A Real Demonstration

On the dam, Phoenix clashes her left arm against the android's fist that is covered in hardened ice. The ice shatters as Phoenix winces but holds strong. It then swings its other arm around as Phoenix ducks under it swiftly, she then narrowly dodges a jab, blocks another cross only to miss a jab that strikes her across the face. She grunts just a bit before blocking another ice club. The ice shatters again but she is sent flying back before tumbling across the ground. She coughs a bit as she lifts herself up with her hands before her eyes snap open wide. Sharp spear like ice shards come bursting from the ground directly at her face. She quickly leans back dodging the spikes, only letting them cut her cheek a bit. Not giving her any time to catch up, the android dashes along the ice before punching her across the face, slamming her into the ground on her back. She looks up and moves her head to avoid the metal leg slamming down at her. She then flips over, throwing the android over the edge of the dam. As it falls through the air, it creates a small cyclone of cold air and ice under itself, propelling it back up. Phoenix quickly gets to her feet and jumps back as it slams its fist down at her. She dashes backwards avoiding multiple punches before blocking a couple then countering with a jab to its face then another across its face. It stumbles backwards as she exhales sharply before igniting her fist in the flame like energy from before. She pitches it hard as the android turns its head towards her, only to be met by the intense flame. It falls back as Phoenix ignites her other fist, dashing towards it. It blasts a couple ice shards in her direction, aiming freely due to it not fully recovering from the flame yet but she dodges them swiftly, managing to get to the side behind the android. She shouts as she drives her fist into its body. The metal crunches under the impact. For a moment, it seems the punch was more special but then an impact wave bursts out, sending the android flying through the air, smashing into the large stone boxes behind the dam. Phoenix pants as the flame energy dissipates. 

Phoenix "This thing… is crazy…"

She stands up, lowering her guard a bit.

Phoenix "The moment its eyes shifted to red, it started seriously trying to hurt me. I swear, if this is Nobody's doing, I'm gonna beat his ass for putting my friends in danger."

She grumbles angrily, protective of her friends. She then looks at her hand where the flame energy was.

Phoenix "This stuff is crazy too. I didn't realize I could do that. But I need to push it harder. The faster I beat this thing, the sooner I can go get the others."

Her eyes widen as a loud crash is heard from the stone boxes behind her. She turns her head sharply to see the android flipping into the air. Suddenly, it puts both its arms together and creates a massive spike of ice, shooting directly for her. She stands for a moment before getting a determined look and igniting her fist. 

Phoenix "Come on you stupid piece of shit!"

She screams as she pulls back her fist. The flame energy around her fist bursts in a large flame as she slams her fists against the ice spike. The echoing sounds of ice cracking and breaking ring out as the ice is shattered and even partially vaporized. As the ice shards fall around and a steam floats in the air, the android adjusts its hands and suddenly the ice and vapor become stagnant before rearranging to start swirling around and around rapidly. The blizzard is blasted upon Phoenix with intense winds, blistering cold and sharp ice shards cutting her many times over. She takes the blizzard for a moment before shouting and bursting out the flame energy in all directions, completely dissipating the blizzard. She then quickly flashes out and up towards the android with a thin, loose trail of flames behind her. It turns but cannot avoid the flame imbued punch Phoenix delivers to the android's face, sending it smashing back into the stone boxes. It smashes through a couple walls before quickly getting to its feet. Phoenix dashes through the rubble and straight for the android only for it to throw a punch and miss, allowing her to counter with an uppercut then grabbing it by the face, she slams its head into the wall. Without hesitation, the android creates a long sharp spike of ice that cuts into Phoenix's side as she jumps back trying to avoid it. It then creates a small ice wall from its hand and slams it against her, smashing her into the wall. She yelps in pain a bit before the android drives a punch to her face through the wall then flip punching her straight up through the roof of the stone box they were in. She grunts in pain as she slams into the next roof above. As she falls down, she opens her eye to see another long ice spear jetting towards her. She quickly throws her arms in front of her, imbued with the flame energy, as it smashes her through the entire complex out into the sky. She bleeds from her head as she falls through the air but from the dust and smoke, the android comes bursting out, creating ice shards in the shape of a circle and blasting them at her. She grits her teeth in frustration and shouts as she starts punching each of them, destroying them. 

Phoenix "Don't you think for a moment you can beat me!"

She shouts as a flash of her father appears in her head.

Theodore "Despite everything I do for you, you still do nothing in return. Can't you do anything?"

She hears as her eyes widen with emotion.

Phoenix "I will defeat you! I have to!"

She thinks about her friends, Saika, Killian, Moshiro, Tadashi and Wolf and the danger they might be in.

Phoenix "I don't have a choice!!"

She screams as the flame energy bursts out largely from her fist. She pulls it back and flies through the air with intense speed as the android's eyes flicker as its head twitches. It then creates a large ice spike that comes jetting towards her. She shouts as she smashes her fist through the ice, the flames shooting through it. It shatters completely as her fist collides with the android's chest. It holds for only a moment before it crushes underneath the pressure as sparks and fluids shoot from its body. It's then sent spiking straight down through the stone complex and into the ground with a shock wave bursting out, cracking the dam in the process from the force. Phoenix falls down and tumbles a bit as she hits the ground. She pants with a tired look as she slowly gets to her feet.

