, drooping a bit as sweat drops form. The android pulls back then drives the drill straight at him with intense force. 

In an industrial area of the Reigndome, Tadashi walks through a dark and eerie hall. His shoes clanking on the metal floor with every step.

Tadashi "Of course I get the dark and gloomy area. I'm not that edgy, am I?" 

He asks out loud to no one in particular. A bit away, a large slithering thing slides across the floor in the darkness. Hearing this, his eyes shift but not his head nor body. He looks out of the corner of his eye for a moment before turning his head. He listens with his entire body as it slithers again, almost as if it's circling him, watching him. Tadashi smirks a little, pushing up his glasses as they shine in the darkness.

Tadashi "I hope it's gathering combat data. It'd be kinda cringe if they thought programming it to build suspense was a good idea." 

He lifts his head a little as he raises his hand with an open palm.

Tadashi "Ah well, regardless, I suppose I should ready myself." 

He says as a liquid metal begins to pool from his palm. It quickly forms into a long katana and sheath. The sheath is black with green circled clovers running along the side with a lime green ribbon wrapped around it by the hilt. The crossguard being a symmetrical, elegantly engraved clover as well. He grabs the sword by the sheath before placing it properly at his waist, attached by the waistband. His smirk slowly drops into a serious look as he looks up, the shine on his glasses only half covering his left eye now.

Tadashi 'I'm certain the guys are giving it their all. I won't be left behind.'

He thinks to himself with a tight grip on his sword handle when suddenly, a slithering, striking android bolts from the darkness, opening its mouth wide just like a snake does. It strikes straight for his neck but before it can get near him, Tadashi draws his sword and blocks the attack, sliding backwards from the intense force as it pushes against him. He grits his teeth as he strains to maintain the block.

Tadashi "Guess I shouldn't have underestimated the ASA's androids..!" 

He says through his teeth before shoving back against the attack causing him to slide back a bit more and stopping the android. It stands tall as its mouth closes shut. It stands built with longer legs and a slim waist. One arm is slim with two long blades attached to it while the other arm is long and snake-like.

Tadashi "Were you made specially for me? Or were you randomly assigned?" 

He asks the android. It then snaps at him with blitzing speed and slamming its blades down upon him. He reacts quickly enough and blocks the blades above his head with his sword. Sweating and straining, he smirks a bit.

Tadashi "Guess they're not that talkative."

In a loosely wooded area surrounding a large hill, Saika walks along on the dirt clearing looking around with curious eyes and a smile on his face.

Saika "Under other circumstances, this place would be so fun to explore!"

He says excitedly. He hears a twig snap in the distance and instantly snaps his gaze to it, a slightly startled expression on his face. After a moment of silence, he calms down a little and gets a nervous look on his face.

Saika "But with killer robots around hunting us, this makes it so scary… I honestly wouldn't mind just not running into one haha! Not knowing what they're like is what's freaking me out the most." 

He says with a slightly nervous laugh before taking a step forward. Before he can get even a few steps however, he bumps into something large in front of him. He rubs his nose a bit before looking up to see a large android bear standing before him. His eyes widen a bit as a look of surprise comes across his face rather than fear or shock.

Saika "Ooh! But a bear I can handle!" 

He says before smiling and jumping to a crouched on all fours position, transforming his hands and feets into black fur covered paws, his ears and tail shooting out and his eyes sharpening.

Saika "Hit me with your best shot!" 

He shouts as the android roars a synthetic bear roar. It swings down at him but with his swift motions, he leaps back avoiding the heavy claw. 

Saika "Check this out!"

He shouts again with a cocky smile on his face. As soon as his feet touch the ground, he suddenly dashes around the android and above it before spinning down and slamming his leg against its head, blue sparks bursting out from his leg upon impact. He flips back and lands on all fours, tail flicking.

Saika "Now that's what I'm talking about." 

He says, catching his breath a bit, proud of his abilities. 

On the hill above him, Moshiro watches the burst of dust and dirt from the android's attack. She stares at them for a moment before she hears a sound behind her and quickly turns around, readying herself for a fight but she sees nothing. In the tree, an android sits as its eyes analyze her and adjust a bit. The sound of them adjusting catches her attention as she dashes towards the tree it's in and up it in moments. It reacts and leaps off the tree only for Moshiro to follow into the air. She reaches for it but not realizing its abilities, it extends its arms and quickly grabs ahold of her. Her eyes widen as it swings her around and slams her back into the ground with intense force. She yelps a bit as it lands before her. She grits her teeth as she quickly gets up.

Moshiro "Stupid. I always charge in without evaluating." 

She scolds herself as the android's eyes adjust again before extending its arms at her with quick speed. She dashes to the side as they smash into the ground. She quickly charges the android from the side and delivers a heavy punch with a shout. In a park area with red brick for flooring and a few trees around, Yoko dashes around, looking for the android, any android, with an excited look.

Yoko "Here?? No? Aw, come on! I just want to see an android! Show it to me!" 

They shout, pouting a bit. Suddenly, a scent catches their nose as they turn around with an excited look.

Yoko "There you are!"

They look at one of the trees as no sound is heard.

Yoko "Come on out. I can smell the chemicals within your metal body. It stinks."