Phoenix "I… won't be a disappointment anymore…"

She says softly as the complex crumbles behind her. She then looks over only for her eyes to widen as the android stands up, twitching and flailing a bit, fluids leaking out and sparks flying. It jets to her and grabs her by the neck before stabbing her in the side with its broken metal hand. She screams for a moment before gritting her teeth and slamming her open hand on its broken face.

Phoenix "GO AWAY!"

She screams as the flame energy bursts from her hand and out into a blasting beam of energy, completely vaporizing the android and everything behind it as the beam continues through the Reigndome. Killian walks through the forest area for a bit before hearing a rumble behind him. His eyes widen as he jumps out of the way, screaming in cartoonish fear as the beam burns everything in its path before slowly dissipating. Killian sweats as he sticks his head into the path of the beam, looking where it ended to where it came from.

Killian "Are you crazy?! Are you trying to kill us all!?"

He shouts as Phoenix stands there with her open palm pointed where the beam went. Her arm is slightly burnt as she looks surprised and worn out.

Phoenix "That wasn't… I thought…"

She trails off as her eyes roll back and she begins to collapse.

Killian "Woah! Hey, Phoenix, you okay??"

He asks as he catches her. She smiles weakly at him.

Phoenix "Yeah… Just tired… Don't worry…"

She strains to say. Killian sighs before picking her up in his arms.

Killian "Come on. Let's go get the others."

Phoenix "Right…"

In the dark alley, Cole is slammed against the wall, bleeding from his face. He dips to the side quickly to avoid the incoming spike impaling the wall behind him. He quickly forms his Soul Shell and extends a tentacle out, slamming it against the side of the android's head, smashing it into the wall. As he does this, it swings its arm back, slamming his head into the opposite wall. He grunts in pain as he gets out of the wall with a serious look. 

Cole "Your attacks are subpar in technique, speed and power. I am not impressed."

He says as it jets two spikes at his face and body but they are stopped by his tentacles wrapping around the spikes. He then blasts them out, smashing into the android and shoving it through the walls behind it and onto the street outside of the alley. It props itself up as Cole steps through the rubble and out into the light.

Cole "Show me something incredible, android of the academy."

He demands as the android's eyes flicker for a moment before it stabs its spikes into the ground. Cole huffs a bit before swiftly avoiding the spikes jetting from the ground. He then whips the android across the face causing it to stumble backwards. It spins and shoots out its spikes at him but it is immediately punched into the ground by a Soul Shell enforced fist. 

Cole "Despite your attacks suddenly switching from auxiliary to lethal, probably due to some kind of malfunction, they still seem to be not enough."

He jumps up as the spikes extend and wrap around his neck. It quickly whips him to the ground with a smash. Then a brink pink tentacle whips out and around the android's neck as well. The dust clears as they both hold each other tightly, pulling against one another. 

Cole "Your.. Seniron Alloy composition is no match.. for my Soul Shell.!"

He strains as the android's neck begins to crunch and the spike begins to tear. The android's eyes flicker as it sparks and twitches. It then detaches one of its spikes causing it to be yanked towards Cole at a high speed. Cole tries to punch it with his Soul Shell but it flips and twists over him, stabbing another spike through his right shoulder and into the ground. He grunts in pain as it now stands over him. It holds him there for a moment before he raises his leg and kicks out one of its legs from beneath it. It falters as he spins and elbows it in the side of its head causing it to fall back and pull out the spike. Cole rolls his arm as if simply stretching.

Cole "Sloppy, on my part."

The android adjusts itself before extending its two other spikes slowly. Cole then raises his arms as his Soul Shell expands a bit. He then whips his tentacles at the android as it does the same, colliding their attacks swiftly, deflecting and countering each other over and over again. In an instant, Cole shoots out another tentacle that smashes straight into the face of the android, sending it into the air. As it lifts for a moment, he then slams two more into the sides of its head in an attempt to crush it. The heavy damage leaves the android with a destroyed eye and sparks flying from it but it remains mostly intact. Cole's eyes widen a bit in surprise.

Cole 'It is sturdy… I would expect no less from the academy!'

He thinks sharply as he readies himself for more. As soon as the android touches ground, it jets out its spikes that Cole quickly dodges only to see it dashing over his head. Before it can attack, he grabs one of the spikes with one hand and smashes his fist into the android's head with the other, snapping the spike in two and throwing it away. The android slams its foot down and backhands Cole causing him to stumble back for just a moment but in that moment, it grabs the spike and twists with intense speed. Cole turns towards it to continue the fight but is instantly stopped in place as a flesh ripping sound is heard. His eyes are wide and stunned as the android shoves the spike through his chest. Blood begins to drip from his mouth as the android stands over him. He falls to his knees as the spike pierced straight through his heart. The android turns around and walks away when the sound of breaking bones and blood spilling is heard.

Cole "Good. Much better…"

He groans as he stands up. The android turns around, twitching and sparking. Blood pours from his mouth as he smirks, pulling the spike out of his chest.

Cole "If I were inferior like that puff ball Anderson… This might have actually killed me…"

He drops the spike and stands up straight as the wounds in his chest and on his shoulder begin to close. 

Cole "But I am much mightier than she."

He says with a wicked, sharp V shaped smile. The android takes one step before a brink pink tentacle shoots straight through the android's chest. It sputters and whirs for a moment before shutting down due to the damage done to it. Cole then retracts his Soul Shell back into his body as a deep breath. 

Cole "I have to go tell the teachers about this. Someone is obviously attacking the academy."