They say with a mocking tone. Then the android drops out of the tree as it stands before them. They get a disappointed look.

Yoko "Hm. Not very impressive. Maybe I'll swap you out for a bigger one?"

They say, looking at the android. It is tall and skinny with an anatomically normal build excluding its left hand which looks like a large tube going up towards the elbow. Yoko looks surprised when it crouches down a bit and pulls its right arm back making a fist. It aims for the floor as it does this when its eyes flash twice quickly and a hissing sound is heard. Yoko cringes at the sound.

Yoko "Yikies, don't like that. Sensitive ears ya know."

They point at their large ears when their eyes widen. The android's arm is suddenly much larger and strong looking before it slams its fist into the ground creating a shockwave, crushing the ground all around. Yoko quickly jumps up and catches themself mid air with their wings.

Yoko "Too bad! Things like that won't work on me-"

Immediately as they finish speaking, a glue-like substance flies at them and hits their hand then sticks to their wing causing them to fall from the air and onto the ground. The android has its cannon arm pointed at Yoko with steam coming from the barrel. As it lowers its arm, it hisses again and the large arm deflates back to normal.

Yoko "What… the Hell?.."

They struggle to pull their hand away from the wing but eventually succeed. 

Yoko "That shit burns you know!"

They yell before noticing the glue and sniffing it before getting appalled by the smell.

Yoko "Ew! That's what stinks! Keep this crap off of me!"

They shout but as they do, the android hisses again and looks as if it's breathing it, inflating its entire body to look much bigger and stronger than before. Yoko smirks as a much larger android stands before them.

Yoko "Okay. Maybe I won't swap you out."

They say with an aggressively excited look on their face. 

Down a street road between some building and a grassy park, Alston walks along with her hands in her pockets. 

Alston "Sounds like things are getting started everywhere. I think I'll just hang around here until something finds me."

As she speaks, she has a soft smile on her face when suddenly, something with intense speed comes rushing at her from the side. She quickly turns but before she can even fully react, she is struck across the face. She stumbles a little but not much as she looks over to see a crouching android with one large eye before her.

Alston "Guess this one doesn't waste any time."

She says when it disappears with flashing speed before Alston is struck in the chin with an uppercut. She lifts up a bit as it proceeds to deliver a combo of punches to her body causing her to go flying back. She maintains her balance though and catches herself, sliding across the ground. She stands up with a softly confident smile on her face.

Alston "I'm a pretty sturdy girl. You'll have to hit harder than that to really test me."

Its eye flashes a few times before dashing at her, slower this time but still insanely fast. Alston reacts this time with a shout as she draws blood from her wrist and forms a rough blade from it. She swipes at the android but it flips over it and behind her. She turns to swing the blade back but before she can, the android strikes her in the face with more force this time. It lands in a low pose as Alston stumbles back a couple steps. Blood trickles from her nose as she looks at it with a soft smile.

Alston "Better."

She says with a soft and serious tone. 

A bit away, Phoenix walks along a stone path from the woods and onto the bridge. She looks worried as she walks.

Phoenix "I hope everyone's okay.. It sounds like a lot is going on, I wish I could go help them all but…"

She looks over the edge of the dam bridge and sweats at the steep drop beneath her.

Phoenix "I'm probably gonna have plenty of my own problems… Did they have to make it so deep?"

She asks while stepping back from the edge. She turns around and on the other side stands a large structure composed of empty stone rooms all with one side open and the rest closed off. Completely random and unorthodox. 

Phoenix "What is that even supposed to be?"

Suddenly, her eyes sharpen as she falls back on her hand, dodging a speeding spike flying at her. She quickly gets up and turns around to see an android standing on the other side of the bridge to her.

Phoenix "Seriously?? A sneak attack?? What if I couldn't dodge that?! I could've gotten seriously hurt!"

She shouts out loud to the teachers watching before huffing and looking at the android. It lifts its hands together and begins to form an ice shard between its hands before shooting it at her again with intense speed. Paying more attention this time, she simply side steps the straight forward attack. 

Phoenix "Why am I not surprised? An ice android since my power is fire related."

She says unamused. It then blitzes to her and slams its heavy arm down upon her. She blocks it above her head with one arm before the force becomes too much and she quickly smacks her other arm to hold it back, falling to one knee as the ground beneath her begins to crush. 

Phoenix "These things are insane!"

She says between gritted teeth before throwing it back. It flips through the air and swings its arm, launching a sweeping ice attack at her. She puts her arms up to block only for her left arm to get covered in ice. She steps back with a yell.

Phoenix "Ow, that's cold!"

She quickly smashes the ice and rolls her wrist, cracking it a bit.

Phoenix "Okay, don't get hit with the ice. Got it."

The android then lifts its arms at her and begins firing ice beams. She quickly charges it while dodging the beams, pulling back her arm with a shout before swinging at the android.

Elsewhere, in a dark, secluded part of the Reigndome, Dante walks along with no worry anywhere in his Soul. He looks around with his hands in his pockets when he stops and turns his head to the side. There he sees an android twitching and sparking as its once yellow eyes glow a bright red. He smiles a bit of a surprised smile.

Dante "Oh. So that's what happens."

He says excitedly as the android jets towards him. As it flies at him, he just stands there with an increasingly excited smile but it goes black.
